BRIEF Bio - When homeless 32 year old Midway City war vet James came into contact with something called a Firestorm Protocol [it looked like a can of food..] and teenager Jason, they not only combined to make Firestorm, but found when they powered down they didn't separate and were a composite being in civilian mode as well. Taking the name J, the new person had memories of both as well as James' scars and Jason's birthmarks and got a job as a grounds keeper at Midway Highland Park complete with an apartment on the grounds.
Notes - J appears to be roughly 25 and in good shape but a little worn.

BRIEF Bio - Achieng was born with a rare type of magic, one that had been systematically expunged from her race's DNA. Achi herself can cast illusions of all sorts, and is blessed/cursed with visions of things to come. Achi grew up isolated. She was shunned by the townspeople, and shamed by her aunt. Her aunt considered her a freeloader and a sociopath, and was determined to beat the magic out of her. Her uncle did nothing to stop his wife's poor treatment of their niece. Left on her own, Achi honed her magic in secret, growing more controlled and powerful by the turn of each tide.

The day came when she became of age, and she wasted no time in gathering her meager posessions and leaving. After bartering for passage on an off-planet ship, she made her way to Earth. There she changed her name, (and became a hero or something, I guess? Help.)

Notes: Achieng is a Watumaji, a humanoid race from the planet Dhahabu. She, like all of her people, wears a long, fishlike tail when living underwater where they can breathe without issue. She can form legs for several hours on land, as long as the air is moist or she carries water with her to keep hydrated.

Achi's visions of the future come with little warning. She usually feels her head starting to get light, and her eyes begin to glow.

When in costume, his body, arms and legs are covered by a flexible dark green body armor. Attached to the armor is a hood, of the same color as his armor. He also wears a mask, fitting his exact face shape.
BRIEF Bio - Logan was born a single child to a middle class family in Star City. His parents worked at Queen Industries, and were friendly acquaintances with the company's owner, Oliver Queen. He lived a fairly privileged life, attending the best schools his parents could afford, living in the best home they could afford, eating the best food they could afford, etc. At age fifteen, however, this all changed.

When attending a gala with his family, a group of gunmen barged in, taking everyone hostage, demanding that the host of the gala, Oliver Queen, transfer a good amount of his company’s assets to an offshore bank account, in exchange for the hostage’s lives.

It was then that Green Arrow, now past his prime, intervened, taking down the gunmen- but not before they killed Logan’s family. Blaming himself for the death of Logan’s parents, and realizing that his time as the Emerald Archer was over, Green Arrow, as Oliver Queen, took Logan in, and began training him as his successor.

Five years later, Logan patrols the streets of Star City as the new Archer- the Arrow.
Notes - Bow has battery life, and can be set to standard, explosive, grapple, stun and bug arrows (recording/listening device). He also carries flechettes, weapons similar to darts but slightly larger, and uses them to disarm or tranquilize his enemies.

BRIEF Bio - Dani grew up on turbulent streets in the slums of star city (The Glades). As a result of this, she had to learn quickly how to defend herself especially after she dropped out of high school. She joined up with a rough gang, Latina Queens, in order to protect herself and get money. They were like a real family to her, since her father died when she was young and after a robbery gone wrong, her mother became an alcoholic confined to a wheelchair. They planned to do a huge jewel heist and with her cut she'd be able to pay for her mothers rehabilitation but a shoot out with the cops went terribly wrong and Dani and her gang was responsible for the deaths of some workers. Feeling heavily remorseful for what she had done, she tried to turn herself in but she was shot and killed by whom she believes to be an officer. After a couple years of not being able to cross over for what she truly believes to be repentance for that night, she decided to fight for what's right instead of wallowing in despair.
Notes - *Although she dropped out when she was alive, Dani can often be found levitating outside of classes trying to learn more. She has an avid belief that education would have saved her from her living mistakes.
*She's never met Boston Brande who had moved on by the time she became Deadgirl.

Name - Sample 214
Alias - Furious
Age - 10 years old but artificial raised to be physically in his twenties
Powers - Fluctuating strength, speed, stamina, durability and regeneration.
Weaknesses - Power fluctuations appear to be random. One moment he could be as strong as Superman, the next no stronger than an average human. He has also been hearing voices in his head, one in particular that refers to itself as 'the Main Man'
Appearance - Like a leaner Lobo. Shaves his head and beard. Wears baggy clothes with hoods as he is ashamed by his likeness to Lobo
Personality - Insecure, full of doubts, emotional.
Brief Bio - ANOTHER project Cadmus experimentation into cloning alien DNA to make a super weapon in case of a Justice League gone wrong. This time they used the tissue and blood of an infamous alien bounty hunter, Lobo, who had temporarily replaced the Man of Steel in the Justice League. Too balance what they seen as the chaotic nature of the alien they took another sample from the most morale man they could find at the time, a preacher named Norman Mckay.
Experiment a success, Sample 214 was born. They artificially grew him, all the while injecting knowledge into his head, how to fight and who to fight for. However 214 inherited more of Mckay's personality than Lobo's, found violence abhorrent. Cadmus attempts to undo that by showing him some of the atrocities performed by superhumans, and Lobo in particular. They told 214 that they need him to combat it. Now that the Justice league has disappeared they think it is the perfect time to unleash 214, and let him take the league's place in the public's heart and minds.
Notes - His powers are in for several reasons. First, in tribute to Lobo's constantly shifting power levels in the comics. Secondly so every challenge thrown at him can be that; a challenge. If he fights Doomsday he will be JUST strong enough to hold his own for a while. If he fights a bank robber he will be seriously hurt by bullets. This will be explained in RP by the imperfections of the cloning technique, and his mixed Human/Czarnian DNA.

age - 18
powers - Superhuman speed, through the alternate dimension known as the 'Speed Force'. Which also enhances his durability, reaction time, faster healing times, and endurance. Learning and training from his mom has given Roy a keen sense of harnessing his agility, being trained in gymnastics and freerunning.
weaknesses - If Roy breaks or dislocates a bone, he will need to have it put back in place quickly or his accelerated healing will not let the bone heal correctly. Roy cannot start running at high speeds or stop as quickly as his dad.
personality - Bold, showy, fearless
appearance - (Need some of that micro love KL) - Blond hair, black/yellow/red suit it looking a bit like Young Justice's Impulse design
BRIEF Bio - As Wally West and Artemis Crock had retired from superheroing. Settling down and having a child in Star City while they both began to take on work outside of the superhero kind. Only very rarely going out in their old gear when the situation desperately called for it. The two ended up having a boy named Roy. Who was a good meaning but clearly incredibly active. The two worried he could've picked up superpowers and had him tested to finding nothing. Artemis would spend time with Roy helping keep him active. All the while keeping an eye on the young man. The thing was though, Roy had discovered not only his parents' secret lives once on accident while looking through the attic one afternoon. But soon Roy discovered his own ability to go superfast like his father. Roy instantly took to it, getting a costume and hitting any city streets that needed super quick help. Neither Wally or Artemis know about their son's powers or secret life. Frankly knowing how fearsome they are of superheroes, Roy is more than happy to keep it from them as long as humanly possible.

Alias - Cyborg
Age - 50s?
Powers - Cybernetics, including armor, enhanced strength, and several integrated weapons, including his signature sonic cannon. Cyborg can directly interface computers.
Weaknesses - Cyborg's cybernetics are suseptible to viruses and large electrical shocks. They also require power.
Personality - withdrawn, guarded, obsessive
Appearance - Cyborg looks more like machine than man at this point. The right side of his face is the only skin that still shows. Cyborg's combat body is a large, hulking, and heavily armored.



Biography -
Victor Stone was the son of two S.T.A.R. Labs scientists. After an accident at his parent's work, Victor was severly injured. His father successfully saved Victor's life with experimental cybernetic enhancements. At first, Victor was horrified by how he looked. But eventually, he became a great superhero.
Beyond Period
Cyborg eventually put the superhero life behind him. During retirement, Cyborg still was the technology advisor for the Justice League, installing and updating machines and computers in the Watchtower

After the Watchtower fell, Victor blamed himself for the incident. He thought that something had gone wrong with the technology he had installed. Wracked with guilt, Cyborg withdrew even more from human life. He locked himself in his lab, obsessing over the Watchtower disaster. All he did was design and redesign technology, largely denying his human side.

Eventually, the appearance of the new Batman and Justice League got Cyborg out of his depression. He began working on his cybernetics, making a new body for himself. This new body was a heavier and better armored compared to the agile and athletic body (both physical and mechanical) he used to have. He was ready and willing when the Unlimited Protocol was launched.
