Sean had work to do.
He put the address into his GPS and drove to it. The truth was, he wasn't pulling the strings so much on this one, but simply the front man for something that he could only assume was much bigger. Weeks prior he received an unmarked letter under his door that read
"Dear Sean,
I have been seeing what you are up to for awhile. I like your rebellious style, but more importantly, I like the way you don't get caught. Below is an address, it is an abandoned building that I bought recently, I would like you to throw a party there. Don't worry, I'm not a cop, and I don't work for the school...this isn't a set up. I am simply a smart and wealthy rebel like yourself. Unfortunately my rebellion is coming to a close and I need someone to continue my legacy. Consider this your qualification test.

The black Audi came to a halt in front of an abandoned building, skyscraper was an understatement. There had to be fifty floors to it. None the less, like any abandoned building, it was rough. There were a few broken windows and a vine had started climbing the side. The situation made Sean a little nervous. He popped the trunk and pulled out a 31 oz metal bat from the back. Can't be to careful.
He opened the door and there it was in the middle of the floor...like a treasure chest...liquor. Vodka, Whiskey, Scotch...it was like he had just walked into a liquor store. Other than that, the room was nearly completely empty except for a bartending station along one wall and a small stage in the corner.
"Better Get to Work" Sean said out loud.
