Spirit Temple was a REALLY fun level; it would be my favorite, beating Shadow Temple, if the boss wasn't so repetitive.

My favorite temple... If I had to go by design aspect? The Stone Temple(Majora's Mask) was awesome. Not fun to solve, but a cool mechanic. My favorite temple though, has to be the Temple of Time(TP, and OoT). It had the best music. ~

I'm not sure what one is my favorite... Maybe that one sand temple from Phantom Hourglass, forgot its name.
