Kal's Genin is accepted to Suna.

Seraph's Genin is accepted to Iwa if you make the following changes.
-remove Cursed Technique: Death Controlling Possessed Blood altogether, he shouldn't even be in the process of learning it yet, way too powerful for a Genin.
-for Shinigami no Seiku, remove the second and third seals completely. I don't want to see any mention of their abilities being active or even partially active. The first seal should remain only partially accessible, and decrease the rank for the technique accordingly. He can grow with the seal as you planned but just... remove all the ridiculousness that should not be included in a Genin CS.
Without that he's an immortal shurikenjutsu user, which is still more than enough for a Genin...

Yoshua's Raiakge is under review. Probably one of the most intricate CS's on this thread, it requires careful scrutiny.

Pretty much anyone that fights him. Think about it. He's had 20 years as a Genin to hone his skills on missions, bulk up, etc. Even if he had the same skill level in jutsu as the basic Genin, he's still going to be an adult fighting children. Know what I mean?
