I am flattered. I have basically been thinking I need to up my character. He has to get up close and personal to stand a chance against anyone.

So how is fighting going to be settled in the rp? if we are starting in a chunin exam, I assume that we will have to have our characters go against each other. So will it be pre determined by you Ouro? or is it going to be whoever sounds the best in the fight? or?

As I understood it, we can, we just need the genin first.

I think we're all mature enough to figure out who wins the fight. Just don't god mod and be fair.

As I see it most of us are mature to determine who wins in a one on one scenario, I will note the chuunin exams are not a basic one on one tournament and I may deviate from the canon version.

After you have made a Genin you are free to make a Jounin and you do not need to make a Jounin for the same village as your first character. We will also need Kage which will be given to well-written character sheets, I'll be much more critical grading those, I don't want something generic thrown together or some OP warmonger, ya guys feel me?

Kumo and Iwa both have zero shinobi as of the moment, Suna has one (me :D) Konoha has three, Uza has two, and Kiri has three.
