Thoughts On The Murder: No one liked Simone. Jasmin’s life was made a living hell by the bitch and she was glad that she was dead. She’s just sorry that she never got to see the bitch’s last moments. Although she has to thank the wench for dying the way she did, it made Jasmin gain an interest in Forensic Science which she ended up choosing as her minor at college. It complimented her Legal Studies major very well. It was about the only good thing that ever came out of Jasmin knowing her.

History During H.S.: During High School Jasmin was quiet and withdrawn. She lived most of her High School life between the library and the music room. She was known for having buckteeth, big frizzy hair and large geeky glasses. When she was accepted for the Jazz Band, she started to get known for carrying around her French horn and when one day someone stole it from her locker, Jasmin absolutely lost her temper. She had a massive blow out and from that day forward, was known as Blow Hard Jazz. Original, I know.

No surprises as to who was responsible for Jasmin making her first public debut as a hot head. Simone. Jasmin had been bugged by her for years as they had went to the same Middle School and Simone had made sure to make her life a living hell throughout school. Jasmin did all that she could to steer clear of the bullies but there were countless times where she’d get water dumped over her, food thrown at her, stuff stolen from her bag and locker, all those good bully times that kids have in high school that you’ve heard about? Jasmin lived through it.

Jasmin had chosen not to go to the Senior Prom for High School despite the others from Jazz Band asking her to go with them as a group. She didn’t want to give Simone another opportunity to ruin something that was supposed to be a magical and fun night for her. That decision would turn out to be both the worst and best decision that she had ever made. She regretted not being able to see Simone, the life completely drained from her face, but she was glad that she wasn’t there because then she might have been in Cynthia’s shoes.

History Since Graduation: Jasmin worked hard through high school and managed to get straight A’s. She took these high grades (and all her pent up aggression) and applied to get her Bachelors in Legal Studies with a minor in Forensic Science. She applied for all of the Ivy Leagues and managed to gain a coveted place within Harvard. She was thankful that her parents were able to leave her such a life changing sum of money, although she would much rather have her parents with her instead of the money. She moved to Cambridge at the end of summer after Simone’s death. She didn’t want to leave her Grandmother behind but she knew that Gramma was happy in Indiana.

In her first year of college, Jasmin made a point to start taking better care of herself. She began working out, eating better and learned how to properly groom herself. If she wanted to be a lawyer in a big city then she had to look the part, right? She went from the frizzy haired, buck-toothed, horn-rimmed glasses geek to the sexy, hot, sleek lawyer within the year. She felt and looked better and began to get more notice from the fellas and ladies alike. A drunk and awkward college fumble with a former roomie soon helped her realise that she wasn’t into that.

She met her future husband, Alexander, in her second year at Harvard as they were taking the same course. They dated on and off for the first year before getting serious with each other. They were married the summer after their graduating year of their Bachelor degree. They were blissfully married throughout their 4 years at Law School and had their own place together and two loving cats. They discussed kids and future plans but when the subject of future employment came up, they seemed to manage to change the subject every time. Can you guess where the problems came from?

All of the problems in their relationship started when it came to their Associate applications to law firms. Alexander wanted them to go to the West coast while Jasmin wanted to remain on the East coast. The West coast reminded her too much of her parents and she preferred to avoid those painful memories if she could help it. Alexander was of the impression that she should have a thicker skin than that if she wished to be a lawyer and they ended up agreeing to disagree. Alexander moved to the West coast and Jasmin remained on the East coast. They agreed to keep their marriage going long distance to see how it could work.

Jasmin enjoyed her time alone but she ended up missing Alex a lot faster than she expected (what a marriage, man). She made a point to surprise him by flying out without telling him. The trip was also to see how she would feel on the West coast after all these years away. Maybe she could move over there for him. She decided it was worth trying. Unfortunately, Alexander had already checked out of their marriage and had found himself a piece on the side only six months in to the move. Safe to say, Jasmin was pissed off. That happened three years ago. The divorce was not pretty and took almost two years to get sorted out. Since then, Jasmin has been happy working in a prestigious law firm in NYC called Pearson-Spectre.

History

Thoughts On The Murder: Riley hated Simone like any other in the school, was it enough for her to murder her? No yes the two of them had actually gotten into several fights in the past causing Riley to be suspended for about a week due to the fight she wasn't one to roll over like a puppy like the nerdling and geeklings did. She would actually stand up for herself when fighting Simone or defending one of her friends from the bully. When she was murdered Riley was just as shocked as everyone, but Riley had an alibi she was hanging with her own group of friends and was on the other end of the room when the body of Simone came hanging from the ceiling.

Riley wasn't sure what to think when Cynthia was actually convicted of the murder, she didn't like the girl either but the two didn't get into fights aside from a few verbal arguments nothing physical like Simone. But after hearing the murder weapon was in the trunk and rope was in the back of her car Riley would think that it was actually her that did it due to the evidence.

History During H.S.: During high school Riley actually struggled with a lot of things, from grades to her sexuality to even being bullied by other kids in the school. She hung out in the wrong crowd and was usually either skipping class or rarely ever paying attention to her teachers. Riley was the trouble child of the family and always got into some sort of argument with her parents and siblings. This was also the time when Riley started dyeing her hair different colors, this also ended up getting her into trouble with her teachers and other staff. But she refused to dye her hair a more natural color, which led her getting a few suspensions in the past, she was just expressing herself.

Then when she decided to come out of the closet, her friends were happy some didn't really care but when she came out to her family it led her to getting kicked out of the house. Riley ended up rooming with a friend of hers and her family, Riley also ended up getting a job at a local fast food joint. By the time of the prom Riley was hanging out with a group of her friends, she was actually out having fun and dancing with some of her other classmates. When she was tired Riley went to sit down and watched as the others dancing and having fun, then it happened seeing Simone's lifeless body hanging from the ceiling. This scared her quiet a bit, she wouldn't think anyone would end up murdering a fellow student.

During her time in high school however Riley actually help found a rock band with a few other kids, which they would perform from time to time during school events if she was asked to do it. Riley of course stays in contact with them some have still stuck to her to this day, Riley enjoyed playing music for her fellow students and helped her make a few more friends.

History Since Graduation: Unlike others in her graduating class Riley had no plans with whatsoever on going to college, seeing as it was mostly just a waste of her time and money. And she didn't want to have to pay for books and supplies, and taking out those student loans. She instead instantly went straight into the workforce Riley of course still stuck with her music performing in her off hours at local bars or other events around Grimm. She and her band eventually hit it big when a record producer found out about their music, and Riley instantly took the chance at it.

Taking the money she had she moved out to LA for awhile buying the cheapest apartment that she could find, eventually Riley started writing her own songs. Riley and her band produced their first album within a year, their music then started getting more attention as it played on the radio. Then they started to do a national tour across the country. After three years of writing touring and all the traveling Riley decided to take a short break.

Riley settled into Pittsburgh and actually got a girlfriend and the two dated for quiet awhile, until her girlfriend had enough of Riley going out to parties constantly. She then started writing more songs and then got back with her band once again to produce their fourth album, and then several interviews were lined up as well for their next world tour.

Riley was about head for her world tour when she received a letter from her old high school about a reunion, at first Riley wasn't sure if she wanted to go or not. But she decided to go anyway and the tour could wait, Riley wanted to head back to the town that she grew up in. And last she heard her family was still living there, and decided that she would go and visit them as well and hopefully try and mend some fences with her parents.
