Kianna removed the jacket and handed it down to Aya. "Here, he needs it more than me." Kianna was very tense as Misha approached them. "I'm assuming your here for him?" She said coldly.
Despite their conversation about Destin earlier, Aya knew that Sacha wasn't heartless. She tried to catch her breath and moved Destin's body to the fire as she recounted what happened as calmly as possible. "I was showing Brick the river, when we found Kianna there. She'd just saved Destin from the river... He was dying." Aya layed Destin by the warm fire, parting some of the jackets which bound him so that Sacha could see him and so she could observe if he been injured.
Aya couldn't help but give a small smile at Sacha's kindness. Everyday she was grateful that it was Sacha above all others who lead the Rabins. She quickly turned her attention back to Destin's body. In the past people who had fallen into the river tended to get scrapes and bruises from the rocks. Someone as small and delicate as him in this form was bound to have worse injuries than that. She first checked his head, which thankfully showed no signs of trauma, but as she moved down to his torso one side was clearly swelling from impact with something hard. "Sacha, would you mind grabbing me a compress? There should be one on my desk in the medicine tent."
