Ventus follows Erik's example and summons his keyblade. When he overhears Shaki(Am I correct on the shortened version?) ask her question, Ven begins to look around as well, feeling a bit worried as well.

sage glanced around, "why not just ask the ever present elementals. or are all of them busy with this special visitor we have a knock knock knocking?" it was obvious Sage was worried, as made evident by the fact that he himself split from the group, ignoring the apparent danger that lurked right outside the castle walls.

Fire engulfs Kylas hand and forms into a long, narrow blade. Her other hand holds a fistful of fire in reserve, flames leaking out from a tightly closed fist.

Suki followed after Sage, intent on finding her brother. She didn't care.

She knew where he would be. Which meant she had to be there to prevent him from getting himself killed.

"Talek!" Spirits voice yelled down the hallway, "Why are you not getting these kids to safety?"

"One is missing, Spirit" Talek replied, he pointed towards Suki and Sage were, and Suki immediately sprinted down the hallway, to head to the main hall and outside

Erik dashed after them, wind speeding up his own steps to catch up. He ignored Spirits voice, drawing an arrow and notching it, just in case something else happened.

Ven runs after Erik, wishing to back up his fellow wind mage. He also uses wind magic to speed up his movements and catches up with Erik and Suki, keyblade in hand.

Sword held in one hand and a fire spell ready to be unleashed from the other, Kyla strode down the hallway at onlu slighty faster than a walk. If there was a surprise waiting, it would better to not be caught up in it. On the other hand, if it's taken care of by the time she arrive then it wouldn't have been worth the effort.

Of course Pakuna would have gone for Rhyme. Suki raced down the hall, and soon found herself outside.

Wind appeared in front of her, "get back-" But Suki pushed passed her, to where the large orange cat was. So then, where was Pakuna? the ground shook, and she looked up, into the eyes of a man, tall, with golden eyes.

"Grab her!" Water's voice yelled, as the wind seemed to pick up, "Get her away, now!"

Ventus did as he was ordered, well, almost. He got Suki out of harm's way by moving in front of her and forcing her back with a strong gale of wind and then slowly began backing away from the golden-eyed man, but he stayed at a certain distance where he could still fight with his keyblade, but also retreat before the man could even touch him..

Erik planted his feet, arrow drawn back to where the feathers were brushing his cheek. His arrow was aimed at the mans eye, a certain kill almost always if it hit. Wind swirled around the arrow, tightly, ready to speed up that already fast arrow. He said," Ven get out of there!" He was well out of arms reach of the thing, but the shot was a easy shot to make, even if he didn't have the ability of magic. He simply adjusted to the picking up wind, knowing that trying to block it for an easy flight would be difficult.

Suki pushed Ventus out the way, moving herself back into the line of fire, she flung out both hands, fire in one hand, water on the other. Not knowing what she was doing, she slammed her hands together, and the two seemed to merge, without the water putting the fire out. She didn't know how.

She threw her hands out, to throw the attack at the man. When the attack hit, silence fell. The man stumbled back, eyes slightly wide, and then fled.

Another scream rent the air. Human. Scared. Male.

Ventus was shocked by what he had seen Suki just do, but he got over it as soon as he heard the scream. He headed towards the noise, never slowing down.

"So that clearly wasnt the one that was supposedly special and strong" Sage Mumbled as the creature thing fled. He looked around again trying to locate the sound. "Spirits of the trees" he whispered, envoking his spirit magic "speak to me through your branches" compelling the spirits of the trees to cooperate there was a ruffling that Sage interpreted "this way" he started running. resisting the urge to tear off the robes

Erik relaxed his draw on the bow and ran, holding the arrow still, the bow pointed down but ready in an instant to draw and fire. He dashed over the ground, wind again assisting him. He thought about what Suki did, and considered affecting his arrows that way. He would have to work on that.

Sword in hand, Kyla followed along, having caught up to a dozen paces behind Suki.

"Pakuna!" Suki was sure that had been his scream. she stumbled across the ground, dodging Fire as he tried to grab her, the other teachers trying to gather the students up.

Suki didn't care. Her brother was out there.

"Someone, anyone, find him" She whimpered, as she ran. The great shadow fell across her, and she looked up. A winged beast was flying above.

Erik looked up as the shadow formed, spotting the winged beast. His feet planted, and he drew back, aiming for the wing of the beast. Wind spun around the top of the arrow, ready to add a burst of wind as he let it go, to speed up the fight. He moved to keep it in his sights, waiting to know if it would attack them.

Ventus looked above as the giant avian's shadow fell over them, he prepared to fire all sorts of offensive spells at it, lying in wait to see if it will strike against him and his fellow classmates.

She hefted the sword and it lengthened into a long javelin. After a pause to gauge the distance she threw it and the projectile streaked off towards the target with a tail of fire. She had another fistful of fire ready a moment later. From each handful flames began to creep along her arms, solidifying into a second skin. Red veins glowed as she began to run, picking up speed. The flames continued to flow across her body, covering her in thick armour. As her face was covered in a fierce, beaked helmet, she smiled.
