"I see.." Ventus trails off as he thinks about Brandon is telling him. "Maybe I should go to Spirit about it.." He says to himself.

"Well, we are all novices with using spirit right? I think it would be easy for a spirit to...slip inside us. So possession" Suki said

Brandon nodded, thoughts buzzing around in his head as he took in the new information. "that may explain a few things... although not entirely.."

"I don't know everything about magic, I'm new to this too" Suki said, "You two should go to Spirit"

Sage flipped through his book. not exactly satisfied with what he found. infact he had more questions than answers now.

"um... lets see.... Earth?" he called out

"magic? what do you mean?" Brandon asked curiously. No one had ever explained that his powers were indeed magic. He had always thought himself a freak of nature. as well as anyone else who used it for that matter. But he didn't judge.

"What we can do is magic" Suki said, "You don't know the history of it?" She asked somewhat shocked

Brandon shook his head. "ive been wandering the wastelands since i was but a child... my family accepted these.. magics? but they were wiped out... i was never taught of what this was.." Brandons face darkened a bit as he mulled over the idea of his abilities, playing with a small flame by making it hop across his fingertips.

"Well" Suki said somewhat shocked, "Magic...maybe It would be better to have everyone here" She said, standing, "Because magic is older than time itself"

when earth didnt respond Sage called instead for Wind

Wind sighed and appeared in front of Sage, finishing off the sandwich in her hand, "yes, Sage?" She asked giving him a smile

"if this is a castle does that mean there is an armory where weapons are stored?" He asked.

"We do have access to weapons, yes, but you have to earn Talek's approval, and then you have to earn the weapons trust. Why?" Wind asked, brushing her hands before holding them in front of her.

"Spirit magic is supposed to be able to create weapons or something. but if i got no idea how to use said weapons its a waste of time. Also i'd imagine that charging the weapon with elements increases the weapons capabilities. but charging them with A spirit changes the weapons capability depending on the harmony between weapon and spirit"

Wind sat down without invitation, and thought how to reply to that. "Well, to create a weapon out of any element, you have to understand the basic foundations of aid element. Spirit is the hardest of all, due to the fact that generally, even just using light from spirit energy, you do need a bond between spirits to make the weapon last. Infusing man made weapons with magic like you speak off can be done, yet you imagine the heat of fire that we can obtain. Man made steal cannot survive that. Here, we have access to weapons made of magic, suited for that. I imagine Talek will have you training with them soon." She smiled her easy smile, "does that make sense?"

Strangely, Ventus felt tired...he decides to head back to his room. When he arrives there, he sits on his bed. Before he moves to lay down, he hears a voice. "Come on...why resist? You want power, don't you..?" "...Who are you...?" Ven asks the unknown voice. The voice laughs. "Me..? Oh...let's just say that I'm the one that can help you save everyone...all you have to do is open the door.." On the outside, it would appear to those that see Ven that he's in a trance of sorts, his eyes flickering between blue and yellow.

"yea it makes sense but its not really helpful information. I dont honestly give much thought to elements other than Spirit. I know if bonded to a spirit that has an associated weapon one can use their magic to create said weapon. however it takes a lot of energy. if the person is already holding a weapon then the spiritual weapon envelops the physical weapon, lessing the cost of magic. If the person happens to be using the same type of weapon, like chaneling a samurai and holding a katana the energy toll is lessened even more. and the magic still envelopes the weapon but doesnt change its shape like it would the example before. now if I were to channel a specific spirit what had a specific weapon, and was holding the specific weapon there would be a very minimal toll on my magic as there is no need to create the weapon since i'm holding it. it will be magically converted to its prime form.

Now thats all well and good. and I understand that completely however if i dont know how to use the weapon personally it hinders the effectiveness of the possession. im not trying to make a sword out of fire anything like that. but if I held up a sword coated in spirit magic to a flame sword im pretty sure the logic of the non magical world wouldnt be relivent and the outcome would be determined by whoevers will was strongest. "

Brandon played idly with his flame, his thoughts wandering between wonderings. magic... not what he would have first thought of his powers as. He was so lost in thought that he wasn't paying attention to the others.

Wind nodded, "Yes" She said, then sighed, she held out her hands as a sword appeared there, "based on what you are saying, I shouldn't be able to encase this sword in water because water cannot be solid" She formed water over the blade without much difficulty, "but using magic, we can make the water stay, flowing, or as ice" She shrugged, letting thewater disappear, then setting the sword down, she held out her hand, forming a blade of ice instead. "the physical object makes it easier, yet it is still easy to create it from scratch"

"thats not what i was saying. at least not about the elements. light isnt solid either and thats apparently what we use for spirit magic" Sage made a mental note that theelements could use other elements but didnt say anything about it. "the physical object making it easier....was half my point. the other half was me wanting to know how to use the physical object."

"As I said before, Talek will allow you to train with swords and such when you are ready for it. If you wish to take it up with him, you may" Wind said
