But whatever you and @Ira thinks works best, is fine! If you wanna do a whole prison arc thing, that would be cool. Never seen that in a One Piece RP!

I'm sure you're wondering how to stop the scythe? use Anaru like a projectile, he's so rock solid the scythe won't do anything, problem solved. (Don't actually though, I really would prefer Anaru to live.)

They let Smoker into the Grand Line.

And all of the Marines have pretty much showed that they are Grand-line ready. Of course, Zepp and Johnny just need Freya to be allowed to enter, and they'll tag along.

Well, Xerxes gonna need that training montage cause he ain't exactly ready for the Grand Line. Although he was weakened from fighting Anaru, he stood little chance against Johney when serious, can't happen again if he trying to eascae prison, which I assume they will attempt to cross it afterwards to ward off pursuers.
