Limiters: Spiril's bacteria can only invade an opponent's body through direct physical contact as it is the only way he would be able to inject a high enough amount of bacteria for it to have any effect. His bacteria can also not dig through the skin, and can not invade the body unless there is an open wound or other possible entrance (nose, mouth, etc). His power to destroy bacteria is the one that drains the most of his energy and he will need to physical contact with the source of the bacteria to be able to use that power.

By the way, in case it wasn't obvious, the mentions I made in my most recent post as Dirk were basically pointers that any of the mentioned people could and/or should interact with him if desired; it's important for the Red Hoods and the two Marine Captains/one Captain one Lieutenant/Captain plus whatever rank Adrian has now, since they're likely to be in visual range of him at some point or another, but may be less important for the Golden Fleeces, who I think might not be in sight of Dirk at this stage, and may not be likely to see him wandering around if they move off to do their own thing.

I was wondering that to, In Xeres case, then I was all like, 3,000,000 beli bounty, killed maybe 500 Marines and an injuered hundreds of innocents...nah.

You're not wrong. Though, I don't foresee the Admiral having much impact on the story at this stage. That just seems unfair.
Our CP9 dudes are gimping themselves by pretending to be mid-tier officers, but I don't see an Admiral being able to do the same.

Yep, he will make an appearance later in the story, not to sure how yet, but he wll make an appearance. He is to lazy to disguise himself and play undercover boss.

I present, the real flacker of Sunny Massacre. Most likely Freaya, kinda had a heart to heart. Anaru, I cant see Jackal yellin rock solid all the time. With only 3 members of the SMP left if push comes to shuv, we might end up disbanding. You know Xerxes don't care, gotta get the memory back.

I don't even know anymore. Lets say Meleny got hit point blank with a cannonball, she gone. Marxo is soon gonna have to 1v3 soon, (Freya, Johnny, Zepp). Jackal is unconscious. Xerxes is in shackles. Not to sure how stupid marines are, but not to sure he could convince them to let him go...maybe.
