Lu could be your friendly neighbour next door that is easy befriending to and would even joke about the corpses in his cellar. He has a laid-back view on life and holds nearly no grudges against anyone. While not exactly a knight in shining armor he has a certain degree of moral that is not seen in most Thao's. He enjoys ladies, alcohol and festivals. While some people might call him "useless drunken bastard" his combat skills are nothing to joke at though.

Lu's trusted blade. A heavy giant sword that he seems able to swing around without much effort. Highly durable and sharp. The name comes from a legend about this weapon used to cut down dragons.

The Invisible Blade
The only "outstanding" move Lu is able to do tied to his blade, swinging it with such a force that air itself bends in such a way that the resulting force behind it greatly increases his attack range.

Undying Will
The strongest man survive with their will alone, Lu's will for survival could nearly be seen to transcend humanity. He would treat a lost arm like a flesh wound. In fact he is even able to function for a while after he should be physically dead.

The Secrets of the Bamboo Grove
Lu's actual fighting style, already a skilled swordsman, this is what makes this man truly terrifying. He has been seen to catch bullets, smash skulls, rip out hearts or shatter melee weapons with his bare hands. One time he even caught a throwing dagger with his teeth. Using his internal energy he is also able to make his skin very resilient, who needs silly gloves if you can punch with bare fists of steel?

Go-Punch Alpha
"That is how a mantis shrimp do."
Lu's true killing technique. A punch fast enough to challenge the flight speed of bullets, furthermore, the force behind this is strong enough to create a shockwave.

Mortality Is Guilt
While not an ability, actually serious enough to be mentioned. Age and human limitations wore Lu down over time. Seizures, cough attacks, heartaches and alike can attack him anytime.

This guy is an NPC to allow my loli for actually joining the people since she is just a villager pleb and has no reason to go hunt monsters.
That's also why it is rather short.

Give it a bit longer. You have a decent character that fills a needed role. Things appear to be slow at the moment but they'll most likely pick up once everyone has gotten together.

Honestly, your writing is fine and miles above some of what I've seen. You'll get better and I'm sure that if anything was seriously wrong than someone would say so.

(Hope I wasn't overstepping any bounds as i don't even have a character here yet.)
