Powers/Skills: Has light weight body armor, a tech glove that's basically a five fingered laptop that can jack into anything, hacking skills, good with anything involving tech. He's also good at sneaking around and being stealthy.

Weaknesses: Average human weaknesses. His light armor only protects him from small arms fire. Certain areas vulnerable to bladed weapons, and heavy arms fire can rip through the armor. Never gets enough sleep, always up late on the computer or tinkering with his glove. Average h2h skills for someone with little to no training. He's watched 'Rocky' like a hundred times and a huge fan of ex-boxer Ted Grant.

BRIEF Bio: J was born and raised in Gotham, Park Row in the Bowery. He came from a poor family, and his dad was a drunk. However he acceled in computer classes and tech and eventually came to create his hacking gauntlet. Able to jack into nearly any computer network, J got himself out of his home situation when he used his hacking skills to make an ATM spit out over three thousand dollars shortly after his eighteenth birthday. J got a cheap place of his own, however he still checked in on his monther weekly.

After a year of using his hacking skills to pay the bills, he was approached by Batgirl to help her defeat another hacker called the Calculator in a borough on the outskirts of Gotham called Burnside. He was inspired into creating a costumed identity of his own and has hacked the radio signal in Batgirl's cowl more than once the last several months to aid her against a splinter cell of Kobra. Now after the death of Batman, Babs assumed the mantle of Batwoman and asked J [called Overwatch now] for assistance with hacking behind enemy lines to stop a warhead from being sold on the Gotham black market.

Now with one victory and assist under his non existant belt, J hopes to one day be a vital resource in the fight against the Gotham underworld.

Storylines:

* Barbara and Dick were the only sidekicks in this universe, so J will fall into the role that was once Babs' and get access to the Belfry early on.

* I want to go up against the Calculator [again] and a couple hired goons [like Deadshot and maybe... Capt. Boomerang?]. No idea what the finer details would be at this point LOL

* Babs and maybe a hero with more exp than J can train him in h2h and he'll begin carrying a baton as a weapon.

BRIEF Bio: Poison Ivy is a well known villainess for her almost constant fight for protecting the environment, more specifically plantlife. She has on crossed paths with many heroes and villains over the years. Her ability to manipulate and mutate plantlife has placed her high on the list of villains despite her seeming lack of physical strength. Controlling others through chemical and biological means she is often more subversive than outright deadly. Don't let that fool you though, in the past she wouldn't hesitate to kill if one threatened her precious plants.

That said, Ivy's story starts after Poison Ivy has an unfortunate run in with Firefly. Always on the lookout for a big time score the flying pyro raided Poison Ivy's latest lab and destroyed most of everything there in the process. Trapped and severely burned by the encounter the woman effectively died in the aftermath. Her connection with the plant life saved her body, but not her mind. Encased in a pod for two years much of her form was discarded and replaced. Becoming more plant than human she was reborn into a world she knew very little about.

The young woman had vague recollection of her former self but largely learned of who she had been from reading and being branded. Though she looked younger it was not hard for people to identify her from her distinct appearance and the ability to cause plants to move and grow. Shunned because of her past she went into hiding so there was only rumor that Poison Ivy was back in Gotham. Having seen and heard of others running around in costumes she created a more practical look in her mind, using tightly woven fibers to create a kind of body armor. She knew who she had been, but the public didn't make her feel any more welcome. Though no one may know it they are fortunate that Ivy no longer possesses most of her biological or chemical knowledge. In her currently impressionable state she could be easily swayed. Undecided she has done both harm and good as she tries to find herself.

Storylines:

• Make a name for herself beyond that of Poison Ivy
• Choose whether to devote herself to seeking after her drifting humanity or take up her former cause

Notes: Ivy has a few creations at her disposal. Under the suit she's created is several feet of stout vine that she can use as a weapon, small pellets filled with spores that act as an effective tear gas, and darts tipped with numbing agent. She's currently trying to figure out how to make more so there is a limited quantity.

He's a trained officer of GCPD, so he knows how to defend himself with his baton if needed or using his hands to defend himself if he can't use anything else, along with the firing of his commissioned gun that he always is carrying whether on duty or off. He also has some pretty good instincts as all cops should have when they're in Gotham, however with his time in this city he has learned the 'flow' of it as well and sometimes just gets the feeling when something bad is going to happen. As with Gotham, it's always necessary to have eyes behind the back of your head and always have caution whenever doing anything to remain inconspicuous with Kyle learning to be as discreet as he could possibly be over the years otherwise expect a dagger in your back.

Outside of his work, he likes being an athletic person but finds it hard to make the time to exercise when you're in Gotham but has managed to juggle his schedule around to find room to keep himself in shape. It does help though that he eats well considering that he makes his own food, being secretly great at cooking since he was a kid but relatively has no one to cook for except himself.

[⚜] Powers:

Kyle is a practitioner of magic, using it as something to give him the edge in the crazy city that is Gotham along with personal interest in it. With him being proficient in the art of magic and he has fully mastered the basics like all magicians themselves should have done so. He, however, prefers to keep the flashier side of things hidden unless needed as he limits his usually dilly dallying with shooting magic bolts, creating barriers, and much much more but those are the most common application of his abilities. Preferring the more clever and craftier usage of magic so that it is much more subtle and his own identity is kept safe as well.

His most prominent skill as a magician if one should choose would be divination through the assistance of a demon who calls itself 'Azoth'. Boosting his powers to further heights so that he can locate when 'crime' is going to be committed in Gotham so that he can intervene.

Outside of his abilities as a Homo Magi, besides that he is just a regular human with what he has learned in life. Some of his humanly weakness can be mitigated with a bullet-proof vest that he wears during working hours but outside of that, he is just as weak as everyone else.

[⚜] BRIEF Bio:

Kyle was born to a normal family but into the most unfortunate place that he could ever be, Gotham City. A place where it was no ideal place to raise a kid, he grew up with the chaos around him and was accustomed to the city. Of course, his family always visited outside of the city but never moved out due to their employment lying in the city. But being raised by great parents balanced out the forces and as it turns out, Kyle came out to be alright from what it seems. Going through school and arriving out of college with a bachelor, in which he put it to use.

Now he's just a cop placed within the worst city one could possibly be at, Gotham City, which is infamous for many things but the one word everyone associates it with is 'crime'. Whether it be petty street criminals to vigilantes or super villains to superheroes, there is always something inside of Gotham that needs to be handled. Generally, this involves the not so spectacular Gotham City Police Department which has been known for corruption and underhand dealings, but there are some officers who legitimately believe that they can help improve Gotham City to be a better place. However, such naive thinking is easily drenched within the dark depths that forces those idealistic beliefs to face the hard truth. While Kyle wasn't one of those who fell hard, he saw many did along with the corruption within the Department and now is fighting crime on both sides. Mitigating what he can as a sergeant in the GCPD while again as a vigilante during the night when the officials can't.

Name: Archer Graham

Alias: Zero

Age: 25

Powers: As a standard ice-wielder, Zero is quite adept at creating quick constructs made of ice. These often boil down to walls or shields to protect himself, or makeshift weapons to hit people with. He can form ice around another person to potentially restrain them, a good tactic for avoiding bloodshed. Zero does also have a unique trick or two. For one, he's been able to freeze a person solid after successfully grabbing a hold of them. Secondly, he's been known to form armor of ice around his body to further protect him from harm, if only for a short time. Zero is practically immune to cold weather and other forms of extreme cold, able to operate in even arctic climates with little or no heavy clothing needed to stay warm.

Skills: Starting out, Zero had only his metahuman powers to help him. He's grown a bit since then, though, and is now fairly adept at defending himself using martial skill. The nature of his powers has also brought out creative side to him, since his constructs are more less limited to his imagination. In the beginning, he was only forming ice walls and clubs, but has since varied it up to include shields and even some bladed weapons like swords and javelins. He's also begun training himself to maintain solid footing even on the slickest of surfaces, as a common tactic he's developed is to the freeze the ground around himself to force opponents off balance.

Weaknesses: Zero's constructs, while versatile, are still more or less just ice. He's learned to make his ice denser than average to make it tougher to break and melt, but enough brute force or heat will still render his ice unusable. His immunity to extreme cold also renders him more vulnerable to the opposite, extreme heat. It's not as serious as to kill him like it would for, say, Mr. Freeze, but it will generally make him fatigue faster and weaken his powers significantly.

BRIEF Bio: Archer was born in Gotham City, not exactly the happiest place for one's childhood. He was bullied in grade school and middle school, but the then recent appearances of Batman inspired him to stand up to his bullies and even stick up for other kids. It wasn't much, but Archer was only a kid. In high school things changed. During a plot to freeze the city by Mr. Freeze, a stray blast of cold and ice knocked Archer into a nearby barrel of chemical waste while he was trying to run to safety. Miraculously, Archer didn't become a human icicle. In fact, he no longer felt the cold at all. Soon after that he started to slowly figure out his powers. Now, some years later, Archer's had a bit of experience fighting crime as Zero, including a chance encounter with Mr. Freeze that ended up becoming his greatest regret. Of course, rumors about Batman's death were hard to swallow, but Zero was determined not to let that stop him from doing what was right, since that was what Batman would have done as well.

Storylines: *expand on his previous encounter with Freeze, and what that "greatest regret" was (it was an ice-enchancement drug Freeze created, called Formula X2-73) and have that regret come back to bite Zero in the ass (someone manages to get their hands on the formula and uses it to give themselves and others ice powers, like that episode of The Flash with the girl becoming addicted to Velocity-9)

Martial Arts (Assorted): Colt has learned a myriad of different fighting styles, though he is no master at any of them. He’s learned a touch of Kung-Fu, as well as Military-based close combat fighting techniques. When mixing those styles together, he mainly focuses in ways that rely upon using the enemy’s weight against them. He’s partial to utilizing pressure points in his attacks.

Marksmanship: Colt has an incredible aptitude in sharpshooting. He can launch bullets that bounce off nearby surfaces towards a target to prevent the opponent from figuring out where the bullet is heading.

Fencing: Under the tutelage of Knight, Colton became an expert in swordplay. His method of choice, each of his strikes are able to pack a punch behind them when wielding a one-handed weapon.

Skilled Acrobat: As part of his initial training, he became an excellent gymnast.

Escape & Evasion: Colton has training in various escape techniques, including lock picking, slipping ropes, and breaking out of zip ties. He has knowledge of the best ways to get out of common restraint positions, as well as what to do in situations where he is being held captive - whether it's breaking out of a locked car trunk, or the ropes tying him to a chair.

Surveillance: Blending in with a crowd, tailing a target without being seen. The opposite is also true; he has learned how to pick up on when he is being tracked, and how to ditch someone following him.

As a nod to the weapon of his predecessor, Colt wields a more advanced version of the normal Slingshot, which he arms with hi designated Giftballs, small spheres that carry a wide variety of tricks, from smokescreen to electric darts.

Weaknesses: Squire is still immature and inexperienced in his career as a crime-fighter, with quite the room for improve. He is prone to rush head into combat without fully thinking a viable strategy first. Though not a scrap in his manner of fighting in that he mixes and matches styles, he is not close to mastering a single one. As such, there will always be counter-maneuvers to his strikes that he is unaware of. His hits are not always as precise as they should be, displaying his inexperience.

BRIEF Bio: Born and raised in the glorious England, Colton Sheldrake grew up with his mother only, since his father, a Royal Air force fighter pilot, was killed in action when Colt was still a babe. Despite receiving excellent education, the lack of a father figure left the boy on his own devices during the most pivotal years of his growth. Predictably enough, the smart yet undisciplined Gary soon became a street kid, trying to prove his worth with petty crimes and stupid capers he tried to impress his friends with. When he became a teenager, unavoidably things got worse for him, until the time he got in serious trouble: he stole a car, and during a race escaping from the cops, he smashed it against a hydrant. Colton was arrested and imprisoned, but unexpectedly he was released soon after: by a mysterious young woman that used her credentials to bail him out. When he finally met with her, she introduced herself as Beryl Hutchinson and revealed to him about her secret identity and why she had been tracking him for a while now. Colton was the son of Stephen Sheldrake, younger brother of the late Cyril Sheldrake. While the second son wasn't involved in the crime-fighting legacy of his family, but tried to support his brother when their father was murdered by his nemesis, Spring-heeled Jack. Despite his best efforts, Stephen couldn't kept Cyril from sinking into despair, and after being turned down to many times by his then drug-addicted brother, he left his old family behind in favor of his new one and his military career. Recently, Cyril met his end at the hands of Talia Al-Ghuls clone of Damian Wayne and the mantle had passed to Beryl and it was her turn to choose a Squire. She offered the position to Colton, the last Scion of the Sheldrakes, and with nothing to lose, he decided to accept her offer, but also agreed on keeping the thing secret from his mother.

_{Pride and obstinacy: Is Zeke’s greatest weakness. He has the tendency to think he’s better than everyone else and sometimes even smarter than everyone in the room. This leads to arrogance as well as a sense of stubbornness from him. In terms of being stubborn, he doesn’t easily obey others and in fact dislikes being bossed around, as he likes to take control. If he doesn’t get his way? Don’t expect him to completely listen to your orders exactly without bending him to his favor. If you prove him rightfully wrong? Consider him fucking your chances of success up very badly. Once he complies through some means of negotiation -or bribery-, he takes the credit of things or takes more things. You’re likely to get into a heated argument with him before he accepts -and bends the rules- doing something for you. But if it's a sort of ‘team-work’ thing, be ready for him to give all sorts of hell emotionally as he is sure to irritate those who work with him as personal amusement.

>While the twins may appear highly identical at first glance, it is pretty clear that despite being ‘identical twins’ that they are in fact not as identical as one thinks. Skipping to having blonde hair and such, their differences are subtle and for starters: Clinton is taller than Ezekiel (6”0 vs 5”11), while Ezekiel has a stronger build than Clinton (which is more apparent when you stare at his face shape as well). They also mirror each other in some ways as well: Ezekial having moles on the right cheek while Clinton has 2 moles on his left cheek, and the two having crescent shaped birthmarks around their belly buttons which mirrors the other as well. Other than that of all the differences, the moles on their faces is more apparent and easier to tell the two apart.

Life in Keystone, Parents, Moving to Gotham

<sub>- Born in Keystone City and raised by a single mother who worked in a diner. Father worked as an architect and lived in Central city, though their relationship was strained due to receiving few visits.
- Hardships of mother encouraged them to do better in life so that they can give their mother an easy life in return. Started working at twelve in a local auto-shop with basics like passing tools around to each member before learning how to fix up cars over time.
- Fifteen; Received an invite to Gotham Academy. Gotham was surely different than Keystone, but they managed to live alone together. 'Living with dad' actually meant dad buying them a condo and basically leaving them alone with a housekeeper as a substitute parent.</sub>

BRIEF Bio: The twins were actually born in Keystone city, When compared to it's twin city Central city, it was the exact opposite as they considered it. While poverty wasn't rampant, nor was there any crime on the loose it was pretty apparent as it was just inferior to Central city in their opinion. For Ezekiel and Clinton they lived with their mother who was a waitress at a local diner called 'Victoria's'. Nothing out of the ordinary, Just a single mother trying to make ends meet with her two kids. No problems either, just a rather mundane woman who tried to display what a good role model should be like. Their father on the other hand was an architect, though it wasn't that he was a complete deadbeat, The twins simply never saw him as a 'father figure' considering his hectic schedule in Central City which meant few visits. As a father, he always attempted keeping in contact but of course was turned down by his sons. Growing up, Ezekiel and Clinton were exposed to the hardships of their mother and it inspired them to simply work hard for the riches in order to give their mother an easier life. They worked fairly young, helping around at a local auto-shop in Keystone at only twelve (Slowly starting from the most simplest things of passing around tools and learning what to do before actually doing the work at fifteen with a supervision) in order to make their own money as a way of helping their mother. But once they turned fifteen, The boys had caught the interest of Gotham Academy surprisingly due to their perfect academics which never faltered. Of all schools, rather than 'the most prestigious school in Central City' which they currently attended (through public transportation and busses), they had an invite to 'Gotham Academy'. Gotham. It was hard to let go, But for the best their mother sent them off to Gotham where they would be living with their father (who also done many business in Gotham)for the next few years. Though the three were all aware that 'living with dad' actually meant 'I'll buy you two a condo to live in on your own while I work'.

Gotham, Education, and Origins

_{- Double the trouble, and while Clinton tagged along to many mishaps his brother caused or planned he was never framed and got off easy while His brother had the image of a delinquent. Their many stunts included pranks (both harmful 'pranking' and harmless pranks), stealing from others, etc. As a result, Zeke was kicked out of Gotham Academy and placed in Gotham high due to having many fight counts with 'stuck up shitheads'.}

_{- Ironically Zeke jokingly enrolled again 3 months after and got accepted and invited back again. Apparently Gotham Academy doesn't look to hard at their applicants. He only stayed for 2 weeks before dropping out of the Academy to go back to Gotham High.}

_{- Although while they pulled stunts on school grounds, their reputation as a 'masked prankster' had become known though fingers were not pointed at them. It was believed to be one person rather than two! Their 'Alternate persona' became known as Gotham Academy's Urban Legend. The things a raccoon hat and tail could get you. But in one 'confiscated footage' it revealed two troublesome tricksters and word eventually went around.}

_{- While it started off as a 'little thing', a small group of students referred to the mystery delinquents as 'Sly & Stray'. Sly because of the yellow/blue coloration and 'stray' because the 'other delinquent' is never confirmed, and rarely seen or heard of if they're partners in crime}

_{- As their alternate, they worked their roles as 'villains' up by working with thugs and joining gangs before leaving with some sort of larger prize than they offer/give to the gangs and thugs. At one point they also encountered Catwoman, They reached good terms and also treat her as their own rival in a sense. Someone to be inspired by, occasionally learn from when they had their encounters, and to feel competitive with. They weren't her sidekicks, and only encountered her at least 4 times in their lives.}

_{As their alternate careers heightened, it was still believed to be one single person rather than two. The twins always did the old fashioned switch-a-roo while one played upfront and the other lurked in the shadows. They occasionally even alternated during the scene without others noticing. So few villains or close thugs of the villains had even witness 'two raccoons'. Perhaps glimpses but upon trying to explain the word never goes through and they simply seem crazy, upping their roles as 'villains' even more higher.}

_{- Because of their scholarly habits (Zeke still attending public school while Clint still attended Private school), They received many opportunities and attended events as well. One of which they met Bruce Wayne when Zeke was Clint's plus one. After that they coincidentally continued to meet this rich billionaire of Gotham a few more times before they earned a full and free scholarship { Zeke wasn't interested at all in going to college but found that it was to late and paid for anyways } and graduated college.}

Gotham was certainly different... Bad. Crime was pretty much 'in the norm' but apparently rather than brightly smiling Heroes, It was filled with dark and gloomy ones. Nonetheless they learned how to adapt to basically living on their own with a house keeper as a substitute parent, and continued to excel in Gotham Academy, which grew easy on Clinton but not with Zeke. To put it simply, Zeke was intelligent--But not hard-working. Ezekiel was focused through and through and while being twins already gave them a reputation of being known, Zeke had more of the reputation based on trouble. Two was double the trouble, but Clinton had more restraint, even when he did tag along to his brother's many mishaps though it was easier for Clinton to get out of these mishaps than for Zeke.
They pulled many troublesome stunts together, especially when it involved stealing from the more privileged and keeping it for themselves or giving it to the poor, Kind of like a robin-hood duo. And that was when two twin thieves were born, In a prestigious academy as a mere 'urban legend' until their roles became known in the 'Batman tales' working with other villains and thugs. Though it was always believed that it was 'one person', there were so few sightings claiming it was actually 'two'. They stole riches from others, it was often given to their mother. Basic things from Tiaras and jewelry to eventually the most complex things such as money transferring. But ezekiel made it through schooling differently as soon as moving to Gotham had happened: He simply cheated and manipulated his way. Nothing to out of it, but he was good with words and heartbreaking. Something his brother tried to change but couldn't. Why couldn't Zeke simply cheat off him? Or tell Clint to do his essays rather than go through the troubles of deceit? Simple, Zeke just liked the chase and drama being caused around him. He could care less and apparently gave him his own sense of superiority of others. Eventually Zeke was kicked out of the prestigious academy for most of his fight counts, including his last one and they found that they could no longer keep him due to the fact that he never made an attempt to change his behavior. That was when one became more privileged than the other, However Zeke had seen and learn more street-wise about the 'real world' than his brother.
With good grades, the two had many opportunities open to them and attending events due to scholarly habits. The older twin {Zeke} seemed to have a preference for public schooling while the younger grew more accustomed to the fancier things provided in Gotham. At one point they had met Bruce Wayne on occasion, and it almost became regular by coincidence. They were given full scholarships for their hard work, Funded by no other than Wayne Enterprises and it was expected they graduated clean without any mischief from Zeke's part. They fulfilled that duty at ease while also continuing to up their game as 'Stray' or 'Sly' since it was still believed that the thief which they played was one person.

They can suddenly have a strong disagreement of some sort (during a crime/robbery thing or a sort of serious war) before abandoning their partner-in-crime ways. This leads to one attacking the other once the other has made a choice of alignment.

BRIEF Bio:
The League of Shadows was always a place for the orphaned and downtrodden that showed real promise and potential. Yan’s very early life was being an orphaned child alongside several others in Guangzhou, who were abandoned due to the One-Child Policy as Communist China developed. In many ways, children like Yan were the perfect recruits for the League of Shadows as many had no connections to their old lives.

Yan was ‘adopted’ by the league at a young age and trained alongside many of those to obediently serve the League and they did so under Ra’s Al Ghul’s reign. But after Ra’s many defeats from Batman, a man who was infamous for leaving the League, several members felt their allegiance wavier. Many tried leaving but so few managed to succeed. Yan was one of the lucky ones as she fled to the United States to begin her life as an assassin-for-hire for the multitude of rich clientele.

Yan’s nickname, Mao-Tai, came from common use of using Mao-Tai, a Chinese liquor, to poison political and financial enemies of her clients. After a few years of this, she felt unconvinced this was what she was supposed to do but it wasn’t until the death of the famed Batman that she decided to change. Modeling herself more after Bruce, she began targeting only those that were evil or vile in some regard instead of the many innocent people she had killed before. But she never gave herself up completely and believes there can be no mercy for those that she deemed bad. In a sense, she became judge, jury, and executioner for many.

Storylines:
Yan will most likely eventually fall into the hands of our heroes so the question is what do they do with Yan? There is a chance that they may convert her to their cause but who knows.

Yan’s past dealings may reappear in the form the League or some of the other successful ex-members. Both would bring their complications.

Martial Arts - Tyrus certainly isn’t an expert combatant due to him never having any real training, however he has learnt how to fight though from his time living in the Narrows. Recently he has spent a large amount of time studying old martial arts videos online and practising these techniques on old mannequins or the various other members of Gotham's Robin Gang. Due to this Tyrus can out-fight just about your average group of thugs or criminals with his fighting skills alone.

Bilingual - Tyrus has picked up some Korean from his parents.

Lockpicking - While no expert, Tyrus learnt how to pick a basic lock at an early age.

Hotwiring - Yet another skill learned during his youth, given enough time, Tyrus could probably get in and hotwire any motor vehicle.

Equipment:

The Robin Suit - Cobbled together from various pieces of clothing and equipment, Tyrus's suit isn't exactly the most high-tech super-suit around. That being said, it does the job. A spray-painted bullet proof vest acts as his main body armour, with gauntlets and armaments stolen from one of the Batman's secret stashes around the city protecting the rest of his limbs. A slick black domino mask covers eyes, concealing his identity. Possibly the most distinct feature of the outfit is the personalized denim sleeveless jacket that Tyrus wears over the top. Just a little personal touch.

Billy Club - Acquired from one of Batman's old weapon stashes hidden throughout Gotham, Tyrus makes use of this billy club as his primary weapon when fighting crime. The billy club can be split into two short sticks, allowing for great usage as a shorter ranged weapon, as well as also able to be converted into a somewhat larger staff. It also makes use of a special steel fiber composite cable, thus allowing the billy club to extend to a target, as well as be used as a grappling hook.

Explosive Pellets – Also acquired from Batman's weapon stash, these are essentially small explosives which can be thrown and used like grenades, despite packing a significantly smaller punch. Since he has no means of recreating these though, he tries his best to save them. Only has around half a dozen left in his utility belt.

Flashbang Pellets – Similar to the explosive pellets, these emit bright light and loud sound to completely blind and deafen enemies. Since he has no means of recreating these though, he tries his best to save them. Only has around half a dozen left in his utility belt.

Taser - A simple taser that Tyrus bought online. Does the trick.

Pepper spray - Self explanatory really.

Weaknesses:

Aside from the typical weaknesses that come with being a typical human being, Tyrus has a severe nut allergy.

Tyrus is also highly inexperienced, having had no real training. As such he can easily be overwhelmed if forced to combat against large numbers of people or generally anyone with any fighting capabilities.

BRIEF Bio:

Tyrus’ parents were a pair of Korean immigrants who arrived in Gotham a year before his birth. There they found their home in the Narrow’s, one of the city’s worst neighbourhoods. Despite this however they managed to do well, with them opening up a Korean Restaurant and making something for themselves. Tyrus did well in school, and was greatly encouraged by his parents to try his best so that he may one day leave Gotham and see the world.

During his early teens however, Tyrus fell in with a rough crowd at school, causing his grades to plummet and his criminal record to skyrocket. As a result of this, he fell in with a local gang known as the River Rats. Fortunately he was too young to gain much notoriety within the gang or to get into too much trouble, and with time, he decided that it would be best to quit. The River Rat’s didn’t take kindly to this however and when they learnt that Tyrus’s parents owned a restaurant, they torched the building. Fortunately help came in the form of the caped crusader, with Batman ensuring that the gang were taken down and Tyrus’ parents got out of the building without being severely hurt. The whole situation put things into perspective however for Tyrus, with him quitting the gang and attempting to return to his previous life, as well as receiving a new role model in the form of the Batman. Still feeling guilty for his actions however, Tyrus realized that he needed to help ensure that this didn’t happen to anyone else.

The perfect opportunity came in the form of the Gotham Robin Gang, a group of likeminded young vigilantes who idolized Batman, much like Tyrus had begun to do. Between school and working part time in the restaurant, Tyrus has now been a “Robin” for a few months. During this time he managed to find and break into one of Batman’s own weapon cashes, one of many dotted around the city, where he acquired equipment for both himself and the rest of the Robins.

Storylines:

Return of the River Rats - With news that the River Rats have returned to the streets, Tyrus decides to go solo from the Robin Gang and take them down on his own.

Professor Pyg - Wanting to impress Batwoman, Robin sets his sights on taking on a real super villain.

In terms of tops, Stephanie owns a wide variety of shirts, most of them in brighter colours, favouring primary colours that wouldn't look out of place on a hero in Metropolis. Her hair is a bright natural blonde, kept long in length and is well taken care of rarely looking disheved or rough.

Stephanie Brown was born to Crystal Brown and Arthur Brown, or as her father was better known - the Cluemaster. She grew up ignorant of her father's other life, despite the fact Stephanie's father spent most of her early childhood in jail, away from Gotham City. One night, about month after her father had returned home, Stephanie woke up to a strange noise only to find the Batman with his hands around her fathers' throat. Seeing the young girl, Batman decided not to return Arthur to jail. Going back to sleep, Stephanie eventually convinced herself that the it had all been just a dream.

However the visit from Batman did little to deter Arthur and soon the criminal mind returned to his old tricks. Updating his personal modus operandi, the Cluemaster went against his name, now pulling heists without leaving clues behind. Inspired by the visit from the Batman, Stephanie created her own costume in an attempt to try and stop her father. Dubbing herself 'the Spoiler', Stephanie discovered her father's plans locked away in the basement and decided to leak them in order to stop him. Using a social media account designated 'Spoiler Alerts', Stephanie released clues onto the web for Batman and the GCPD to stop the Cluemaster.

Despite being new to the world of capes, Stephanie is able to get by through her enthusiasm and dedication to her own personal vendetta. Unable to directly confront her father, Stephanie kept watch, following the Batman from a distance and eventually joining the fight when the Caped Crusader engaged the Cluemaster. Sending Stephanie home after the conflict was resolved, it didn't take the Batman long to determine the identity of the Spoiler. Impressed with Miss Brown's tenacity, the Batman left Stephanie a present, her own utility belt. Armed with the necessary tools, Stephanie continued to develop her skills.

Learning her father had escaped Blackgate, Stephanie has resumed the identity of the Spoiler and has vowed to return her father to prison.

Knowing she has to take her father down, Stephanie heads into Devil's Square but without the Batman to back her up she's on her own this time. Let the games begin.

This odd ball would appear and or dissappear, as a beautiful girl, with always a quiet wide..smile on her face, that often goes ear to ear, showing off each and every one of her pearly white sharp teeth, as if every moment of her life was a joke, and she is worth smiling about it. She is a pale girl, but it is not a deathly pale, with little coloring in her cheeks, a soft pink that slowly fades into her face. But other then the rosy cheeks her complexion is completely clear. Her eyes are a golden, and instead of having black pupils, it is just a darker gold. Which being one of the few odd things about her.

Another odd thing about her, is that she is entirely covered in purple. Even her hair, her mess of purple locks are wild, there are many split ends, and it goes down to a little bit past her shoulders. But on the top of her head, perched up wards at all times, are two car ears. Just as purple as her hair. The ears are anything but an accessory. The ears are always perked up, and never seem to falter, except when she’s getting scolded , on each side of her ears holds bells, that chime when she walks around.Her bangs cover the sides of her face, but it parts up so you can see her eyes and face. With a few short hairs sticking out over her forehead.

As said before, her outfit is completely purple. On her neck is a purple choker tied tightly around it, with a large bell on it. On each of her arms, are finger less arm warmers, that are a dark purple latex, that is tightened around her arm, by a small belt. She has to wear a rather short(purple) dress, an opening started right under the breast showing her stomach, then closing right below her belly button,the dress going almost up to her thighs, that poofs out(like a ballerinas )due to the fact of an abnormal growth she has. A purple cat tail.

She has leggings that are like her arm warmers, that stop at her ankles, showing her bare feet, which her toe nails are painted purple.

PERSONALITY:Khit, is happy. Happily insane..ish? She see’s the filth of the world. She often creates her own. Her world. Often being the monster that, she created her world to hide from. She often has a grin on her face, it serrates most of her face. Some may say she isn’t insane. Just truthful, and man is she truthful, often going into rants on how disgusting she finds the person. Some can say she does that to protect herself, so she would never get back stabbed. What would she say you ask? Well she would tell you a joke, steal your money then leave .
Often though she is happy. Although she isn’t one to be trusted, she certainly isn’t your average insane super powered teen. She’s not out to destroy the world. She’s just out to look out for herself. Although, she sometimes can look past this selfish act and save a few lives, or switch a few sides. If she needs too. She often though just finds people annoying, and often gives off a god complex to everyone else. She loves to run, to steal. But she could careless for fighting. She often puts it. “I am an entertainer! Not a fighter” With her wide grin. Well if she is entertaining you, your most likely to end up going home, with minus anything of value you had on you.

The truth however, is that Khit is one of the most sly individuals that exist. She plays the fool, a character she seems to envelop herself in,She likes to mess with people, and would most likely lead them into their own demise. She is in a way, an actress playing one of her most loved part. She is committed to it and she works hard to make it work. Her genius is only matched by her sheer madness. Do not let her age and appearance fool you,for her wisdom greatly exceeds her age, often speaking it in rhyme. Or if she likes you enough, she'll hint you.

The women’s real agenda is unknown, only that she seems to thrive on idiocy and nonsense. She loves ridicule, revels in shame, bathes in laughter and glorifies in her own mistakes. She points, she smiles, she waves, She tricks, and what she doesn’t do...is behave.Although all of this is her on the outside.

Under the surface Khit is rather deviant and rather a planning, every move she makes is carefully planned before she does anything even if it seems spontaneous. She is really some one who should not be messed with, for it could be dangerous.

POWERS AND/OR ABILITIES: Teleportation Khit has the ability to teleport to any where she’s seen or been(As long as she has seen it with her eyes and it's real, in a example:: On television, a photo, or she's been there she can go back there) too in her life(directly or indirectly). It’s actually an amusing thing to see, she can sometimes fade into the scene, or appear with with only her chunk of limbs showing one at a time. She can use this as much as she wants and where ever she wants; she however can not bring people with her when she teleports- but she can bring inanimate objects..

Levitation This is quiet self explanatory, although I will go in depth with it for acceptance reasons the process by which an object is suspended by a physical force against gravity, in a stable position without solid physical contact. Pretty much she can make herself float, which she sometimes enjoys entirely too much. She can make herself float as well, not matter the heights, although she only tends to be a good thirty or fourty feet in the air.

Flexibility & Agility Khit is quiet flexible, which she often takes advantage of when she is floating, she is able to touch her foot to her head, and the whole shebang. She often uses this ability to help her steal things, from bending her body to a ninety degree angle to crawling on her hands and knees(with her legs a bit past her shoulders) not to mention about her agility, Khit however in her eyes doesn't need this, considering she can teleport, she has it.

Transform She has the ability to turn her bell's she can find; from coins to crowbars, into a more deadly weapon, her bells or the object can always turn back into it’s original form if she allows it, the shape can be from anything she would like, and the only thing about the metals that changes is it's form and that's all it changes.

Super Human Senses She can see, hear and smell senses an average human couldn’t. She can hear the most inaudible subjects, from whispering to soft footsteps. She had perfect vision, and maybe beyond perfect.

WEAKNESSES: Even though Khit may not look like ahuman, she still is- she still has weaknesses. One major weakness is that Khit isn't strong, she is all talk- now not saying she doesn't give a good fight, she just is more smoke and mirrors then strength, and smoke fades away and mirrors break. Loud noises, due to her super sensitive ears, a car horn can have her flinching in pain.The normal stuff can kill her, even though she has super powers, she still can get bruises and break bones.

GOALS: Right now, nothing drives Khit. She’s the in the moment kind of girl, and boy does she like to get in the moment. She however tends to steal alot, and maybe on good days she’ll save a few people. One day she could steal you’re car, the next save you’re lift.

HISTORY: Remilia's transformation is something that can only be explained by being special; at least that's what her mother would say, but really Remi didn’t care for her mother, and she promises herself she never would.. Remi was the offspring of Lisa and Jared Miller, Jared however left his wife when Remi was only one, and she never really got to know her father.

Her mother, Lisa had been a strict, hard working woman, who believed that 'super heros’ where only vigilantes and super villians should have been killed the moment there freakish little monsters who should have been killed the moment they were born.Remi was born normal really, a cute brown haired, forest green eyed child, who was always into stare gazing. Her mother often left her alone, so she just would stare at the stars for hours in her back yard, laying on the ground staring up. One day in particular, a shooting star ended up shooting rather close to the sky, and hitting the earth a few hundred miles off her home, hitting so hard that they wave of the impact actually traveled as far as her backyard, such an unfortunate fortune for the small five year old.

The impact hit so hard that the girl had passed out due to the fumes that had been carried with the impact from the fallen star, anyone who was in doors would have been safe from the fumes, and the fumes would have disappeared in a matter of minutes. Her mother came out to carry her daughter back to the house, and the moment she touched her daughter, she transformed the chemical compounds of her mothers dna with the unidentifiable, no doubt alien compounds of the meteor would change the girl into something more cat like, her hair would turn a shade of lavender and her ears would painfully morph into more cat like ears. Irony at it’s best, the mother grasping for normality, would end up with.. well Khit...the odd mutant cat girl. Lisa however was a good mother, and decided instead of looking like a fool, and a mother of a freak she spread a lie that she had lost custody battle with her husband and had to send Remi away, ashamed of her daughter she locked her in the basement, for Remi’s own good.

Remi’s life had gone by quickly, she spent most of the time in her basement, watching television and training herself with her abilities; she never told her mother in fear that she would be too ashamed of her daughter, but the visits from her mother slowly ceased to her mother just leaving her food at the top of the steps and leaving, and then to buying Remi a fridge, stove and microwave and only going down to stock the fridge. Remi decided that this would be the last time she would see her mother. With that, she disappeared, to a place she saw on television Gotham, she figured she would have fitted in fine there.
