Peak Human Condition – After training her whole life for the League, Yan has reached incredible levels of Agility, reflexes, balance, flexibility and speed due to her intense and lengthy focus on achieving this.

• Speed - Capable of sprinting up to 30 mph for short distances
• Endurance – Capable of sustaining a high level of activity for hours without rest.
• Reflexes - She can catch a fired arrow in midair, dodge offensive attacks, and perform amazing physically defensive feats.
• Balance - Balance is at the peak of human perfection, allowing her to perform feats that not even highly trained Olympic gymnasts could accomplish.
• Agility - Dexterity is much better than the likes of an ordinary human, enabling them to move with impressive agility, reflexes, speed, and accuracy.
Fighting Mastery – Years of hand-to-hand training has left its mark on Yan. She is very knowledgeable on how to fight and use her enhanced condition to her advantage.

Weaknesses:
Only Human – Despite the intensive training, Yan is still human and since she normally opts out of armor, she is very susceptible to injury. Serious or crippling injuries will majorly dampen Yan’s ability to fight, run, etc. After prolonged engagements, Yan has to find time to rest as fighting at peak levels takes a serious toll on her overall health.

Old Dog, New Tricks – Yan has been taught to be very traditional, so much so, that it is ingrained in her very being. Advanced technology can be a severe weakness to Yan as she will largely be unable to predict most if not all weaponized gadgets and is largely dependent upon her reaction to those items instead of prevention.

BRIEF Bio:
The League of Shadows was always a place for the orphaned and downtrodden that showed real promise and potential. Yan’s very early life was being an orphaned child alongside several others in Guangzhou, who were abandoned due to the One-Child Policy as Communist China developed. In many ways, children like Yan were the perfect recruits for the League of Shadows as many had no connections to their old lives.

Yan was ‘adopted’ by the league at a young age and trained alongside many of those to obediently serve the League and they did so under Ra’s Al Ghul’s reign. But after Ra’s many defeats from Batman, a man who was infamous for leaving the League, several members felt their allegiance wavier. Many tried leaving but so few managed to succeed. Yan was one of the lucky ones as she fled to the United States to begin her life as an assassin-for-hire for the multitude of rich clientele.

Yan’s nickname, Mao-Tai, came from common use of using Mao-Tai, a Chinese liquor, to poison political and financial enemies of her clients. After a few years of this, she felt unconvinced this was what she was supposed to do but it wasn’t until the death of the famed Batman that she decided to change. Modeling herself more after Bruce, she began targeting only those that were evil or vile in some regard instead of the many innocent people she had killed before. But she never gave herself up completely and believes there can be no mercy for those that she deemed bad. In a sense, she became judge, jury, and executioner for many.

Storylines:
Yan will most likely eventually fall into the hands of our heroes so the question is what do they do with Yan? There is a chance that they may convert her to their cause but who knows.

Yan’s past dealings may reappear in the form the League or some of the other successful ex-members. Both would bring their complications.

Yeah Grayson is just playing Bruce Wayne for now. I'd say he and Batgirl only had about 5-6 years experience in the field, with Dick being Nightwing the last couple years. Batgirl is a little older than Grayson, her dad's Commissioner Gordon, etc. At this point Babs just has more brains and can plan something like this better. Bruce knew what he was doing when he left them the contingency plans. And I'm sure there was a plan D should Grayson ever have to put on a cape [again] for the first time. I just wanna keep Grayson out for now, and let Babs lead the way for this generation.

It's also why a villain will be parading around in a Batman mask and cape...

I'm trying to go over the most recent CS's but it's late and I'm kinda dozing off already. I'll try and get to it tomorrow before work but it may have to wait till after. Been busy the last 24 hours. After a few edits @Lord Wraith's Spoiler will be accepted.

BRIEF Bio:
Gotham City remembered the night that Clayface 'died' during a battle against the Joker. The Christmas Eve night in which the two villains collided on top of a zeppelin only for the Joker to inject the shape shifting clay monster with substances unknown before blowing him to thousands of pieces over the city skyline. Gotham remembered the night that dead, frozen clay rained down on the city alongside the snow. When Batman and the authorities had gathered and ran tests on thousands of samples of dead clay and declared Clayface to be dead, Gotham rejoiced that one of the nightmares that stalked its streets was no more.

Like all stories through, every ending is also a beginning.

As dawn broke, a number of different chunks of the former villain's clay gathered together and formed themselves into a small boy in the shadows of an empty alleyway. Lost, confused and having no idea who or what he was, the child wandered the streets of Gotham until he found himself at a small playground, where he met other children. Hanging out there for a while, he noticed an older boy playing some sort of electrical device and asked him what it was.

When he was told it was some kind of 'video game', the lost child watched him play a game called Fire Emblem... and took a keen interest in the player character 'Robin'. A man with no idea of who he was or how he came to be where he was, but still trying to do the right thing regardless. Taking on the name in order to have something to call himself, the newly named Robin vowed to honor his name sake and try to help people... even discovering that he could change his appearance by first changing into his idol.

As the months past, Robin quickly noticed that there seemed to be a connection between himself and the now departed villain Clayface due to their similar abilities. Doing some research into Clayface under the belief that it would if nothing else help him discover just what he could do with his own abilities, Robin discovered an incident in which a part of Clayface actually took on an independent life and identity before Clayface tracked her down and reabsorbed her. Doing the math about when he had woken up with no memory and when Clayface had died, Robin took an educated guess that it had happened again, only this time without Clayface to try and track him down... right?

And if he existed... did that mean there were others like him?

Storylines:

• Hero or Villian?: While Robin wants to be a hero, can he endure the mistrust and hatred of a world that remembers his 'Father'.
• There can be only one: If there are more shards of Clayface out there, what are they like? Are they friendly? Are they a threat?

Skills:

Martial Arts - Tyrus certainly isn’t an expert combatant due to him never having any real training, however he has learnt how to fight though from his time living in the Narrows. Recently he has spent a large amount of time studying old martial arts videos online and practising these techniques on old mannequins or the various other members of Gotham's Robin Gang. Due to this Tyrus can out-fight just about your average group of thugs or criminals with his fighting skills alone.

Bilingual - Tyrus has picked up some Korean from his parents.

Lockpicking - While no expert, Tyrus learnt how to pick a basic lock at an early age.

Hotwiring - Yet another skill learned during his youth, given enough time, Tyrus could probably get in and hotwire any motor vehicle.

Equipment:

The Robin Suit - Cobbled together from various pieces of clothing and equipment, Tyrus's suit isn't exactly the most high-tech super-suit around. That being said, it does the job. A spray-painted bullet proof vest acts as his main body armour, with gauntlets and armaments stolen from one of the Batman's secret stashes around the city protecting the rest of his limbs. A slick black domino mask covers eyes, concealing his identity. Possibly the most distinct feature of the outfit is the personalized denim sleeveless jacket that Tyrus wears over the top. Just a little personal touch.

Billy Club - Acquired from one of Batman's old weapon stashes hidden throughout Gotham, Tyrus makes use of this billy club as his primary weapon when fighting crime. The billy club can be split into two short sticks, allowing for great usage as a shorter ranged weapon, as well as also able to be converted into a somewhat larger staff. It also makes use of a special steel fiber composite cable, thus allowing the billy club to extend to a target, as well as be used as a grappling hook.

Explosive Pellets – Also acquired from Batman's weapon stash, these are essentially small explosives which can be thrown and used like grenades, despite packing a significantly smaller punch.

Flashbang Pellets – Similar to the explosive pellets, these emit bright light and loud sound to completely blind and deafen enemies.

Weaknesses:

Aside from the typical weaknesses that come with being a typical human being, Tyrus has a severe nut allergy.

Tyrus is also highly inexperienced, having had no real training. As such he can easily be overwhelmed if forced to combat against large numbers of people or generally anyone with any fighting capabilities.

BRIEF Bio:

Tyrus’ parents were a pair of Korean immigrants who arrived in Gotham a year before his birth. There they found their home in the Narrow’s, one of the city’s worst neighbourhoods. Despite this however they managed to do well, with them opening up a Korean Restaurant and making something for themselves. Tyrus did well in school, and was greatly encouraged by his parents to try his best so that he may one day leave Gotham and see the world.

During his early teens however, Tyrus fell in with a rough crowd at school, causing his grades to plummet and his criminal record to skyrocket. As a result of this, he fell in with a local gang known as the River Rats. Fortunately he was too young to gain much notoriety within the gang or to get into too much trouble, and with time, he decided that it would be best to quit. The River Rat’s didn’t take kindly to this however and when they learnt that Tyrus’s parents owned a restaurant, they torched the building. Fortunately help came in the form of the caped crusader, with Batman ensuring that the gang were taken down and Tyrus’ parents got out of the building without being severely hurt. The whole situation put things into perspective however for Tyrus, with him quitting the gang and attempting to return to his previous life, as well as receiving a new role model in the form of the Batman. Still feeling guilty for his actions however, Tyrus realized that he needed to help ensure that this didn’t happen to anyone else.

The perfect opportunity came in the form of the Gotham Robin Gang, a group of likeminded young vigilantes who idolized Batman, much like Tyrus had begun to do. Between school and working part time in the restaurant, Tyrus has now been a “Robin” for a few months. During this time he managed to find and break into one of Batman’s own weapon cashes, one of many dotted around the city, where he acquired equipment for both himself and the rest of the Robins.

Storylines:

Return of the River Rats - With news that the River Rats have returned to the streets, Tyrus decides to go solo from the Robin Gang and take them down on his own.

Professor Pyg - Wanting to impress Batwoman, Robin sets his sights on taking on a real super villain.

@The Kid Lantern Villains tend to be more lone wolf and thus harder to rally behind. There are probably a lot of villains fighting amongst each other for control of the crime ring in Gotham. Not used to making any big bads.

My thought with Ivy (dropped the Poison on purpose) was take someone that was traditionally a villain (though one could argue she walks the line in canon as well) and take her back to a point where she could possibly change depending on what happens to her. Her history is against her though so there is quite a bit to overcome for something like that.

I can do some of the canon villains if need be.
