Well, Equilibrium IS walking the line for a reason.

Equilibrium is just lucky that the entire metahuman population is already preoccupied by other "bad guys" so that they cannot band together and bring Equilibrium to justice.

Well in all honesty, considering what those Vials are actually going to do, stopping him likely would have been worth killing several hundred people if you are purely looking at a cost in lives for each result. But he didn't stop the vial distribution either, so.... lol

@NeutralNexus If you wish, I could send my cast of "villains" your way (either at War-Pulse or the shipment for the Cowl). I honestly think that the former would be more probable, since these "villains" would probably not know about the shipment, but after what happened to the television copter, they might want to get on the good-side of the general public (which would help my plans for them in the relatively near future). However, I know of a way for them to get involved with the Cowl's illegal shipment buisness, too. Just PM me if you want to do something.

Ah, but he stopped the one in Little Sicily. Remember how the Water Distribution Valve was destroyed, in the fight, and most of the plant leveled? The contaminated water is just leaking out, becoming groundwater. The best it could do is hurt people 50 years later.

@Athinar I assume that some of the liquid dumped into the water system has made it through, but that's just what I assumed.

Also, who do you think will get the bigger "What the H3!!, hero" moment? Equilibrium for crashing that helicopter into War-Pulse, killing 3 (I do believe there were only 3 people in there) people or War-Pulse for dumping those vials into the Lost Haven water supply (mattering what those vials will do). I don't know which character I would choose, but I am leaning towards War-Pulse. However, currently it is Equilibrium because of his lack of concern for life.

Well assuming you know who War Pulse is working for, you can likely guess that the contents of those vials are not pleasant.

Also War Pulse isn't actually a hero if I remember correctly.

I never said the Water Plant got destroyed. Remember when War-Pulse got out of the plant and moved around his opponent? He had Equilibrium turn to face him, not the Water Plant. Neither one of us went back to go break the Plant, I made that motion intentionally to avoid actually hitting the Plant.

Of course, that's just my take on it, but I never saw any text destroying the Water Plant specifically, it totally could have got destroyed during our fight. I would prefer it didn't, just so we can have Raptorman's plot come to fruition because it could be totally amazing later on to have this giant city-changing moment for heroes to stop later.

EDIT: Also, yeah, Warpsy is going to have a lot to answer for after whatever happens.

The first vial should atleast count as half effective at the very least. Also, War-Pulse is WtL, so I think it should still apply

@Dedonus Yeah, I think that Equilibrium is gonna get a bigger "What the Hell, Hero?" moment, because he knew what he did, but War-Pulse was just following orders. He didn't know the consequences.

Oooh! I know! The water valve could've gotten destroyed too late to stop the vial from going through! The chemical dosage went out to the city, just before it got blowed up!

Ehhh...War-Pulse kinda knows what's up, he already said he's pretty sure he's not dumping the cure for cancer into the water.

EDIT: Wow, I just looked back at the character sheet I made for War-Pulse, his power set is terribly written and confusing. I'm thinking about toning it up a bit.

Luckily, Equilibrium lives outside of the city. So he's safe from most of the plans within plans.
