Magic, gods, magicians, legendary weapons and items. All these words bring to mind things that all modern humans have written off as fantasy or as myth. Throughout the centuries the world has kept spinning as time kept going and all knowledge of these things has either left the minds of humans entirely or are almost unrecognizable from the time of their glory days. Everyone goes about their daily lives believing that's all these things are true. The myth however can sometimes prove more real then anyone would ever truly believe. Gods have existed and they still exist within their own plane so that humans can stay safe from their wrath.
However their are times when a god be they roman, Greek, Indian, and more can be brought into our own world. They are then known as Heretic Gods they are also known as rouge gods. Whenever a god appears within the world those humans without any aptitude for magic will only see natural disasters for example if a god of the sea appears that a large tsunami may appear, If a god of war appears then conflict will arise, if a god of wind appears then a hurricane is likely to form and so on. However all is not lost when these Heretic gods appear because among us their are those with magical abilities that can kill these very gods. These extraordinary people are known as Campione
Campione is the title given to those who succeed in killing a god! They are the king of kings, they are demons that can not be controlled by anyone. This is the story of those men and women who have become a Campione!
To sum up, this is a Campione rp if you have not heard of this then I will try to explain it now in simple terms. Campione is the title of men and women who have faced a god and killed one earning their Authority. The act of killing a god is no easy task which is why their are so few. Those who have earn that title and become known as the king of kings. They are incredibly powerful to say the least and are both feared and ostracized by humans and mystical beings alike. This rp is mainly character driven allowing you to make your own choices with your power and how to use it. Down below this I will explain the terms that will be used in this rp and go into more detail about everything you need to know as a Campione.
Campione= someone who has killed a heretic god and gained that gods authority
Heretic God= Gods, heroes, and divine monstars who have stepped out of myths and legends to manifest in the mortal world, endangering people.
Authority= Divine powers, attributes, qualities, and weapons, of gods, heroes, demons, and monsters, which make them invincible to normal humans. If a heretic god is slain, their Authorities will be stolen by the human transforming them into a Campione.
A Campione is a very powerful being able to take down a god, but what exactly does it entail?
A Campione has killed a god and has taken their Authority which could be anything depending on the god they happened to kill for example if a Campione has killed a god of the dead like Anubis then they themselves will have this ability to revive dead bodies to what degree cant ever be truly known except by the Campione themselves. The reason for this being is that depending on the Campione personality they could end up having certain restrictions placed on them to use their own powers or a limitation. The best example of this is the golden sword which can only be used if the Campione knows about their opponent beforehand.
For this very reason before you can claim an authority you must run it by me first, this idea makes it really easy for people to op with their powers so if it is too op I will place restrictions or limitations on it depending on the authority itself
Since Campione are known to be powerful they are often accompanied by knights who have sworn their service to them. Knights are magicians with abilities that are outside the norm but are unable to kill a god themselves. They are able to wield legendary weapons and armor themselves in order to protect their Campione for example one knight carries the Lance of Longinus a holy weapon able to harm even a god. They pledge their service to their Campione and follow their orders and are able to leave their Campione service...if they can that is.
However power over and authority isn't the only ability that a campione earns it is widely believed that campione also have these powers as well: ◾Enhanced Longevity (oldest Campione stated to be centuries old) ◾Enhanced Spiritual Senses ◾Can sense magic within objects ◾Magic Resistance (only vulnerable to magic the strength of Authorities or magic inserted into their bodies.) ◾Superhuman stamina/durability ◾Nearly unbreakable bones ◾Healed to full health, and old injuries repaired during the transformation into a Campione. ◾Enhanced recovery speed. (keep in mind enhanced refers to healing injuries to the extent of a day anything shorter then that would need to be the campione authority) ◾Ability to learn all languages in a short period of time. ◾Reserves of Magic energy (aka ki/chi/qi) hundreds of times that of a trained mage. ◾Advanced night vision, comparable to a nocturnal predator

As a campione you have killed a god and have gotten their authority, in a sense you take their ability as your own however simply because you killed a god doesn't mean that you will have their authority or that you will use it whenever you want. Each campione has their authority linked to personality. For example someone who is shy and not very outspoken wouldn't be able to use the power of a god of fire since fire in its essence is violent and aggressive. Generally, a Campione will only acquire one Authority from the god they slay, which is influenced by the personality, compatibility, and skill of the Campione.
Personality plays a large role into the campione's very being because it is well known that All Campione tend to have or develop some form of mania, something they become almost obsessive about
Before you claim an Authority as your own you must run it by me first depending on what it is you might be forced restrictions or limitations so it is not to op

This rp gives you the chance to claim the authority of any god that is known so if you are unable to go to google and look up a god and don't want to put in the effort don't bother joining.

This Rp is open to having 2 Campione Only To many and we risk having no character development. However their is no limits to the amount of knights in the rp. Depending on how many are interested I may play as a Campione so that their is at least opposition or if all slots are filled I will play the roles of knights for the characters who have chosen to become a Campione instead.3
