Is it okay if Emerald retains a sort of fog of the other rp, kind of like Talc?
And before you say no, in SU Sapphires can actually predict the future, and we have a char with us that can do almost that.
Examples:
Incredibly afraid of Bloodstone
Vaguely recognizes Aquamarine, Eve, Candice, Sodalite "Hey--wait, have we met?"
Vaguely recognizes Mohs Town "Hey, have I been here before?"
Vaguely remembers that Red Eyes shoot lasers

@HaltingBlooper Veteran gems are ones that have been around for awhile but only old players are allowed to make them. All veteran rebels will probably already be a band of misfits. If Emerald was meant to be a newborn please let me know and change your cs. Now, as for the future thing, I can't allow it. Simply for the fact that It's not one of Emerald's powers. If you wanted to trade one of your powers for future vision, that'd be fine (especially since Emeralds are just green Sapphires irl).

Time to be that gem geek guy again...Emeralds are not green sapphires. Sapphire refers to any corundum that is not red. Emerald is a variety of beryl, like aquamarine, morganite and heliodor (not to be confused with heliotrope, another name for bloodstone, which is a variety of chalcedony.) 1. Seriously, though, is the limit for powers 3 or 5. I remember being told 3 multiple times, but there are multiple approved gems with 5.
2. If so, can I give Emerald one of his concept powers?
Rundown: He can concentrate his eye-beams to the point that it becomes equivalent to a one-watt laser(which can cause burns and ignite flammable material).
