Near what is left of the ambulance en route to Mesalon

Wooper made quick work in finishing his opponent after the electricity had been all but nullified. The Magnemite's trainer however, was staring off in the distance transfixed with a look of pure terror.
"What the hell is your ...Oh no." Rheese said, following the man's gaze. Even from here he could sense the pure rage of the round man riding a dragonite speeding towards them. It seemed that the Aerodactyl had been returned, given the man's seemingly limited control over the Pokemon it would probably be nigh impossible for him to have ridden it back. They failed, there was no way to escape now. From what he could tell, this would probably be the end for both the group of trainers as well as the people they had been fighting.
"Everyone, we have to get the hell out of here, now!" Rheese shouted, knowing it was in vain. Within seconds, the man had already placed himself in the middle of the remnants from the battle just prior.
"And now I have to deal with this too!" He exclaimed clearly annoyed as he surveyed the young trainers around him.
"You grunts are so incompetent that you can't even handle a few fresh trainers!? Wait, are there more than before? Your inability to do such a simple task is unfathomable! How hard is it to eliminate a few witnesses!" He continued harshly at the grunts, most of which seemed to have all but given up on escaping.
One grunt, however, made a mad sprint away from the scene. He knew that either way it was over, at least if he could run there was a chance. A blast in front of him, however, cut his dash short. Ragdolling through the air back towards the scene, he landed roughly.
"Insubordination." Helium muttered quietly as he dismounted his Dragonite and landed directly on the unmoving body. The man was still alive, though unconscious. Helium remedied that with a swift kick to the man's stomach causing him to yell out in pain.
"Insubordination!" He shouted kicking the man repeatedly until he passed back out from the pain.
"Now, I'll deal with this myself. If any of you pathetic whelps are caught up in the destruction, so be it." He said pulling out the same pokeball from before. "Aerodactyl, demonstrate your power!" The anger on his face seemed to lessen into a sadistic smile as the shadow Pokemon once more took to the field with a primal roar. Looking over its opponents, it prepared a hyper beam to sweep over the entire group at once. Just before firing however, a small blue Pokemon hopped into the air and hit it in the eye with a water gun. Irritated, the fossil Pokemon swatted the Wooper out of the air and directly into Rheese, striking him directly in the chest and propelling him backwards until he impacted the destroyed ambulance from before. The young man slumped over, still breathing but obviously unconscious.
"A fitting effort for such a weakling Pokemon. What, did you think that type advantage would help against such an overwhelming power? Childish, absolutely childish!" Helium said chuckling.
"Now, Aerodactyl, continue." As the Aerodactyl prepared another hyper beam it was interrupted once more, this time much more effectively. A Boufallant jumped into the air and slammed into it with enough force to launch it across the field and create a crater from the impact. As Aerodactyl attempted to get back into the air a large pair of brown hands emerged from the ground and grabbed its feet. The owner of said hands was a Diggersby that firmly held the Pokemon in place as a Cincinno bombarded it with rocks from above. The combined effort from the clearly trained Pokemon seemed to have quite an effect on the Aerodactyl that seemed to be getting more and more angry the more it was hurt.
Helium stared in shock at what was unfolding and as he turned around caught a glimpse of an old bald man walking down the road directly towards him. Recognizing the man as Mesalon's gym leader, Lan Sohai, and several of the other monks from the monastery, he took a few steps back.
"Dragonite, dragon claw that man!" He said, panicking slightly. This was not what he had planned for whatsoever.
Dragonite sped straight at the bald man, claws glowing green. Before the Dragon Pokemon could cut its prey down, however, Lan muttered a few words almost inaudibly and with such calmness that it was as though he didn't even feel threatened.
"Furfrou, cotton guard." He said, as a furry white Pokemon lept between them and blocked the strike effortlessly.
This was bad, Helium hadn't even taken a full team out with him. This was supposed to just be a quick test of his Aerodactyl's power and it was quickly becoming a very very troublesome day. While Aerodactyl was still holding its own, though barely, against three opponents, because of the surprise attack it would probably run out of energy soon. There was no way he'd let himself or his Shadow Pokemon be captured here.
"Dragonite, get me out of here!" He shouted, managing to return Aerodactyl.
"Next time I see you, Lan Sohai, you're dead. I'll burn your whole town to the ground!" He shouted as Dragonite picked him up and sped off at mach speed. Several of the grunts sprinted off in an attempt to follow their leader that had only moments ago almost murdered them all.
After Helium escaped, the monks ran to the wrecked ambulance and helped the paramedics out of it. While they were pretty badly hurt, it didn't seem as though their conditions were life threatening. One of the man seemed to be gripping a cell phone for dear life, perhaps he had been the one to call for help?
Near the wrecked ambulance
"Is everyone alright?" Lan asked as he walked up to the group that had been engaging the strange round man from before. If he didn't feel that he was needed here, he would have probably jumped on his Dodrio in pursuit. Walking up to an unconscious trainer beside the wrecked ambulance. The trainer's Wooper was desperately trying to wake him up. Placing his hand on the young Pokemon's head, Lan examined the trainer. Other than a fractured rib, the boy was fine. Wondering if this trainer was the one that the Ambulance had originally picked up, he returned the Wooper to the Pokeball at Rheese's side. The other trainers didn't seem to be badly hurt, but even so it would be safest to bring them all back to town. A few of them seemed exhausted, and probably wouldn't be able to make the rest of the trip on foot, so Lan called another ambulance.
"I understand if you're all reluctant to travel in an ambulance after what you have all been through, but it is only a few miles more to Mesalon. The police will need to speak to each of you when you arrive, but I will convince them to wait until morning."
