@OtomostheCrazy Ok... If you thought the battle was unfair, these gym leaders are supposed to be difficult (and the moves compensate for the low levels) but do you want to talk to Heckno about redoing the challenge?

@LuckyBlackCat@OtomostheCrazy I will go on and say that the gym leader's Pokemon will remain level 8 to keep things more balanced even after we get some training in.

Gym leaders have access to things we simply don't. I mean, they are essentially the move tutors for their type.(it's also kind of something that the games' gym leaders do with their Pokemon too. Then again, they also evolve their Pokemon at levels they shouldn't be able to.)

I can work with the defeat, but I have to admit I feel a little cheated (and sore) about those moves. There's difficulty, and then there's curb stomping. Again, this is probably just me being a sore loser about it.

@OtomostheCrazy The moves are to compensate for the low levels. Once Alexis has higher-level Pokemon, she should be able to get around the strong attacks.
