~Selvina & Co~

"How else could I Eavesdrop?" The girl replied as Luna moved to tighten the bonds. She didn't seem entirely too concerned with Luna's threats. "Wouldn't be very useful if I couldn't understand you, heh~" As Luna's hands touched the rope, the girl seemed to let out a quiet breath in seeming anticipation. As soon as she pulled on the rope to tighten them, the girl audibly squealed in a sound seemingly the exact opposite of pain as they dug into her flesh. She quickly silenced herself though, making sure not too look like anything was amiss.

"...you could tighten the ones around my legs, too~" She looked at Luna. "Wouldn't want me being a bad little nin-nin and escaping or causing problems." She tilted her head to the side. "In fact, for good bonda-er, restraint, one should use as much rope to subdue a prisoner as possible, yep yep. After all, I might have a few tricks up my sleeves. Like Knives."

The girl looked up at Eith and nodded as she was pulled into a hug. In any other context, being pulled into her chest would have been embarrassing. But it was a little surprising how the puppy suddenly became so caring in the past week - ever since the incident with Myrilla.

For a while the hound would feel the mage continue to cry and sob against her, the tears gradually evaporating as she let them fall. But eventually Eith would feel Selvina slow her breathing as the tears seemed to finish falling, and then the sound of soft snoring starting as the girl had literally cried herself to sleep ...

Eith the Shellagh

Eith felt weird, just holding a human whilst they cried for whatever reason. Truthfully, Caras didn't understand why she cried in the first place. Hell, even Lyssa seemed distressed. . . That was the word right? Distressed? Regardless, she noticed that eventually the crying and sobbing stopped. "Caras?" She asked her caretaker as she looked down at her. She was asleep. "I should get her to bed. Maybe I can check-up on Swordwoman." The Shellagh nodded to herself in agreement and picked up Caras in a Princess Carry, taking her to the front of the building. She opened the door and stepped in. Of course, she saw something she never would have expected to see. . . "Ehh? Swordwoman?"

~Luna & Ayumi~

”My, aren’t you helpful.” Luna said, suspicious of this assasin’s words. Rather than the silence she gave at the beginning, the woman was now being quite chatty. ”Obviously threats don’t phase you. I’ll try something else then. Ahem, now that you decide to speak, perhaps you’d introduce yourself?”

Instead of speaking again, the girl simply looked at Luna. It was followed a few seconds later by a nonchalant shrug and quiet hum.

”Unwilling to answer? Or perhaps unable. The stark contrast is odd.” This was a world of magic after all. If the teacher Lindall was able to create an army of dolls, it wasn’t farfetched there was magic that would keep someone silent. Of course, there was the more obvious idea that this girl held her tongue. Luna put her hand to her chin to ponder how to get this person to speak.

”I’d prefer not to torture. What would make you talk?” The Knightess asked her captive. Back home, bandits fell easily to threats. Tell them that their lives would be forfeit lest they talked usually worked. This girl didn’t seem to have a worry about her life.

As soon as the word ‘torture’ left Luna’s lips, the girl seemed to lean forward slightly, tilting her head innocently to the side again before speaking.

“Maybe…tighten the ropes? I’m a bad little nin-nin, yep.”

”. . .” Luna’s eyes went almost dead. Why the hell was this girl so insistent on that subject? ”You are quite the queer woman. Why do you keep suggesting that?”

“Because I’m a bad little ninja and need to be punished?” She said with an entirely too straight of a face.

Luna gave the woman an odd look but, out of curiosity, kneeled down and slowly tightened the rope binding her leg to the chair. ”A Nin-ja?”

As the rope was tightened once again, the girl let out an excited breath.

“I-it’s what I am. W-warriors who move in shadow with speed and precision. Also gather information.” Her voice carried a hint of excitement to it. She gave Luna a somewhat expectant seeming look as she answered the question.

Luna felt a wave of disgust going through her body. ”Y-you’re some sort of deviant.” Still, to Luna’s chagrin, she was getting information out of her. Was buying into this woman’s fetish a fair trade for her talking. ”Fine, who are you?” Luna asked as she slowly started to tighten the other bind. This felt wrong.

“A-ayumi!” She replied, a small shiver of excitement. “I-I work for the temple on the mountain.”

The temple on the mountain. That was their target. Luna wondered what that meant. Rather than slowly, she tightened the rope with much of her strength. Damnit, if I’m going to be tortured by this fetish of hers, I’ll make sure it’s over quick. Luna could only wonder to herself how she was always put together with the weird ones. ”Why were you sent here?”

“T-to observe!” This ‘Ayumi’ quickly replied, though she made no mention of being sent to kill.

”If you were observing, then why were you going to kill Selvina?” Luna just tightened the other bind on her leg again, considering she left it still. . . Well, tightenable.

“I-I was bored~” She replied, as a small squeal of delight left her lips. “L-like I said, Ayumi is a bad little nin-nin and deserves to be,” A squeal interrupted her words as she continued. “P-puni~shed!” She turned her head to Luna, eyes seemingly almost pleading for more. “I-I deserve to have more ropes, yes?~”

”This is hardly a punishment for you. I also see no more questions to ask you currently.” Luna said, almost happy she needn’t do any more of this. Still, maybe there were unknown factors outside that. Technically she could ask the ‘Ninja’ of the temples set up, defenses, and other things. Still, she had a better idea. ”Unless you have things you’d rather tell me?”

“W-what else would you want to know?” She asked, breathing a bit heavily. “These ropes aren’t tight enough for me to think clearly, so I dunno how much help this little ninja will be~”

”These ropes are as tight as they’ll go!”

“Then add more?~” She replied, before wiggling a bit, and a sudden look of inspiration overcame her. “…If you don’t think restraint is good enough punishment, A good whipping is always appropriate punishment!~”

Luna felt annoyed at the idea of whipping. ”Fine, you want your additional rope? Have it.” Well, it was the same rope, but she definitely had more length on it so she just wrapped it around the ninja’s stomach, made the knot and tightened it. Pretty hard. Luna was sure of two things. The first was that this was whatever her captive wanted. The second was that she would never live this down for her life.

As soon as the rope was tightened, Ayumi’s entire body seemed to tense as she shuddered with excitement simply from having the rope tied around her and forcibly tightened to what most would consider to be uncomfortable levels.

“A-aa!~” Ayumi squirmed in her seat with an almost too pleased look. “I-I can get you into the temple, mistress, if that’s what you want, ehehh~” She giggled, smiling in a somewhat dopey, manner. “L-lady Dawa trusts me completely, hehe~” Still breathing heavily though, she looked to Luna. “U-unless my captor wants to know more?~”

”How am I suppose to trust you? As far as I know, you’re here to kill
Selvina since you chose hi-- Her, specifically.”
Luna said, taking a step back. ”If you can’t answer this, then you can’t expect me to do anything else.”

“I didn’t choose anyone specifically!” She replied, body relaxing as much as it could within the confines of the ropes. “I-I can tell you about the fox and what’s going on, honest.~” She didn’t seem to be lying, at least. “A-and if I wanted her dead I could have easily done i-it, heh~”

Well, Luna couldn’t deny the last part. There were plenty of chances to rid herself of Selvina. That said, ”Fox? Do tell. . .”

“W-well,” She stared. “The seal is weakening for one and it’s the cause of everything that’s happening here. We’ve been trying to contain it, but it reeeeally wants out. Lady Dawa forbids anyone from coming to the temple since it starting acting up after a foreigner visited, but the shrine maidens and exorcists are only able to slow the seals decay.” She gave Luna a slightly hopeful look as she spoke. It was obvious she wanted either more ropes or some other form of punishment.

She probably had more to say didn’t she? Luna sighed, she knew what needed to be done to get the girl to talk. She really didn’t want to, but it had to be done. . . Didn’t it? Luna just tightened the strap of rope on the girl’s stomach. That one could still go a bit. . . ”I’m never going to live this down I don--” Luna heard the door to the house open and she saw Eith standing there carrying Selvina. . .

”Eh? Swordwoman?”

The two looked at each other for a good long while until Luna tried to defend herself. ”Oh, Eith. . . It’s not. . . What you might think . . .”

Between the definite look of pleasure on the would-be assassin’s face and Luna pulling the ropes tight, the Shellagh could only think one thing. ”Weird Fetish? I don’t want to be involved.”

As soon as Eith opened the door, the would be assassin’s eyes widened slightly before giggling in a pleased manner.

“Exhibitionism is good too!”

The Dog-Girl quickly left with a face that was trying its best to ignore the current reality. Luna felt wholly defeated. ”Now she’s going to think I’m some kind of weird person.” Luna swung her arms back and one accidently hit the ninja. ”Oh, sorry. . .” Luna habitually said.

As Luna’s arm accidentally swung around and smacked the ninja in the head, it had the result one might expect. Ayumi’s head lolled to the side, hanging over the back of the chair with a blissful expression that was the exact opposite of the situation she was in.

Oh.

She also seemed to be completely knocked out for the moment too.

”But I didn’t even hit her that hard. . .” Luna muttered to herself, considering what to do. Regardless, she needed to set-up a watch so such an incident wouldn’t happen again.

The rest of the night happened without incident. The Elder had woken halfway through the commotion, and so did a number of villagers. After making sure that the people wouldn't take action against the outsiders for presumed involvement in something, he walked back inside more than a little tired looking. Still, he made sure to ask if the group of foreigners if they were alright, and offered aid if any of them had been injured. Lyssa simply asked for a hug, and while the Elder was a bit confused granted her request.

The next morning came Swiftly, Lyssa was one of the first ones awake - she hadn't slept all that well. With a yawn she walked out of the house, and onto the front porch.

Meanwhile, the assassin was busy...squirming in her bonds.

"H-hellloooo?~" She called out from the room she had been tied up in. "I need to go to the little ninja's room!~" With a slight giggle, she continued. "Or you could keep me tied up. That's fine too, hehe~"

Curious about who was making the noise, the demon walked towards the sound of the voice and poked her head into the room. It was the assailant from last night. She was...tied up pretty good from the looks of it, yep. Not that an adorable, innocent, little demon like her would know about such things but she looked fairly happy with her predicament. Ayumi noticed Lyssa not seconds after she poked her head in.

"Heya!" The ninja greeted cheerfully. "You wouldn't happen to have seen a blond woman with a fetish for tying people up around here, would you? Not that I mind, heh~" Lyssa blinked, but couldn't help but to giggle slightly.

"You mean Luna?" Lyssa asked, walking into the room and taking a few steps towards Ayumi.

"That her name? She was too busy playing with me to mention it."

"Hehe, I didn't know Luna was into this sort of thing." Lyssa giggled. "Maybe I'll ask her to tie me up sometime." Well, last night might have been less than stellar, but right now? Well, it was pretty good. For someone who apparently tried to kill them last night, Ayumi seemed perfectly friendly.

"Oho?~" Ayumi looked at Lyssa with a tilt of her head. "I'd like to watch if that happens, buuut...erm, mind letting me out? I gotta use the little nin-nin's room. Promise I won't bite. Or do stabby things." Lyssa narrowed her eyes for a moment, seeming to judge the truthfulness of the ninja's words. After a few seconds of deliberation, she finally decided that Ayumi didn't seem like too terrible of a person. What happened last night must have been a misunderstanding or something, yep!

"Alright!" Lyssa bounced over, and with surprising skill was able to undo the knots fairly quickly. As soon as they were undone, Ayumi hopped to her feet with almost unnatural swiftness, and was almost in the middle of the room.

"Alright, whew, thanks erm..."

"Lyssa!"

"Lyssa, right, thanks. I'ma go find Luna...see if she wants to finish what she started, hehe~" Lyssa watched Ayumi leave. Welp, her morning had been improved spectacularly! She wondered what was for breakfast...something sweet, she hoped.

As the sun rose the next morning, the mage rubbed her eyes and looked around the room with a yawn. She heard two girls talking downstairs, one with the characteristic cheerful happy voice of Lyssa and another of their prisoner. It would probably be a good idea to check up on her eventually. Selvina stumbled down the staircase, eyes drifting over to Lyssa as she looked at the empty chair as well.

Did ... did Lyssa just let her go? The magierprinz grabbed the demoness' shoulders, looking her straight in the eyes. "Did ... did you just let the person who tried to stab me go? What did they tell you?" The mage simply seemed stunned as she observed Myrilla's daughter, too surprised to be actually angry.

Luna had watched Ayumi for a portion of the night, but the ninja was asleep and bound so Luna found little problem with leaving her be as she walked into a hallway and sat against a wall. Both beds were full and she didn't feel like sharing, so a wall would do just fine for now. She closed her eyes and slowly nodded off. . .

Later, she slowly started to wake up. . . It was weird though. It was as if someone stood over her and watched her every breath. As she opened her eyes, she found a sight she rather had not this early in the morning! "Ayumi!?" She questioned the ninja, surprised that she was free of her bonds. How did she get free? Rather though, why was she hanging upside down right in front of her face!?

Eith the Shellagh

Eith watched over Caras for the night after putting her to bed. Nothing bad happened, not especially. Caras tossed in bed a few times, but otherwise all was calm. . . Until morning when Lyssa and . . . Knifer? Were being obnoxious and loud. Caras stood and went to complain it seemed. Eith followed merely to keep an eye on her comrade, in case Knifer decided to do something.

~Ayumi~

"Luna!~" Ayumi replied in an energetic manner just after Luna had shouted her name. Once Luna had time to wake up, she'd see the ninja was firmly grasping it as she hung upside down. "Hi hi! I was wondering if you could finish what you started last night?" She tilted her head to the side with a pout. "We barely even got started." Not a second later, there was the sound of something tearing as the rope she was hanging from started to fray under the strain of holding up the young ninja.

"...Ah..."

A few seconds later, the rope snapped, sending Ayumi tumbling down right on top of Luna.

~Lyssa~

"E-eh? Ayumi said she had to use the restroom." Lyssa said, a bit surprised. "She was nice enough though! And she didn't try to do anything!" Granted, it was probably a horrible idea but Lyssa didn't think Ayumi was a bad person from the small conversation they had. "She said she was going to go find Luna."

For a few seconds Selvina just simply looked at the overly trusting Lyssa with continued disbelief. The mage wanted to be mad at her but ... but she was just so innocent and trusting that it would feel a little dirty to reveal the truths of the world to her. Well, they had lost that-

A loud crash upstairs and Luna screaming about the assailant revealed the woman had actually come back after a short bit. This time, Selvina was stunned she had actually returned. How ... how did Lyssa know? The girl simply looked at Lyssa for a few seconds as if she was radiating some sort of unknown power before shaking her head. It was just a fluke of chance the demoness happened to be correct ... right?

Either way, the mage was fairly certain that the protective dog and Luna had this situation handled since by the sound of it things were not exactly hostile. The mage pet Lyssa for a moment before removing her hand and simply looking at the other girl. "Seems your a natural talent at reading people Miss Lyssa?"

Luna took most of the blow from Ayumi falling from where-ever she was hanging from. Ouch. . . Why were you hanging from ther-- NO BETTER YET! WHY ARE YOU FREE!?" Luna pushed the girl off of her and put her dominant hand on her sword, ready in case the ninja tried something. She could have just been talking through to catch the Knightess off guard and unawares. Luna couldn't be completely sure about Ayumi's motives. . . If nothing else, it was entertainment for herself Luna supposed. Whatever her motives, it was likely nothing good for Luna.

~Ayumi~

"Wah!~" Ayumi shouted in a too playful of a manner for what was happening as she was shoved off of the knight. "So forceful, Luna, hehe~" She giggled as she landed on the ground next to the bed. "And a funny little pink haired girl untied me because I just couldn't stay away from you?" she grinned impishly, before smirking. "No seriously, I had to go to the little ninja's room and if the pink one didn't free me I would have gotten out anyways." She stood, smiling happily at Luna.

"Now, I know we got off on the wrong fooot, buuuut," She idly twirled with a loose strand of hair. "If you want to get up the mountain, you'll need my help. And me, being the excellently nice person that I am, am willing to help! You know, if you promise to tell me I'm a bad little ninja every now and then."

~Lyssa~

"Ehe, you think?" Lyssa chuckled, blushing a bit from embarrassment as she was pet, leaning into it slightly. Well, she liked to think she was good with people, and Ayumi didn't strike her as a bad person. "Dad always told me I was good with people...so I guess it's true, hehe." Even when she was a bratty kid, she always seemingly had a sense for that sort of thing. "Uhm, how are you feeling, though? You seemed pretty...tired last night." Lyssa gave Sel a friendly grin.

Selvina blinked a few times as Lyssa seemed satisfied with that explanation, resisting the urge to send his hand through the back of her skull. At the mention of the previous night however the mage turned around and looked at the still awake Eith. "I'm feeling a lot better now. Thanks again for protecting me." The hound would feel a hand scratch behind her ears as she continued. For a few moments she was distracted from Lyssa as she kept on petting Eith before she gave Lyssa a look. "She's upstairs now based on what I hear! Why don't you go up and meet your new friend?"

If Lyssa left, the mage would continue. "Did you stay up all night watching me? Are ... do you need to sit out for today?"

Luna kept her hand on her sword, ready to move at a moment's notice. . . However, she relaxed her grip. Ayumi didn't seem instantly ready to do anything at least. "No. I'd rather not tempt fate by receiving help from the enemy. I've also no desire to 'tell you you're a bad ninja.' I've said it one, you are quite the queer individual. What could even turn you into this?" Luna had to ask. She found such a person weird.

Eith the Shellagh

Eith looked slightly annoyed that she just finally got noticed. Not that she wanted the petting especially. Still, recognition was nice. The demonic beast had a pride to her after all. "Hmm, I watched the room. In a sense I suppose the answer would be yes. I have no need to "sit out". I could go one without sleeping. It's just simpler to sleep whenever there seems to be nothing to do. It saves on energy." The Shellagh told her caretaker. Not like anything bad happened anyway. She was hungry of course. Hopefully food would come sooner than later. Still, thinking back on it. . . "It will be easy if that's the extent of their pack's power. That knife didn't do too much. Without a pack I believe I could fight a few of those. I'm glad Swordwoman is on our side in that regard." Eith stated. Selvina could likely understand her intentions behind those words.

~Ayumi~

"Weeeeell, it started when I was a kid in training and accidentally messed up tying some ropes! I was hanging in the training room all day before they found me, hehe." Ayumi said with a giggle before taking a somewhat more serious expression. "But you don't want to know about that, I suppose, eh?" The ninja sighed, rubbing her neck with a free hand before walking towards the window and tossing it open."You don't have to trust me, but I had my orders." Ayumi continued, turning around and leaning on the wall. "I was to observe and deal with any threats the temple might have. Lady Dawa...fears outsiders may hinder our attempts to halt the unsealing of the spirit and recently has decided that any outsiders if they will not turn back at the village here are to be dealt with. Permanently and she has other ways of knowing what is happening at a location. I fear that the fox might already be having some influence over her." With a shrug, she folded her arms and gave Luna a sharp look.

"I live there. Is it too strange for me to want to help?"

~Lyssa~

"O-oh, alright." Lyssa said with a grin, holding her hands together in front of her. "I think I'll stay outside for a bit. If someone needs me." The young demon left the room with her usual energy and headed outside. Might as well leave Sel and Eith to do whatever it they wanted to do, and perhaps talking to Luna and Ayumi would be fun but...she was still feeling a bit upset about last night, really.

An actual fight.

Where someone actually almost got hurt. That was not Lyssa's idea of a fun time.

Selvina nodded in agreement as Eith seemed to voice her thoughts, slightly surprised at how intelligent she was being. Once again, the mage had to remind herself that the girl wasn't dumb, rather just unable to think too hard. "Luna ... Luna is pretty incredible. Sounds like she needed someone to watch in her sleep instead of me, eh?" But for a few seconds the girl actually waited as thoughts crossed her mind. "She's actually a rather strong knight though. She even has a dragon familiar, and keeps herself disciplined. I'm actually a little surprised she managed to stop my lightning bolts yesterday."

Eith would probably be a little surprised to see the mage pull a small package out of her bag and tearing it open. The smell of a pound of jerky filled the air as Selvina took a small part off for herself and handed the remainder over to Eith. "Discussing energy, I can't have you running out of it, can I? Otherwise those nin-nin's could be a problem." There was another quick petting before the mage decided to let Eith eat in peace before taking a quick look around.

Where had Lyssa gone? Didn't she mention going outside? For a few seconds, the mage contemplated checking up on her ... but she was the daughter of the demoness who had ruined him. She probably had secret powers of her own. She'd be fine.

"Does that mean you wish to go against your master?" Luna was skeptical to be sure. It was easy enough to assume Ayumi was lying to trap them. It was hard to tell the truth though. Lyssa had freed her, and she could have easily killed Luna in her sleep if she wanted. Still perhaps there are some questions. "Why would your. . . "Lady Dawa" desire to free the spirit? What little I've heard has been naught but things to keep such a being sealed." Luna put her hand up to her lips in thought. Why indeed.

Eith the Shellagh

Eith's ears perked at the sight of food and ate the jerky without much thought. It was good. Still, she saw as Lyssa left. That alone would have been fine but. . . "Caras, Lyssa is acting odd. She didn't tackle or take anyone into an embrace." Eith's words were likely a contradiction to her caretaker's thoughts. Not that she could know of course. It also would seem a bit out of character, but Lyssa was a person Eith had gotten to know over some years. "She was hesitant to act last night as well. . . Though you weren't hesitant enough. . ." Eith didn't really mean anything by it aside that someone got a little too close to danger.

~Ayumi~

"You would be correct!~" Ayumi said, jumping forward and placing a finger on Luna's lips in a playful fashion. "The spirit is indeed, both great and terrible. It was once worshiped as a god back when it lived in the home land!" Ayumi smiled, putting a bit more distance between her and Luna. "As for why Lady Dawa would want it to be freed...you don't know, then?" She questioned. "The fox has the ability to possess people, like any malevolent spirit. It can cloud their thoughts and minds and control them. If she is being influenced by the fox, then...it is quite possible the fact she wishes all outsiders gone is because someone might be able to re-make the seal." Ayumi sighed, shaking her head.

"I can't say for certain, though. I could attempt to exorcise it forcibly, but I'm no shrine maiden. I'm not good with that sort of thing, and if I tried she could label me as being possessed by the creature and executed."

The mage gave a quick look over to Eith, silently agreeing with all of her summations. The hound was right of course, but that didn't mean it was the mage's job to check up on Lyssa. After a few seconds however she realized that an 'adorable bookish awkward type with a big butt' was probably easier to speak with than a fiery beast that could eat you. Sighing, the mage gave dog a small nod and headed out the door looking for their companion. It wasn't too hard to find the demoness sitting on a stump. She had enjoyed being petted earlier, right? Selvina ran a quick hand through Lyssa's hair, hoping to calm her down a little as she sat down next to her party member. "Lyssa, you doing alright there? You haven't hugged me at all today, even though yesterday you were obsessed with my butt. Want to talk?"

Luna was slightly taken aback when Ayumi placed her finger on her lips. She was in the motion of swatting it away before the Ninja moved back. "So this fox will be no simple beast to subdue it would seem." Possession? It sounded like the tales of demons from a time long past. Times as they were, Luna was less incline to believe a demon could possess someone. It was more likely they'd either charm or subdue them. "Would it that we could help solve this mystery here. Is your Lady Dawa a xenophobe? Or has she become more like this recently? If it were more recently, I believe that we could have a thought there."

Overall, Luna was unsure. This was to be Selvina's operation, but recent events convinced Luna otherwise. Perhaps this was to be a boon in disguise. Selvina seemed quick to rile to anger and Lyssa seemed. . . Luna shook her head slightly as she looked back to the Ninja. "Regarding the seal, would you have an idea of when it would be too late? When it would break?" Now was as good a time to dig for information. Any little bit would make it easier.

Eith the Shellagh

Eith doesn't think much, but she does know that sometimes it was easier to talk to one person than two. For now, attackers were supposedly subjugated. . . Speaking of, perhaps she should see what was the matter with Swordwoman's scream earlier. If she was attacked she'd be dead for sure, but the Shellagh was sure she heard the tell-tail voice of a certain blonde noble. She walked towards where she had heard the two voices conversing. They were definitely discussing something serious. The blonde was deep in thinking and asking questions. "How odd." Eith muttered to herself. She stood behind the ninja and Luna noticed her, giving little but a cursory glance in return. The Knightess obviously was treating this seriously.

~Ayumi~

"The seal has held for a...well, a looong time." Ayumi replied. "It should have lasted forever as far as the shrine maidens and monks are aware. They say someone must have meddled with it - which is one reason Lady Dawa has closed the temple, at least to start with." Ayumi continued. "She thinks whoever weakened it might try to speed up the process if they can get in. She's always been a little wary of outsiders, and the fox likely would have played on that fear if she is indeed being influenced by it." Ayumi hummed quietly to herself for a moment before continued.

"As for when it would break...I don't know. The monks are doing what they can to slow its destruction, but judging from the way things are going here in this village it might not last much longer." With a playful smile, Ayumi easily sensed Eith's presence and turned, starting to pet the dog on the head.

"Who's a good wittle doggy?"

~Lyssa~

The pet seemed to surprise Lyssa slightly, but she instinctively leaned into it. She hadn't expected anyone would follow her outside. Still, it was nice that Sel was there to talk with her...and talking about her butt, no less. Lyssa couldn't help but to giggle at the thought.

"Well, it is a cute butt. One of the best butts I've seen!" The demon grinned playfully at the comment. "And erm, nothing to really talk about? You just looked like you were discussing something with Eith so I decided to make myself scarce. Thought I might see if any of the people here liked hugs, heh~" Her words seemed truthful enough if one were to take them at face value.

"Maybe you shouldn't do that, I sense these people may not be comfortable adorable as you are." Selvina waited a second before forcing herself to put on a friendly smile and play nice. "You just seemed bothered is all. I had my share of crying on Eith last night, there's no shame in being upset about this Lyssa." The mage put a comforting arm around the demonesses back hoping that a little contact would make her feel a bit more comfortable. Perhaps Myrilla could be merciful if she was nice to her daughter ... although she had doubts that Mrs. Satan would really care about the welfare of her children.
