Seeing as my Trainer is based of the Sailor Scout... going to name my pokemon after Sailormoon characters... Zed being the only who isnt.

I'm following a similar theme with Deneb. Bravely Default/Second character themes. I might just name Maractus "Edea", since I gave her an aggressive attitude and a taste for sweets.

But isn't 2nd place the best he's ever gotten so far? Alola also doesn't have a gym, and we're not sure if it even has a league or just replaced gyms with these trials. Regardless I really hope this is going to be the very last new region for Pokemon, and they start to refine all that came before, and give megas and extra forms of older generation Pokemon. It's inevitable for the Sinnoh remake I would say.

A lot of people (myself included) expected this to be the time he won because of his team's strength and his progress, so we were expecting an elite four run :(

He also beat the Battle Frontier, but his dream is to become a pokemon master, which would mean that he'd need to officially win a tournament.

But that's besides the point. It's been almost 20 years, and he's only come so close. It's painful to hype yourself up, and then watch him lose (by "yourself" I of course mean myself)
