Kyle smiled and nodded, still feeling the effects from all the excitement. He was recovered enough to fight if need be, but today seemed like it would drag on forever.

"I know I'm new and all, but cant all classes be dismissed in events such as super villian attacks? I swear im going crazy just sitting here."

Kyle smiled at Kalinda and tried to bring forth as much emotion displaying his sense of humor as possible. If she could feel emotions, and he was great at showing which emotion he wanted, in theory Kyle theorized that they could almost communicate without even speaking. He then looked at Griffin.

"If you are going hunting, I wanna join but I really think that we should listen to Kalinda here. There has been enough excitement and no doubt a bunch of others are doing the same thing."

Griffin frowned. He didnt like to admit it but Kalinda was right. He had no way to fight the illusionist. He had fallen under her control once. He had no one of preventing it from happening again. "You are right Kalinda. I can not protect Zack from this threat yet. But I will not sit back will my friends are attacked. As soon as there is a way to protect my brother I am going to hunt her." he wasn't worried about himself. His job was to protect. He would find a way to do his job no matter what. "If you wish to come with I have no issue with that. While you are not a predator but you are a good fighter Kalinda. But Kyle will need more then tricks and fancy words. This is not a villian that you can take down by fooling her. You will need to learn real fighting techniques." he told the other boy bluntly. Without Zack there to take the edges off him he was brutally honest. He had no filter without Zack's guidence.

Kalinda let out a soft sigh, relieved. She had been worried, for a moment, that Griffin would just throw caution to the wind and go on the hunt anyway. While she was sure he would find the woman eventually, it wouldn't be easy.

At Griffin's words, Kalinda winced. She supposed that meant her as well, although she was going for a different fighting style to many others. Natasha Romanoff only took a handful of students, and Kalinda had managed to get into one of her classes.

She couldn't always fight with emotions-that was pretty much a one hit thing. "We'll learn to fight" She said, giving Kyle's hand a squeeze, a plead to just agree. She wanted very much to just find somewhere to just relax, and maybe sleep.

And it seemed like her wish would be granted. Over the loud speaker, Bruce Wayne's voice could be heard "The morning lessons have been cancelled, but you are expected to go to your afternoon classes. Kyle smiled, hearing his grandfathers voice over the intercom. His grandfather always calmed him down. Half because while he knew he was rather old there was no one you would rather not fight than him, the other half because he just had this way about him. He may not be his grandfather by blood but that did not make him any less of his family. His father and mother were both wonderful people, but they were still his parents. You could not tell your parents everything.

Kyle smiled at Kalinda when she mentioned the gardens.

"Ive never seen this schools garden, I would love it if you showed me. Oh wait,"Kyle said acting dramatic trying to be funny,"Is that ok Grif buddy'O buddy'O buddy'O pal?"

Just then Kyle's phone buzzed. He took his phone out and saw it was a text from his father.

(Text: Kyle, Bruce just called us about what happened at the school. If you feel like you need our assistance your mother and I are willing to come to the school. We love you and stay safe, and do not be reading this while your in class!)

Kyle chuckled softly and put his phone away.

"Kalinda has chosen to go with so we are fine with it. We will check on her later." Griffin assured Kyle. He could see that his friend was tired and needed to rest. If she chose to do so with Kyle that was fine. She seemed to have no problem handling the boy's emotions. Which was good for his friend. He wasn't sure what to do with the extra time. He was tempted to search the grounds. But if the woman had never truly been here then that would be a wast of time. Maybe he would go to the gym.

When she heard the announcement by the headmaster that classes were canceled till after lunch she had no idea of what to do; she'd never had time off from classes before under her mom.

"I'm confused, my mother never allowed me time off from studies; do you think this will happen often?" she asks Rebekah

Then she notices her new friend is a bit distracted

"I think I will follow everyone else outside hope you can join us all" says Tsura is a slightly sad tone just before she projects herself outside passing through the window glass as a pulsing ball of light about the size of a softball.

Then when the ball of light which is the formerly home schooled mutant touches the edge of a bench on the quad it sparkles an forms a slightly sad young blonde who sighs

Kalinda rolled her eyes at Kyle's dramatic asking for permission, but was too exhausted to do anything about it. Instead she merely rose, and Knowing Griffin would be confused by it, she hugged the boys. "I'm glad you two are okay. Maybe Kyle can wriggle some information from his father about this woman, and we can go after her later"

She tugged at Kyle's hand, and she began to lead him to the gardens, "Phoebe created them, they're really quite lovely, and have some plants I'm pretty sure wouldn't grow here otherwise" She said to kyle, "I like going there. Not many people do. If I'm overwhelmed, it's a good place to go"

It seemed that Kijani and he would get to catch up sooner, and Connor was glad for that. He gave Nathan a smile and said "Well, it's been a pleasure to meet you. Gym's after lunch, so we shall be with everyone again. It's generally a fun class, but can be hard at times. If you want to talk or something, I have a dorm room, in the mean time, you should try and talk with some of the other students. They're all okay"

Saying goodbye to Nathan, he left the classroom, and turned in what he hoped was the right direction to find Kijani.

"Well" Phoebe said, with a smile to Katherin, but she was worried herself, "Shall we find somewhere to catch up? There's another student I'd like to talk with again, and I think she might do well from our friendship" She said, "She was here....Do you mind if we try to find her?" Even as she asked, Phoebe sent out a small, less then 1 foot plant minion, with orders to try and find tsura.

It scuttled off, and soon was leaping on the bench Tsura sat, waving its small branch arms.

Katherin shook her head. She wondered who had caught Phoebe's attention. There had been alot of interesting new arrivsls. She hadn't had the chance to met any of them but she was looking forward to doing so. "Not at all. I have been hoping to met some of the new arrivals. If one of them caught your attention they much be interesting." she teased gently. It was hard to be noticed in a school full of unique people.

Tsura had only been sitting on the bench a few moments when she became aware of an odd little creature approaching her position, it was a walking plant.

At first her well honed paranoia caused her to ready an attack loop of light within her center which remained even after she had decided it was too cute to be dangerous. {In her thoughts she hears "Better prepared than polite" her mother's assassin past seeping in.}

"Hello, are you a Student, Teacher, Visitor or Uninvited Guest?" she asked sweetly while avoiding exposing her active defense measures.

Kyle gazed at the beautiful garden, and felt very much at peace. He did not know if it was just the affect of being near Kalinda, or if the garden was somehow enchanted. He didnt care. Kyle walked with Kalinda, examining the shrubbery and the flowers.

"Wow. This is awesome. You come here a lot then? I can see this being a pretty chill place to nap. Do the teachers come by here often?"

Kyle stepped up on a bench, then front flipped off, landing on his feet. Kyle bowed before Kalinda.

"of course. You caught my attention, after all" Phoebe said, giving katherin a smile, she started to lead the way to Tsura, using the plant minion as a tracking device, it wasn't hard to find the girl sitting on a bench.

The small plant minion waved its arms wildly, dancing around Tsura, over and around her, soon finding it's way onto her shoulder, it appeared to settle there.

Phoebe gave a soft laugh, she could create and control the minions, but they did have a mind of their own. "Hi"

"I come here sometimes. it's peaceful, and not many students find their way down here. Less emotional mess" Kalinda said, "Wayne comes down sometimes. I was here one time. I think he was talking with someone" She gave a shrug, "I didn't think it was right to eves drop on the principle, so I got out of there" She said, smiling at Kyle's antics.

She found a good spot to lay down, by the small pound of water, and stretched out, the warm sun enticing. She could easily fall asleep. She looked up at Kyle, and smiled warmly. @dabombjk

Tsura laughed softly then altered her Photonic properties to radiate in spectrum of colors meant to encourage the growth of plants as outlined by Doctor Ott a man who's approach to light was fascinating to her.

"If I knew you sexual identity or desire I'd filter the light to a finer degree for you.

I suppose we could work out a nonverbal method to communicate your preferences" she says refering to a man who started off life as a Banker interested in time-lapse photography.

Kyle looked at Kalinda smiling, and he felt himself grow warmer by the second. He walked over to Kalinda and sat next to her, never taking his eyes off her.

"Hey so....I have an idea. Stop me if you think it is a bad one."

Kyle made himself more comfortable on the ground, then reached over to Kalinda. He steadied himself with one hand, the other he placed on Kalindas hip, who was laying down. Kyle leaned down and kissed Kalinda. He felt like his heart was going to explode, and he was more nervous than when he was forced to perform his acrobatics in front of over two hundred people

Katherin followed Phoebe outside. It was early fall so the weather was nice. She couldn't wait for winter. She knew her friend didn't feel the same way though. It always struck her as funny that she had made friends with someone who's power was so different from hers. Phoebe was all about aping and life where she wasnt. But that had never stopped then from being friends. When the found Phoebe's plant, Katherin studied the other girl. She had seen the girl in class but hadn't had a chance to met her. It was clear from the new girls greeting that she was different. "Hello. My name is Katherin."

She then notes that both of the girls before her are redheads and is delighted because of the various color combinations each use to achieve the primary color. And that's when she see's that Phoebe seems to be engaged in photosynthesis somehow.

When the announcement was made across the campus, Kijani grinned wide. "Not happy about the crisis, but- I won't say no to free time." She spun around and started back for the classroom, hoping to find Connor. Apparently he'd had the same idea, because they met midway. "Well! Isn't this a pleasant surprise?" She hugged him again, noting that he seemed a bit more... sturdy than he had at the beginning of the summer. "How shall we spend this gift of free time?"

Jin heard the announcement that morning classes were canceled, and sighed faintly. "Well, I guess we're free. I'm kinda hungry, so I think I'll head for the cafeteria. I heard they've got a really good cook in there. What do you wanna do, nee-chan?" She also wanted to get a little energy burnt off before class started up again. Sitting in a chair for hours on end was just flat-out boring to her.

Kassy was outside by the time she heard the announcement, and stopped short. "Alright. I suppose class with miss Frost is out. Now what do I do?" She looked around, noting trees and grass and little groups of students. They were probably all friends. No sense in butting in, then. Kassy lifted her head, having caught the scent of water. She followed it all the way to a cozy little lake. "Oh, this is nice. I wonder if it's for snacking." She pulled off her sandals and set them aside, then started to wade in.

"Plants tend to be adaptable to the whole male and female thing" PHoebe said with amusement, "My minions are both. He seems to like you, though" She said, "It may evolve to be able to talk, one day. Or at least in a way you can understand. She's happy" She said, giving Tsura a smile.

"I thought it might be nice to talk. we have some time now, after all" She said, sitting down on the bench and waving for Katherin to do the same. She waved to the small plant, and it did a happy dance, but stayed with Tsura, apparently content where it was.

Watching Kyle watching her, Kalinda tried to make sense of his emotions, but it was almost a mess of confusion. Quite like her own, right then. Which only intesified as he lay a hand against her, despite the skin suit she wore. Maybe it wasn'tt as effectiive as she thought.

As he kissed her, that bare to bare skin contact increased the intensity to which she felt Kyle's emotions, and her body automatically sought to store it, and let the emotions go later, when it wouldn't be volitile. She returned his kissed, with as much enthausism as before, if not more so.

For one blissful moment, it was just her own emotions, spirling around and around as she tried to make sense of what she was feeling. That stomach churning motion...She let her arms slide around him, and just let herself enjoy the moment, the warmth and peace of the garden washing over her, fading to the back ground against all that was Kyle.

Holding Kijani close in the hug, Connor decided that that was the best thing about the day so far. "Well, how about we go for a stroll and find somewhere quite to talk?" Apart from the fact the school was full of students, there was the increased security. In anycase, it would simply be nice to have Kijani to himself, for a little bit.

Besides, it was a nice day. They might as well take advantage of the free hours, and have a little bit of fun as well.

The second the announcement went out overhead and throughout the school, Nakajima looked up to one of the many speakers stationed around the school, she listened to the announcement telling her that all of the morning classes were canceled. She looked over to Jin who looked like she calmed down a bit, after hearing Jin say she was hungry and asking what Naka wanted to do. Emily smiled before saying." Well, I want to make sure you not hungry for one thing and I guess whatever happens after that, happens." Nakajima knew that Jin wouldn't want to just sit around for hours knowing how active and almost manic Jin could be when she was bored and didn't have anything to do." Maybe after we eat I could train with you see how well your skills have been coming along, actually how about a Race to the lunch room ? I'll give you a headstart."

As he layed there, kissing Kalinda back with as much intensity as he could emit, Kyle had several thoughts. The first thought, weirdly enough, was that he was thankful of his parents because this probably happened because he has his fathers ass and mothers eyes. He almost wanted to thank them, but he knew what they would do if he did. They would investigate Kalinda, like the true detectives they were and it would weird him out completley. Then his next thought was how amazing this felt.

Kalinda may not have been meant to do this, but while they had skin to skin contact, aka kissing, he could feel what she was feeling and she could feel what he was feeling. They were both two young adults, insides swirling with too many emotions and hormones. And right now he didnt care. This extra feelings he was recieving, only amplified the joy he felt. Kyle held Kalinda in his arms, and scooted them both into a more comfortable position while they continued to lock lips. Kyle could not tell but he could feel his face being extremely hot. He was glad Klainda returned his feelings, but this had been a huge step for him. While yes he was normally outgoing, he had never been adventorous with the opposite sex, therefore he was very inexperienced.

I'd love to chat, didn't get much at home

Elliott rode in the back of the Limo her dad's security had arranged to meet her. She was mildly excited about her destination thinking about how interesting might be her new school mates. And while she thought about it she played with her comms choker.

It was basically a voice activated cell but it could record as much as 72 hours of detailed audio and stream. Her father had it made by Wayne industry at her request and it's purpose was to help her remember things she' d seen. Then her reverie was broken up as the Limo had stopped just outside the Academy's administration building.

Two rather large and imposing men stepped out of the car before she did and scanned the area before stepping out of her way so she could exit. She stepped out smiling amused at her dad's show.

Her family was show business and this was a staged event if ever. She was late to school the first stage then the huge men who while were part of the studio security were also stunt men and B- grade supporting actors did not normally escort her except in areas with creditable threats. No this was a display and Ms Wright stepping out of the building proof.

Ms Wright was her dad's publicity expert and likely was recording the entire event.
