Loving a life filled with complete chaos and utter anarchy, Carley is always pushing things to their very limit- provoking people left, right and center; and always doing her best to prove to them that the rest of the world is just as sick, and as twisted as she is. Living free and ever completely within the moment, Carley is well known for making most, if not all of her decisions based solely on how she feels in that very moment; making her extremely unpredictable, and quite changeable because of this. Easily bored, and craving for both excitement and stimulation in her life; Carley rarely ever thinks things through before acting, unable to just sit idly while life passes her by. Always needing to be doing something, no matter what it is, Carley is willing - even eager - to accept physical torture and pain in order to prove her love for her twin brother, Jerome; some of her most happiest of moments coming from the thrill of their many crime sprees throughout the city of Gotham.
Though the details and purpose about the academy in general don't interest her in the least, Carley will do what they want purely because it produces results: she isn't in Arkham Asylum. She's being rewarded in a way- and she is with her brother. That's all that matters to her. Jumping at the chance to show her love for Jerome, and to make her parents proud, because it's something that she can physically do; Carley doesn't like to just sit and laze around when things have to be done- she takes action. Able to fight effectively without any official formal training, Carley more times than none chooses to just improvise within her environment to get the job done; and whether this may be in a group, or own her own, she simply doesn't care.
Still just a girl at heart; whenever it's seen that Carley is in monumental emotional pain, she swallows it back the moment other people are there, choosing not to show her true emotions. They're hers, and hers alone. With a strong sense of identity; Carley has no problem accepting who she is as a villain- it's the path that she chose, and she is utterly unapologetic about it. Not attempting to moralize her choices in life like others around her do; she is what she is, and her sense of morality is based purely around her own feelings of what's right, and what's wrong, strongly influenced by not only her brother, but also her parents.
Not at all affirming; Carley is blunt- she doesn't care what anyone thinks about her. Ultimately, the only thing, or person that matters to her is her brother, Jerome. Thinking very little about the future, Carley doesn't bother looking ahead to the consequences of her life of crime; rather looking forward to the thrill and pleasure that come from the path she has chosen.

۞ Toxic Immunity- Carley, much like her mother before her, is immune to most types of toxins or poisons including Joker Venom and Poison Ivy's touch.
۞ Resilience- Much like her twin brother, Jerome, Carley has a strong resistance to physical injury, or beatings; though she does feel pain, and continual fighting will get through to her eventually.
۞ Genius-Level Intelligence- Carley is an extremely intelligent young woman, having a genius-level I.Q. of 142.
۞ Gymnastics- Extremely flexible, Carley is considered to be a rather spectacular gymnast, always seeming to be compared to her mother when it comes to their skill.
۞ Psychology- More like her mother than anyone else in the family, Carley has a love for biological science, psychiatry and psychology; and is very well versed in each area thanks to having learned from the best.

Biography:
Brought into the world, and knowing she would never be alone; there was nothing in life that Carley wanted growing up that she didn't get handed to her. Raised by mummy Quinn and daddy Jay as Gotham's newest (yet slightly crazed) little Princess; Carley, like her brother, led a life of pure bliss and utter indulgence.
Whatever they wanted, they got. And whatever they did, they did it together.
As long as the both of them were side by side, there was nothing they couldn't do..!
So, needless to say that when they got into a spot of trouble with the Batsy, they were given a choice; Arkham Asylum, or The Academy. For the twins of Gotham, it was a no brainer; and Carley more than happily volunteered herself to be packed up and shipped off to the nut-house her parents had frequented throughout their lives.
Turned out, it wasn't a choice.
Stuck going to some stupid Academy full of goody-two-shoes heroes, Carley dutifully stays close to her brother's side, waiting for the day he gives the all clear for their big escape, and having as much fun as she can in the process.
