I pull out a paper with a simple room layout. It is rectangular with several circles.
"Ok.....what you need to do is cordnate my followers to attack from these doors, and this trap door. Also I need him to step into this spot." I say putting a finger on the center of the map.

Michael nods. "I see...how about we order your apprentices least to greatest in strength? Have him go through one room and fight each apprentice. If he succeeds, he moves on to the next room. If he fails, he'll either retreat, or, knowing you, you'll have him be killed immediately...ANYWAY, if he beats all of your apprentices, he'll make it to the last room where you and I will be. Then, when he gets to the designated spot, we'll spring the trap. Plain and simple, no?" He explains.

I arrange the plan to the measure. I then attempt to attack the hooded figure's mind.

He finds his teleportation was directed to the spot on the floor I had pointed to.
