Like Telekenesis but to a more powerful and short-ranged extent. Can lift objects and people off of the ground (but only in a forceful burst, cannot hold them in the air yet), can apply a whole lot more force to her hands, feet and other body parts (powerful enough to crack cement and break bones, and also allow her to jump incredibly high), and can create enough force to blow people back pretty far. These bursts of force can only come in the form of bursts, and they can only be summoned close to her. She cannot hold objects in the air, she can only fling/throw them. All this force allowed for the name of "Magnum", though long-ranged engagements are typically reserved for firearms.

Personality
Constance is a little bit of a crass, sarcastic smartass that swears. Alot. Having been in the military, she's seen and experienced things no other human being should have, and as a result, it has had an impact on her psyche. However, her good natured self perservered, even after seeing battle, and her will to keep the hearts of the innocent beating through splattering the brains of those threatening them is still as strong as ever.

All in all, she's quite a loyal friend and a tenacious enemy. For those that she trusts, she does everything in her power to make sure that they are safe and happy, as she feels that it is her duty as both a friend and a soldier. Because once you join the Army, you never leave.

History
Constance was born in New York City, New York, where the first Zenith Shield was raised up. Her family owned a restaraunt and a greenhouse at the time, and after the Zenith Shields came down, Constance grew up knowing only the taste of freedom, that of living under a prison being only a tale that her parents tell her time and time again.

Constance grew up under a normal life, with a standard grocery job and a standard public education. It wasn't until September 11th, 2001, where things changed for her. She was nearby when it happened, when the towers collapsed, and witnessed the horror as thousands of people were snuffed out by collapsing towers concrete and dust. And right at that moment, she wanted those responsible dead. Her righteous fury is what led her to discovering her powers, and in her teenage years, she used the powers for good around her city without anyone knowing. It wasn't long before she joined the military, and ended up in Iraq.

Constance served a few tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, but most of her primary missions took place in Iraq, particularly in peacekeeping operations. It was difficult. Terrorists and militia ambushed her and her friends at different points and places in time. The Humvees they rode in were IED magnets. The newly formed Iraqi Army were shit at their jobs, and even though the Kurds were somewhat helpful in Northern Iraq, nothing really got done. Weary of war, Constance finally snapped when she was ordered to kill a few unarmed men. She disobeyed her commanding officer, and even aimed her gun at him once. This led her to getting dishonorably discharged. Nothing really happened much then.

She lived at her parent's house at that point, helping them out with their restaurant and their greenhouse. Having lost all sense of moral and hope at this point, she did what she could to help out. However, when 2014 hit, the videos of ISIS beheading those journalists were all over the news. It wasn't until months later that the new terrorist threat started invading Kobani and began overrunning the Kurds that tried to defend it. The fire beat in her chest once again... and after months of careful planning, Constance was in Syria, fighting alongside the Kurds against ISIS. And there, while she did have commanding officers, none of them ordered her to fire on unarmed individuals, and they were all on the front lines... blasting terrorists. Nothing but. With her experience in Iraq, Constance was able to teach the Kurds how to defuse most common bombs, and once she revealed herself to be a Z-type, the Kurds were more than happy to have her use her powers of Pure Force to clear out buildings and IEDs. She remained in Syria for a while before returning to the US, hearing about the Savior School, as well as her parents being worried sick for her.

After a long time of travelling, preparing, moving, outfitting and registering, Constance finally got herself into Savior School... hoping to better herself as a hero, and once she learned enough to make herself quite powerful, she could return to Syria, and help her Kurdish friends liberate their people and their land from the hands of the Islamic State.

History: Alexis was born somewhere in California but with both parents in the military , she moved through the country also at every few months. It was not pleasant for her , her parents were almost always away from home and her babysitters were just soldiers from the local base , that didn't knew how to talk with a child. She missed her parents and wanted to join the military just to be with them. As she was moving around the country , she couldn't have friends so she felt alone most of the time. When her power manifested , she was the happiest gal ever. She had her own best friends. Always talking with her clones , she didn't need many friends.
When her parents were stationed in Utah for more than 3 months when she was 17 , she went to a MMA fighting club and because of her parents not wanting her to not be able to defend herself ( she learned how to fight since she was small ) she quickly rose up in the ranks of MMA fighing and was qualified to join a national tournament for juniors that she won. After the tournament , she started training with herself ( her clones ) and became better at fighting.
Her "childhood" ended when her parents were killed in what appeared as an accident a few months before she would be 18. The police said that her father was drunk and he probably lost control of the wheel. Alexis knew that couldn't be the case , her father never drank alcohol and he hated it. She spent some money on bribes and things and learned that her parents were killed by a known villain. She tried to track him down but she never was able to catch him so...she used what money she had and enlisted into Savior School. With the training she would receive there and maybe with the help of some other heroes at the school , she could track down that criminal and bring him to justice.

She also wears black spandex trousers with rose highlights, and a pair of black/white converse, costume, with black secondary colour and white highlights that covers most of her body. Wears a pair of black and white running trainers, with the laces always done up meticulously. When is costume, her hair is always done up in a tight ponytail to prevent her hair from going everywhere.

Powers/Abilities:

Rush is capable of moving at speeds of up to 70 km/ph on her own, and ajudstible time dialation allowing her to effectivley slow or speed up her perception to accomadate. As well as this, she also has a significantly more efficient metabolism, however she still needs much more calories than a normal super would.

Her role as a powered hero was pushed very hard, with her mother wanting it for selfish reasons and to further her career, and her father realising that the young Carey had the potential and attitude for hero work. His theory turned out to be correct, and her path as a powered hero was almost assured by her early teens.

No personality and small amount of history, because I really like to let their personalities and histories pan out. Hope this is good.

Power Strengths

All her clones are as strong as the original and they have their minds linked to the original. Everything that a clone hears or sees is as if Alexis heard / saw. That doesn't mean the clones do not have a mind of their own. They can act independently as if they were a real person. Another bonus to her power is that whatever the clone learns is as if Alexis learned when the clone rejoins Alexis.

Power Limitations

Alexis cannot make more that three clones for now. Because of their minds being linked as they are , any fatigue that the clone would feel will be sent back to Alexis when she retracts her clones. Meaning that if all three clones would be extenuated and they would rejoin Alexis , she would fall unconscious because of it. If one of her clones would die of any kind of injury , Alexis will feel a mental feedback , hurting her mentally. Too much mental feedback and Alexis could receive irreparable brain damage or she may even die.

Really tall, dead parents and Batman complex out the ass, really pretty faceclaim, MMA training, "gun training" (Honestly, I don't see her doing more than recreational gun shooting which is vastly different from gun training unless her parents wanted her to follow in their footsteps or something), and etc. She just seems a little too good/perfect. I mean, I'm not saying she's a mary sue, but all of this seems pretty contrived tbh. Especially since she doesn't seem to have any character traits beyond it, but okay.

And what's with the spaces before and after every comma? Seems weird. lol

The chest part of her suit is made from small Kevlar plates , allowing her to take a small caliber gun shot in the chest ( without penetrating it but the blow itself would cause a bruise and would leave her winded ) or a knife in the chest without having any problems. Anything stronger and she would be killed. ( also. Remove the Lightning symbol from the suit. I just realized it's there. )

The Colonel helped Alexis make a costume using Kevlar parts that he got using his own military contacts.
The Anesthetic was a late addition to her "Super-Hero Equipment" , befriending the military base Doctor she persuaded him to make her some using a chemicals that were military grade. Nothing too serious , a combination of drugs and a normal anesthetic was enough to do the job. After she tried it on some thugs that were beating up a guy to take his money , Alexis asked the doctor recipe and started making it herself. She didn't have a skill in making it so the first few tries didn't work , after a few more tries she finally got it right ( she doesn't know how to make other things using chemicals etc ).

Question, how exactly did she get her special equipment? They don't exactly sell powerful, over-the-counter anesthetic. So how exactly did she get it? Also, how exactly did she get an entire suit made out of kevlar plates? @Ashevelendar

@ProjectOdin The entire suit isn't kevplate. There's small overlapping disks fitted inside the clothes, a bit like scalemail, which allows her to take slashes and bullets far better. Stabs, if they hit the parts that isn't fully covered by the plates, will still ruin her day and injure her very badly if they make contact. Since I didn't take anasthetic, i'll assume the other question is for Ashe.
