not at all, but i would say a surgeon is different from a scientist. which is more quibbles than anything else.

@Sophrus Just want to make sure you understand how huge it is that Necro just murdered a police officer, and what's more made him a minion. Generally speaking, anybody that goes out of their way to kill someone is instantly considered a top priority target not just for hte PRT and Protectorate, but pretty much everybody. It's one of the major no-nos of the cape community, along with attacking a cape's family (if you learn their secret identity) or causing major collateral damage. At that point everybody considers you a danger and hero and villain alike cooperate to fuck you up.

So if anybody who saw Necro do that spreads the word, he will become a major target practically overnight. Just a fair warning.

edit: then again. Arsenal and Zach are rather distracted, and he was first officer on scene nobody else is there yet (i think). Most civilians would be running for the hills with gunfire like that happening. so... i think its reasonable to assume that its not going to be that big of a deal.

Edit again: Both, Zach and Arsenal have gone out of their way to kill people... not officers granted, but even then we are in the same boat. And arsenal is unleashing some heavy firepower in an alley high chances of civies caught in the crossfire.

That depends entirely on how Zach and Arsenal (plus any of the villain gang that goes there) report it.

Well, I don't really know the whole logistics or blueprints on the impractical design, but I did say he had enough ammo to last him in long fights in the description. As stated in the CS, "Each arm carries only just a few clips or rounds for every single weapon", so I would say that his front arms would at least have a 10-15 seconds of full auto while since the upper arms are new to the battle, they have more ammo to fire.

That's the second time you've mentioned that. Is it some sort of formal request at this point? :P In any case, there's plenty of options you can go with. There's multiple dead gangbangers to either be zombified or have their bones turned into a wall/shield, for one. Or you can grab a dumpster and use it as a mobile shield/battering ram against the more heavily armed Arsenal. Don't be afraid to get creative.

I'm sorry if you find this fight unfair, but I specifically made Arsenal to be a pure force of destruction. It would most likely take more than one parahuman to bring him down, or just that single parahuman that knows how to deal with glass cannons or be a very resourceful individual.

Actually, under the right circumstances Necro could easily bring you down. If we where fighting in a graveyard or there was enough collateral damage (civilian casualties) i would have nearly unlimited bullet sponges to throw at you until you where out.
