I tried to convince her to dye my hair a DARK burgundy and she is like Uhhhh hell no..

I would Catch enough attention as it is in university and the subway because well..
I am different than almost 95% of the population in the subway and my desired university.

My parents are losing their shit over it already so.. Catchy colors?

Only rule is it can't be permanent until we're 18 though if we'd been considering for a long time and it doesn't clash with other restrictions *cough*school*cough* and we're not doing our scalp area she can be swayed to drop it to 16.

But with dark brown hair which is very light and thin.. I would have no hair by the end of the process.

I only convinced mom when I was 19(This year)
I was like I either get a pixie cut or dye my hair!

The only rules were
No scalp touched (again thin hair, can't handle it.)
No hair dresser (they eff up so bad hair because they wanna give you best result in minimal time and maximum chatge)

So I did it this balayage/ombre style at home and it turned out almost my whole hair so that was nice and the dark base made me look good even if the color was different.

I cut my hair just a couple weeks ago a shoulder length because short hair is bae.

And pish! My girls want to dye their hair - go for it. I used to have mine dyed jet black with ice blue streaks and shaved underneath. It was lovely.

@Neno 1445 Gray hair's nice. But it'll depends on your base color. If your base color is brown then gray dye makes your hair turn out still brownish later on, unless you bleach it first. Or at least that's how it is here since everyone here has either dark brown or black hair.

@HaleyTheRandom Oh, I edited my hair color to denim in one of my pictures to see if it looks good on me. It looked nice. But I never got my hair dyed that color. I'm afraid it'll affect my job.

My hair it it gets longer than boob length it starts tappering and looking ugly.

@Neno 1445 It's down to the small of my back already and I really, really, really need it thinned out xD I cut my hair real short when I was like... 12-13. It actually looked pretty damn good.

Genes arent on my side. So shorter hair is my choice and I love it. Makes me look more sophisticated.
