This roleplay is based on the Touhou Project series of games, though given the genres, just reading the transcripts over here is good enough if you have no idea (and are for some reason interested). Then be prepared to spend ages binging pictures, random fan comics, possibly the actual comics, and whatever the hell else you find interesting.
The premise is that Gensokyo is, gasp, blessed with a season where things aren't escalating to incidents: nothing worse than Suika's absurd plan to find other oni is on the cards. The result is therefore mostly slice of life and investigating the question: "can anything actually change noticeably in Gensokyo without explosive lasers"? Players are free to create mini-incidents as they wish, just hopefully not so many problems that we have a flock of wolves.
Because you've gotta have some:
*Unless for some bizarre reason you're doing the Prismrivers or those autumn goddesses. It's probably safe to play characters who're practically inseparable.
Also, I'm probably going to write up bios for Alice and the Queen of Bunnies Kaguya.

Rules
Because you've gotta have some:
- OC's are allowed and encouraged.
- If something becomes too all-consuming a plot, please try and tone it down or at least tell me what's going on so I can do GM stuff to help it work.
- Don't take things too seriously. Whilst this probably won't get as silly as Inaba, it's still a silly place.
- "Akyuu's sources are terrible" or: don't grimderp the place up. That's not conducive to slice of life and really hard to do well.
- No playing two characters who're closely involved with each other (Sakuya and Remilia, Kaguya and Mokou, etc.)*. Too much roleplaying with yourself that way, and it's rather unfair if one person monopolises most of a game's cast.
- Please try not to have too many characters.
- Don't take canon 100% as read. The goal is fun, not a memory test.
- No Yukari. I have IC uses for her that rely on not having her as a character. :P
