@MeloI don't think Rimgauge is the type to cheat on his wife xD But if they were betrothed from a young age and they're meeting/marrying at the ceremony, it would of been possible that Rimguage had feelings he acted on for Valerie @Filthy Mudblood growing up/as a teen. He knows he can't be with her because he is engaged, but perhaps that is where his heart lies at the start of the RP, and then we'll see how him and Narcissa interact :D
