@Jones Sparrow May I make a post that places Achieng on the Spire? Also, could you possibly give me a bit of background as to if Achieng has an actual rank in the military, or if it's more of a desk job?

I should have asked these questions earlier, I apologize. I just want to NPC some person talking to her, but I don't know how they'd address her or anything.

There would be ranks, its a little bit of both, but the military is like any other out there haha

You can give yourself a rank if you'd like, or if you want her to be addressed as anything else you're more than welcome to do that. Depends if your character went through military training, or the military hired you to give psych evaluations, you know?
