@KatherinWinter "Ah, ok thank you" max said turning away from Ivy and starting to follow the apparently brother to Ivy. "Hey, I did not catch your name, I'm Max" Max says as he begins too see the tables with everyone.'I wounder if I will meet some nice people' max thought to himself as he followed behind him.

Ivy saw a new person. She beamed as she bounced over to him. She bounced around the new boy excitedly. "HELLO! WELCOME TO CAMP!
YOU'RE LATE! YOU'VE MISSED AN EVENT! WE WENT MOUBRAIN CLIMBING! I THINK IT'S ALMOST TIME FOR LUNCH! MY NAME IS IVY! WHAT'S YOUR NAME! I CAN CONTROL FIRE! WHAT CAN YOU DO? MY BROTHER BROUGHT ME HERE ARE YOU ALONE?" She demanded as she moved around the boy excitedly.

"Sure. Don't worry about it. I'm glad to help." Kelly assured the boy as he lead him to the counselors. They looked up in unison.

"Welcome. We have another coming. We will put you to in the squirrel cabin. We will show you that I'm a few minutes. If you like you may set your stuff here. And watch the others." the counselors explained.

Kaeden saw someone with a big smile, for lack of a better word, 'bouncing' towards him in the distance. He broke into a readied stance shooting a glance both ways as if uncertain whether he should make an escape. He never thought a smile would look so menacing. His debate on whether to fly away or remain where he was distracted him from the uncertain threat getting closer and closer until-

"HELLO!"

"AAH!" he fell backwards from the startle, clutching at his chest.

"WELCOME TO CAMP!"

"U-uh-"

"YOU'RE LATE! YOU'VE MISSED AN EVENT!"

"W-well I-"

"WE WENT MOUBRAIN CLIMBING!"

"I-I don-"

"I THINK IT'S ALMOST TIME FOR LUNCH!"

"Oh w-we-"

"MY NAME IS IVY! WHAT'S YOUR NAME!?"

"It's-"

"I CAN CONTROL FIRE! WHAT CAN YOU DO!?"

"Um that-"

"MY BROTHER BROUGHT ME HERE ARE YOU ALONE!?"

Kaeden was internally panicking, this was the weirdest encounter he's ever had with anybody and he had no idea how to react. He couldn't even get a word in as the crazy red head hopped around him in excitement. He ended up tucking his tail closer to him, more worried that she'd end up stepping on it than scaring the soul right out of him.

Ivory nodded. "I-It's fine, I can g-get it. I-I already have a-all I need." Ivory told Cecilia, as she got up. She hummed quietly while walking to the table with sticky notes on it. She grabbed one of the packs with rainbow colored sticky notes and began walking back. "H-Here you go, C-CC!" She gave Cecilia her notes, before sitting back down. She grabbed a pencil and pen and gave them to Cecilia as well, before she started sketching. Since she said she liked traveling, Ivory began sketching a pretty canyon with a beautiful girl walking down it. She had the sun nearly setting as well.

@KatherinWinterAddressing the councilors Max said "Oh alright, thank you." as max set his stuff down behind him as he sat down at one of the tables. seeing they where making arts and crafts Max brought out his art book and his mp3 player. after putting earbuds in he began to draw.

@LiegeLord "Yeah that's pretty much it. If I look at something really hard it just starts burning, my parents keep telling me it's destructive and I should stop..." Charlotte looks at the now charred spot in the grass. "...and I guess they do have a point." She rubbed the spot with her shoe then looked back at James, "So what else can your void do, and also what exactly is it?"

Kaeden stood up from his spot on the ground, patting off any dirt on the back of his jeans. The girl was still hopping around him like a bunny on too much sugar. He fixed up his hair and, figuring he wasn't in any real danger, faded his wings back into the astral. He lifted a finger to speak but the girl was constantly moving around him and he couldn't even keep his eyes on her to properly say anything to her, unsure if she was even paying attention.

"U-um... can you-"

She just wouldn't stop moving, he was beginning to wonder if she was okay.

"Can you maybe... show me where I'm supposed to go?" he finally finished his sentence.

'I hope they're not all like this...' he worried.

Having delivered the new arrival to the counselors Kyle looked for Ivy. Only to see her assaulting yet another one. He sighed. He didn't know how she did it. She seemed to find new arrivals without trying. And this poor guy looked terrified. Kyle hurried over to his sister. He grabbed Ivy."I apologize. She's harmless. She just had more energy than she knows what to do with. The counselors are this way. They're a little strange but not scary. So far Ivy's the scariest thing here."

Someone else approached, grabbing hold of the hyper girl who seemed to practically vibrate in place. The guy seemed to be either her brother or friend. Regardless, they looked so opposite of each other. She was super energetic and just... out there, whereas he was cool and collected. He offered to take him to the camp counselors, Kaeden didn't know what to think when he said they were a little strange.

"So far Ivy's the scariest thing here."

'Is that supposed to make me feel better?' Kaeden wanted to say but just didn't have the guts.

Kaeden nervously followed after him, noticing how the girl 'Apparently her name is Ivy' was constantly looking around seeming to be distracted by every little thing.

"Well if you can learn to control it, then you won't have to hide it. Unlike me and Neric anyway..." *James looking at his Void as it looked up at him, sighing softly* "It's kinda hard, most of his kin are just flat out evil. Thankfully he isn't." The little cat Void would get up, looking around as he spoke to both of them.

"Pardon me madam, you wouldn't happen to have a music device would you? I'm going to let James attempt his art without me...' Which made James's eyes widen just a tad and for a moment, his nervousness setting in. "I always found it easier to do artwork while listening to music, though always depends on my mood. Whether it be the flute and melody I heard in the past or that Rock music I heard. Some of it is kinda good at least, certain ones I like... anyway I would give it right back." If she agreed, he would thank her and carefully take the device in his black cloud around him and walk off to one of the portrait stands nearby. A good distance away. If not, he would thank her anyway and head off looking for a device or to ask someone. Him leaving either way.

James would chuckle softly, looking back at Charlotte with a smile. "Well, should we start ourselves? I think the counselors said we were suppose to draw a picture of the other person in regardless to their life? I don't remember fully. But do you want me to go first? Don't wanna push you into something you aren't comfortable with." Him grabbing some pencils and coloring tools, setting them to the side when it's his turn to draw her. But for now letting her get ready with whatever she would like. Never losing his nervous smile. "Whatever you want of course."

"Most of the kids here seem nice. I haven't had a chance to interact with them much. As you can imagine my sister takes a lot of my attention." Kyle explained. He expertly kept one hand on Ivy although his sister bounced around like a hyper Mexican jumping beam. Her gaze followed one thing for a minute only to be distracted by something else. She had always been that way. He was used to it.

Ah, so he's her brother. 'Weird, considering how they're so opposite of each other... then again I've learned that sibling doesn't always necessarily mean related.' Kaeden held his hands close to his chest like a physical barrier. He wasn't entirely sure just how 'strange' the camp counselors would be.

"I just hope that... well... they're nice enough." he spoke in regards to the other kids around the camp.

It felt weird to think he'll have to consider himself one of them. Being on your own for so long, you develop a sense of maturity. It wasn't difficult for him to already feel so out of place with that thought.

"Alright," Cecilia nodded and sat down while Ivory retrieved the sticky-notes, taking the time to remind herself how to go about this. It was a simple and kinda silly little piece she had in mind, but she hoped that she'd like it nonetheless. Ivory soon arrived, handing her a pack featuring multiple vibrant hues, a rainbow on every page. "Wow, I actually hadn't noticed these. Thanks Iv-um, Ivory," Cecilia said, about to attempt a friendly nickname of her own, but then running into a problem. It was kinda embarrassing and her head lowered to observe her medium. She ran her thumb through the "pages"; it would do nicely. She looked up to gratefully and timidly accept the pen and pencil. "Oh? Th-Thanks..." She got right to work on the last note of the pack, the first step. It would have been hard for Ivory to peek and see what Cecilia was up to. First, along the edges of the page were plant-life and other signs that the scene was set in a lush forest; not overwhelming but enough to get the point across. There were leaves here and there at the foreground for some sense of perspective, although she would debate on how "big" they should be. But at the middle of the note would be an illustration of a cute girl in a nice dress and, of course, a flower band. Cecilia looked very meticulous with her drawing, and despite the small space she had to work with, the picture itself was more detailed and ambitious than most people's first attempt at this kind of thing.

Ivory quietly looked at the drawing she started. She erased it, and redrawn. She traced a careful canyon. She sketched the sun and shaded the sky. She redrew the girl. She glanced up and over at Cecilia. She looked back down at her paper, quietly changing and adding things. She scrunched her nose at the drawing. She stared at it for a few minutes, before simply writing her signature at the bottom of the drawing. It wasn't a really big or "please get noticed" kind of drawing, but she did it for proof. She glanced at Cecilia, who seemed to be focusing on her drawing/outline more. She looked back down at her own.

With the first page done, Cecilia had gone on to lower the next note over the one she had finished, and in a matter of minutes a picture very much like the first took shape, but with minute changes. Cecilia looked up from her work upon hearing Ivory erase her work. She wasn't sure if it was to start over or to aid in a final draft, but didn't want to make her uncomfortable by looking at her artwork before it was finished and resumed to her next pages in the flip-book. Whatever Ivory was working on, it felt like it was going to be a lot better than her own little trinket of a project. She wouldn't notice when she had finished, believing she was still working when by the time she reached the final pages of the sticky-notes. "Sorry for being so quiet. I wasn't sure what to talk about and didn't know if you needed to concentrate or..." Cecilia grew silent for a second. "I guess you already know what I'm working on, huh? I thought it would be fun to try out, but it's taking me longer than I thought."

"I believe you're in the squirrel cabin with the other new arrival." Kyle explained as he dragged his sister with them. He was used to dealing with Ivy's energy. He knew how to keep her contained. They made progress towards the tables. It wasn't fast progress. But it was progress.

"Welcome. Now that you are both here we will show you your cabin. You are both in squirrel cabin. It's not far from here." they pointed at the towards a cabin not far from the tables. Right above the door was a wooden sign with a squirrel one it. They spoke and moved in unison.

@LiegeLord Charlotte then realized suddenly that she still had all of her bags and wasn't assigned to a cabin. "Oh well, Neric, I do have one but it's somewhere in my bags. I should probably go put them up..." she looked back at James. "Sure you can start first if you want! But I should probably take care of my room situation before we can start."

Neric would sit quietly as she spoke, nodding a bit before looking around and heading off. Him thinking he can find a device, but noting to come back and ask when she came back. James smiling and also listening, watching the Void walk off before speaking himself. "Oh ok, I was meaning me talking about myself and you drawing... cause I'm frankly nervous about drawing..." *He would say with a quiet chuckle, rubbing his arm. "But I'll wait here for you, don't worry." Looking at her and nodding, looking over the various art tools at his disposal. Not having Neric to help was going to be tricky.

The two camp counselors weren't very intimidating in appearance, they seemed nice enough so Kaeden had no idea what the boy meant when he called them 'a little strange'.... until they spoke.

"Welcome. Now that you are both here we will show you your cabin. You are both in squirrel cabin. It's not far from here." Kaeden got a chill up his spine when they both spoke in unison. Is it too late to back out of this?

'...Squirrel cabin? Other new arrival? I'm being paired with somebody?'

He lowered his hands to his sides, arms getting sore from the makeshift barrier he was making. No use trying to keep from knowing the others; he was planted firmly in this little program now. He glanced over to a table just behind the counselors to who he assumed to be the other new arrival they were talking about. He was noticeably wearing a lot of blue and dark colours.

His heart began racing. Should he say hello? Does this guy even wanna talk to him? What if he's an asshole? How long will they be stuck together? Kaeden's face deadpanned trying not to make any eye contact with the other boy. Maybe he could go about this whole thing without the guy knowing he even exists. He'll just sleep outside the cabin... yeah... 'That will totally work...' Kaeden mentally sobbed over his predicament, tail drooping behind him, knowing his all white attire and appearance makes him stand out like a sore thumb.

Barely hearing the words squirrel cabin over the music coming out of his earbuds Max looked up from his drawing pulling one white earbud out of his ear. He saw where the councilors where pointing to a cabin not far from the tables. Max stood up wanting to get situated in the cabin before any other activity's started. He didn't see the other new arrival the councilors were talking too how ever so he walked right by him humming along to the music he was still listening to in one ear..... until his foot got caught on a lose rock and Max fell face first into the dirt, the drawings in his art book flying out all over the ground.
