@LucidnonsenseYou could do a Mekhania expedition force.

I have some ideas how the noble courts work there (they are ridiculus) but if you do a standard troop commander, or perhaps a techno-arcanist. You could focus on clockwork troops.

Although considering how the Mekhania usually handles things, the only way to make the clockwork angels fly properly would be with magical jet-packs...
Also, the flying troops schtick is starting to get a bit common, so i'd suggest a ground based troop.

But otherwise, i guess it's more fun if you do your own thing. But i sort of stole the clockwork steampunk thingy and it would be a bit strange if several nations did it.
Just suggestions though, naturally GM has final say.

I recommend as well that you take a look at Brian McClellans Powder Mage Trilogy and Django Wexlers Shadow Campaigns. Both are rather excellent examples of flintlock fantasy.

Retconning my regiment's presence in this roleplay. Whiiiich means that unless someone else casts the spell, the ground is super wet and unstable. Can't handle the amount of players, and I'm not really feeling the roleplay anymore. Y'all have fun, though.

Yeah I didn't really consider that 16inch diameter cannons would be fucking massive, probably should have considering I'm using measurements all day but yes you are correct in saying around 4inches is more accurate to what I mean.
