Well, technically speaking this is a PvP battle. But I do not really think that is fair to use. Also, I do not off hand remember anything about Mike's internal power.

Aura is his internal power, Rotodex is basically a helper/heale. Does not attack the other Pokemon. Though I would consider this a plot battle not a PVP.

I do know what the Rotodex does. I would say that it is one thing to use it when battling CPU charecters such as the totems or Team Skull, but to use it against another human player is different, espically if the other human player does not have the Rotodex as well. Personally, I am unsure of how fair it is to use in leauge matches. But either way, since they have never seen such a thing before, they can't have a rule against it. But, one would possibly be added after the battle.

I'd say no on the rotodex stuff, since that was just implemented in the games to make them less challenging. As for Necrozma, again no. It gets it's power from Light, not Aura, so your Aura abilities wouldn't affect it. No, you'd need to combine it with Solgaleo or Lunala to give it that extra bit of light, then the power from the Z-Power ring, just like the games.

Also, I'd like to claim Poipole, Cosmog, Tapu Lele, and Zeraora. Also, as of USUM, all other Ultra Beasts basically have infinite numbers, so they're not really considered Legendary, especially since their base stat total is lower than the psudoes.

Well, we don't seem to follow game logic that much here but I'll wait and see what Bowtie and James say about it cause if we do go Game logic, I'm going to need ether Solgalao or Lunala as well.

The games allow you to acquire a Cosmog from the so-called Reverse World (not to be confused with Giratina's dimension) and the anime has depicted both Solgaleo and Lunala creating a Cosmog (that one being the anime Nebby) through their power. Mike, you should be fine as Cosmog will eventually evolve into one of the two box legendaries (your choice).

There would be multiple Cosmog. If you remember, Nebby turns into Solgaleo/Lunala, and you can get another one.

So you would allow two Cosmog's? It would make things easier since then we can have two Lunala's and Two Solgalao.

That's right. Cosmog is one of those special cases where every player could have one as they can be created by the cover legendaries.

Don't really know how smackdown is supposed to knock her back to the ground when she's on the ground. She's just stomping to shake the ground and deal damage. It's not like she's in the air, she's a flightless bird.
