@TheUnknowable So my plan is for Roy to realize that he's been going about this all wrong, that Anarchy is untouchable the way things are now. As such, this latest blunder will inspire him to start taking a much more subdued approach. No more suicidal assassination attempts, instead Roy will resolve himself to take down Anarchy's organization piece by piece, eliminating his supporters one at a time until only Patterson himself is all that's left. Naturally this is an impossible undertaking for him and Light to do alone, so I'm proposing that Roy has kept a list of a few names. Names of individuals Roy either worked with or even fought against back in old Tee Titans days. The one thing they all share in common, is that none of them are on Anarchy's payroll. Either they're still rebelling, or they're just mercs whose business was unaffected by the takeover. Here's a small list of example names for the list:

1. Jason Todd (Red Hood)
2. Jade Nguyen (Cheshire)
3. Floyd Lawton (Deadshot)
4. Noah Kuttler (Calculator)
5. Slade Wilson (Deathstroke)
6. Grace Choi
7. Anissa Pierce (Thunder)
8. Rex Mason (Metamorpho)

The idea is for Roy to essentially start up the Outsiders, much like he did in the comics, hence why some of the actual canonical members of said team are on the above list (Grace, Thunder, and Metamorpho) but those can be forfeited since this setting involves most of the former superheroes now working for Anarchy anyway. In that case, Superboy and the Unnamed Construct can fill in if they are interested. The villains on the list are there because Roy probably feels he can't rely on any of his past colleagues anymore and as such he has no choice to call on past enemies instead.

Well if you need Roy to help realize that fact a bit faster, you can have Light inject a good chink of logic. You can do whatchya want from that angle if you wanna use it.

She has little attachment to most of those characters so she probably doesn't know them too well. xD

@DoubleI could see Todd and his ex GF joining him. Deathstroke too, as Terra (Deathstroke ex apprentice that betrayed him) is dating Anarchy, and it would be a good opportunity for revenge. I don't know enough about the others to know how well they'd fit, though, so I'll leave that up to you.

Calculator was essentially an evil Oracle. Like her, he operates a world-wide information network, unlike her he would sell it to whomever could afford it. It's possible Anarchy hired or is using him for software security/development, otherwise I imagine he'd still be doing the rogue hacker thing. Deadshot is very like Deathstroke, he was a contract assassin, it just so happens that Deadshot main specialty is as a sniper. So he either works for Anarchy or he's just carried on with his mercenary work with little impact from Anarchy's takeover. Grace is an Amazon, more specifically a Bana-Amazon, the tribe that broke off from the one on Themyscira and essentially went rogue. Anissa Pierce is Black Lightning's daughter, and Rex Mason was a soldier for hire who gained his powers after exposure to Egyptian artifact that cursed him. The latter three are likely adhering to Anarchy's rule like most of the other heroes, though, so I doubt they would join the team (despite having been the founding members in the canon universe) which was I suggested Superboy and the Construct take their place instead (if Weird Tales and Pathfinder are interested in such).

@DoubleSounds like some of them might do freelance work for him, but not really be hiring material. He sometimes posts bounties for people that manage to evade them. I could see many of them working as freelance bounty hunters, and could see him buying info from Calculator.

@TheUnknowable That's essentially what I had in mind. Since those people aren't being played by actual players right now, they would work best as NPC's that we occasionally call in for backup and the like, but they never stick around as permanent team members.

Gonna work on a post, but I'd like to ask which city we're currently in. I can tell its not Star City due to Oliver needing a Ztube to get home, and I'm guessing it's not Gotham either so... Metropolis? Central? Keystone? Some other city entirely?

By the way, @Pathfinder, it's no coincidence that I had Roy and Light retreat via the sewer. You did say something about the Construct about exit them? Seems like a good enough opportunity for the two groups to bump into each other.

We're in gothem, or at least we were in the original post. I did that because the golem was said to be in gotham's sewers I believe.

I mentioned that Wayne manor was only a few miles away. With private z tubes you don't really need to drive any more, but Wayne does any way. I probably didn't make that clear in my post, though.

If you're talking about Roy, then no. Calling it a resistance is also a bit too generous. It's literally just Roy and Light, no one else yet.

So its a resistance duo then :P. BTW I've got a reason why Light joined Roy. all you need to comment about it is that Light approached Roy after Roy did a strike on a transport. Thinking she'll have the 'escaped expeirment' sorta thing and thats why she hates anarchy. I can madlib some super dark stuff later xD.

@Archmage MCI assume she's made of physical matter? Even. Captain Atom.can use them, even though he's mostly radiation, but that's the only l limiting factor I see to her using the tubes, unless you're programming a private one to authorise you, at which point I'm not sure they'll be able to get biometric data.

Then there's the fact that she tends to disrupt electronics, which makes me wonder if the device will still be intact after she uses it.

I guess I typed all that to say "sure, she can use them, but their might be complications."

Double, you can use Light's 'creepy touch' as an excuse as to why Roy doesn't let her carry her if you don't wanna make it a pride thing xD. Due to her reality siphon ability. Or that her claw-like hands scare him xD.
