I was winging it. My reasoning was based on the principle that in order to break a curse, one must do its opposite. Vert is cursed to eat people by consuming them through her belly. The opposite is to give life to people through her belly. That's basically the definition of childbirth.

That said, I'm not keen on having any improper relations in this RP, so we'll have to think of another way to break the curse.

I agree. That method of breaking the curse could bring down the ban hammer if done wrong. On top of that, Vert has eaten a lot of people. So unless Devourers gestate faster than humans, I highly doubt she'll break the curse and finish her subplot before the end of this RP that way.

If you really want her to become a slime, she'll have to ask the Warlock, because he's the only one in the world who knows how it works. And even then, he may not be familiar with it. No.

The effect has to be quantifiable. There's no way of knowing how many people (if any) would die from a stampeding herd of buffalo, but if you get in the path of an arrow, you'll know exactly how many people were saved.

so.... saving a whole town doesn't count? I mean if it's certain doom I see that as quantifiable. Does saving the person from harm count? Like saving a person from having their leg broken?
