so.... saving a whole town doesn't count? I mean if it's certain doom I see that as quantifiable. Does saving the person from harm count? Like saving a person from having their leg broken?

Well yeah, if the whole town is about to get nuked and you played a key role in stopping it, all you gotta do is take a census to find out how many you saved.

Saving a person from harm would only count if all Vert did was eat people's limbs.

Obtain a Mana Meter. Keep track of the curse's strength and note whatever Vert does that weakens it. If you wish upon Erudessa's ring for a Mana Meter, she'll find a way to get you one.

Group 1 is awaiting marching orders. I'll initiate someone's subplot shortly thereafter. Gorman, for his part, is relaying messages back to the Captain before joining up with our group.

Group 2 should be fine. They have a more supporting/lore-building role until they join up with Group 1.
