It would make sense for the characters to either have met, heard of, or have some indirect relationship together. Especially that there aren't very many droids or CPU work, so Bot is pretty much the only droid worker around right now.

He also picks up odd end jobs, so how we write this how has much flexibility!

We got two bounty hunters and two, metal mashers and bone of before burrower in the RP. So, like. Right off the top of my furry eye hats I would throw that all archaeology, the gunsmith and the Bot would of all worked together at different times. Especially since we got a brother who digs up minerals more than a miner with a nutritionist streak. Maybe, even. Like. They could of worked on a big bot/gun sort of project together or some shit at some point.

They could of easily hired Crumb's character independently to get them stuff, or my dude. Or to go after my dude after he stole something or fucked something up in the past.

@ScreenAcneI like the idea of a big project having been done in the past. We could leave it at that, or even tie that project into the overall plot.

Bot and Gaius (or at least his family business) would likely have acquaintance in the field and work together on more than one occasion. Especially that Bot can provide materials and menial workers to the Findley family. So that sounds good to me.

As for the big project, it could be some sort of defense system that was never finished for some reason (perhaps something to do with Mask). And the defense system could turn out to be a weapon instead, never really intended to defend anyone; the ruse would of been to ensure they were all willing to work on the project.

Something along those lines?

I guess I wanted to take a second and fangirl over you guys and how happy you've made me. That huge boom in interest yesterday really made me feel like this project is going to be successful. I know we all just met and stuff, but I feel like this group is really chill and full of creative people that can contribute exactly the kind of ideas that I feel perfectly fit this setting.

I've gotten the groundwork laid out for the opening post, though a lot of it is going to focus on The Duke and a rather interesting public display (with our characters nearby, I assume, to witness it); followed by a private audience and him laying out exactly what it is he wants from all of us.

Edit: Also gotta say that I love you color your OOC text like I do. Makes me happy to know I'm not the oly one who likes to do that~ It's a very nice color.

I like that we all have in depth-colorful characters, as you're usually more invested in well thought out characters. I've been dying for a good group roleplay for years now @_@ (or any kind at this point honestly).

And yeah, I love trying to make my characters with some depth to 'em ^^ Admittedly, Cherry isn't crazy developed at the moment; but I intend to change that through the story. Especially considering that her backstory is kind of a 'secret'.

Fun fact: Supposedly that green has some sort of, motherfucking. personality pickle or some shit. Where by relaying that color to your frontal drivers it makes you more relaxed. At least, that's what I heard in a documentary. It might be more bull than a manure venture capitalist.

But, you know. Fuck it. Your personality fills in for its place, sister. So who will know.
