Appearance:

Description

Atrial stands at an unimpressive 5 feet. She has a fairly pail complexion that, if forced to describe the color, she would likely use the term “wet flour”. Her hair is mid length and a rather unimpressive shade of blond. Ultimately she has a rather unimpressive appearance despite her striking blue eyes that she tends to keep hidden behind he bangs.

Hero Name: Bomber

Hero Class/Rank: Class A Rank 4

Abilities: Atrial possesses the ability to turn the potential energy of most objects into explosive Kinetic energy. The larger and object is the longer it takes to fully convert all the energy thus she tends to use smaller items like marbles, rocks, or any other object that she can fit multiple of in one hand.

Skills/Combos:

Street Fighting: Atrial has a history with street fighting. Often attending them for extra money when she was younger. She is not opposed to fighting dirty and can deal a considerable amount of damage with her own strength alone.

Aikido: Atrial learned the art of Aikido, specifically for street fighting. The skill is self taught from watching others do it as she never had enough money to actually take classes in the art.

Slight fire/explosion resistance: Because Atrial’s power is very volatile she has a passive resistance to fire. Though only for a short period of time. After a couple minutes she begins to burn as a normal person would.

Weakness:
As she is human anything that can kill a civilian can kill her. Though it may take her longer to burn to death than normal people.

Name: Atrial Costello

Age: 24

Personality: Despite her looks and past Atrial is a pretty friendly person. Usually easy to get along with and fairly laid back. However she is a hot head. God forbid someone call her short and they will end up on the receiving end of a fury that knows know bounds. She also loves to drink and can hold quite a bit of alcohol. Though when she does get drunk she is even more of a hot head that she normally is.

Brief History: Raised in poverty Atrial isn’t used to getting anything that she hasn’t earned. Her parents were poor and her mother was always sick. As a result, at a young age Atrial learned how to take care of herself and earn her own money. Often finding things in the trash or on the street worth a bit of money here and there. When she go older she took to participating in small street fights where people would place bets on who would win. It was dangerous work that involved both avoiding hits from people much larger than herself, and avoiding the police. This, of course, was before she discovered her power.

After the discovery of her powers she spent a lot of her free time practicing where nobody would see her and where she was less likely to hurt anybody, though she did occasionally bring the skill into her continued street fighting career. As street fighting had limited rules, the main one being not to kill your opponent, it was not uncommon for weapons and even powers to be used. As a result, after training her ability a little more by herself she began to use it in small scales to tip fights in her favor.

From the ages of 16 to about 18 were he street fighting days. She stopped when she realized that she could join the Hero Association and make better money there, than street fighting. Upon being accepted into the Association she was given a C ranking, however, over the course of seven years, she managed to climb to the top 5 A ranks. She intends to climb even farther.

Possible Goals:
-Provide money for her parents, enough to be able to keep her mother alive and comfortable for as long as possible.

-Become the top rated S rank hero

-Survive

- She always carries around a bag of marbles.
- She is always very careful not to kill her opponents, out of habit from her fighting days, and out of respect for the teachings of Aikido.

Hero Name: Mrs. Pickles

Hero Rank: C-Class, #388

Appearance: Mrs. Pickles is a 6'7" tall guy with messy blond hair and blue eyes. He is physically fit, but not overly muscular.

Name: Clarence

Personality: Clarence likes to think things through before doing them, and excels at finding all the possible options. However, under pressure, he doesn't always pick the right one. He's very smart, and a border line genius, but not exactly the next Einstein. He's pretty unlucky, which leads to him being fairly pessimistic. He only really cares about his younger siblings, but even their importance occasionally comes in second place on Saturday nights, when Clarence goes out to drink. Then, alcohol is his only care until he drunkenly stumbles home.

Brief History: The oldest of twelve children, 22 year old Clarence wasn't exactly living the good life. When he was eighteen, the day before he was going to go to college, Clarence's mother and father both died in a car crash. He stayed at home and provided for his eleven siblings, getting a job at a gas station, realizing this wasn't enough, Clarence hunted around for jobs. One night, a couple of weeks ago, Clarence got drunk and jokingly signed up for the hero program as Mrs. Pickles, the name of the deceased family cat. A couple of days later, at the exams, Clarence preformed decently in the physical exams. He did fairly well in the written exams though, not because he had the brain of a hero or agreed with everything that he said, but because he was pretty good at guessing what they wanted him to say.

Now that he is a hero, he does it for the money and the money alone. He meets the quota for doing a heroic act each Friday and that's pretty much it, but if he sees an opportunity to do another one, he'll probably take it unless it seems too dangerous or he did something the day before. Since he's only been a hero for four weeks, these heroic acts have consisted of helping find a small child in a super market, getting a cat out of a tree, and helping two elderly women cross the street.

Abilities:

He's smart and stuff. Works out. Carries a hunting rifle and swiss army knife around, just in case. Can he do anything else? No. No he can't. But he's got the best motivator of all for doing this job. Money. Oh also, he took some boxing lessons from a family friend for a few months. I don't know if that's important. He wasn't bad at boxing, and basic punching and kicking is pretty much his fighting style.

Skills/Combos:

Above Average Intelligence
He's pretty smart. Plays a mean game of chess.

Sense of Humor
He has a pretty good sense of humor. This actually helps him remain calm in even the most stressful of situations.

Probability Master
Is very good at determining an events probability. To one decimal place. With a 2% margin of error. Usually.

Dental Knowledge
Since Clarence always wanted to be a dentist, he knows a lot about teeth. Well, more than the next guy.

Knife to Meet You
Clarence carries a swiss army knife in his pocket at all times. His dad gave it to him as a birthday present once. He modified it to have some other functions, but it primarily has a fork, spoon, corkscrew, scissors, bottle opener, screwdriver, light, cuticle pusher, magnifying glass, whistle, orange peeler, wire stripper, retractable pen, tweezers, and toothpick. There are three blades on it, one small, one large, and one serrated.

Driving
He drives the families only car, a blue minivan. He's a pretty good driver, if he does say so himself. And he does.

Mom's Enchanted Box
A 1 x 1 x 1 wooden box that is apparently magical. He keeps it in his car, and each time it's opened, a random item comes out. However, Clarence has no control of what item comes out, making it pretty much useless. No, it doesn't have any pattern. No, it's not ever going to be helpful.

Possible Goals?: Go to college and get enough money to provide for his eleven siblings: Carl (2), Cameron (4), Chris (6), Chuck (7), Collin and Cynthia (the twins, 10), Cecelia (11), Chloe (13), Courtney (15), Catherine (18), and Dave (19). Also, stay alive.

Other: Has gotten a parking ticket and has been arrested once for public urination, so he doesn't really have a great reputation with the police.

Yup, same universe yet an alternate dimension (to avoid conflict with the webtoon/anime)
As for time, imagine it taking place around the beginning of the anime or basically before the attack of Boros. Meaning the Hero Association is widely known but isn't as influential as they get after Boros attacks.
Advancements of technology is the same as the manga, meaning you're free to make a giant mecha character or something similar to Genos.
For OP, well if you have to ask if it's OP it's likely OP xD nah I kid but basically nothing over the top like Saitama's. If I see it has potential to become greatly OP, then I won't allow it but I'm trying to be lenient when it comes to powers.

I was thinking about making a "barbarian" like character similar in strength to Saitama but ofcourse nerfed for OP reasons. He would have manipulation of metal and eart h to a degree but control of lightning. He wields a hammer of his own abilities creation that only he can lift (if you get where I'm going with this its similar to Thor xD) I wanted to ask first before going into the CS development. Of course along the way I will PM you for power approvals so I can keep it relatively even. Looking to make an S rank maybe #4 or #6.

I'm fine with super strength capable of levelling buildings but nothing near Saitama xD only real similarity i'll allow with Saitama is the baldness. I've been good and I want to get back to another Tokyo ghoul rp sometime soon but alas, I will have to be steadfast and wait patiently. Joined a few rps and started a few of my own (New Elysium, Fear No Evil and I forget the other. Never really got good momentum off of them.)
