Yep, but to be honest I might just have them be available to find in the wild like all the other Pokemon.

I've sent them a PM. If they don't reply within the next day you can have them simply tag along/control them in needed scenarios, such as simple conversation (nothing revealing anything about their past unless it says so in their CS.) as a walk from outskirts to the festival at the rate my characters group is going, without talk would be a little akward, or in situations where there life is in danger not like that would be happening anytime soon.

In all seriousness if they don't reply soon we will have to drop them, until they can return actively.
