Swept back brown hair and bright green eyes, Cue, despite the rough way he presents himself, is undoubtedly handsome, with a face and body looking as though it were sculpted out of a classical greek statue - which is entirely unsurprising given his parentage. He often wears a black leather jacket, and iron-rimmed blue-tinted shades.

Power:
Cue has the ability to affect the state of mind of a person as long as it is in the fields of love or lust. He can exponentially increase or drastically decrease the affection people have for another, or maybe even drive them into an insatiable lust. His powers are further amplified by his enchanted gun; depending on the bullet type used, the effects differ. Resistance to their effects depends either on the type of bullet, the willpower of the person targeted, and their current state of mind.

A passive application of his ability makes him a great deal more attractive than he already is.

His powers of affection aside, his status as actual divinity makes him regenerate from wounds faster than the mortal man, and gives him strength and speed comparable to heroes of old.

Barrett .50Cal; calls it affectionately as his "High Caliber Love Machine". Pierces shields and skin. Can fire from extremely long distances. Slow reload time. He dislikes people touching it. Collapseable.

Bullet Types

Red-tipped: Causes a person to fall in "love" with the next person they lay eyes on.
Orange-tipped: Causes the victim to grow insatiably lustful; the target of course, is only capable of thinking of their loved one in regards to these thoughts.
Yellow-tipped: Causes the victim to become unbearably attractive to weaker-willed onlookers; people in deep love will be unaffected. Weak affections cannot counter its effects.
Green-tipped: Magnifies already existing feelings of attraction to a person and causes the victim to become more assertive and aggressive. The enchantment breaks with a kiss from that special someone
Blue-tipped: Causes a person to fall into a deep depression until someone who is close to them kisses them.
Indigo-tipped: Causes a person to become completely obedient to the person they are in love with.
Violet-tipped: Causes a persons to become angry at their loved one. Effects break upon venting of their feelings.
White-tipped: Completely wipes clean a persons affection for their loved one; they will lose all memories of them, and any related feelings. Lasts 24-hours. Effects can be broken with a kiss. Or a strong slap on the head.
Black-tipped: Completely wipes all love within a person. The effects are permanent unless shot again. The first shot requires the persons permission before this can be used on them.
Anti-Material: Magnifies the effect of any bullet and increases its power. Pierces shields and defenses. Can only be fired from the Barrett .50cal.

Asides from the black bullet, no effects can last longer than 24 hours. The effects can be broken in that span of time either through regular means or by replacing currently existing feelings with alternative, more intense ones (i.e. hate, euphoria, etc.); the effects of each bullet also cannot be stacked upon one another.

Personality:

Rough and tough, Cue is the old school bad boy personified. He follows his own rules and cares little for others opinions; conversely, he is honorable and capable of deep respect - provided that his respect is earned. He is a lover, as well as a fighter, and honest to a point.

While he capable of being subtle - mainly while seducing women - he prefers the direct approach. He dislikes beating around the bush or hesitating, thinking that it is a waste of time.

Cue lives for the moment, and thoughts of the future are the furthest thing from him. It makes him reckless, but also incredibly hardy.

He's more intelligent than he let's others think he is, and is more ingenuitive than many give him credit for - after all, he was the one that devised the method to imbue guns and bullets with heavenly powers, and all on his own.

Background:

The son of Aphrodite and one of her many consorts, Cue stood out among her children; while they were elegant, he was coarse; while they feared conflict, he actively got into fist fights with other gods - he was a black sheep among immaculate white ones. His mother could barely stand his presence.

So he got his ass kicked out of Olympus, and began to enjoy every second of his life on earth.

Well, that was until Lord Zeus punted his ass to Pakora as punishment for screwing several of his handmaidens, daughters, and in general causing havoc wherever he went; Las Vegas never did find out why everyone suddenly went on a nudist spree. Olympus did though, as Cue soon found out.

He sincerely regretted his actions since then . . . not.

@TheHangedMan i have a big problem with the abilities.

First off, are you cupid? If yes wheres the traditional weapon of choice. You don't need nor should have any gun beyond a pistol. Hell, a single shot revolver might even draw the line with me.

Secondly, I essentially play the same type of character with the background of seducing everything and anything using her own wiles. Your character has the monopoly on being a gun toting rapist. You cannot effect free will of players so thoroughly through some fancy bullet. You can cause depression AND remove someones feelings? Hard no.
I can use telepathy and tell someone their fat and unlovable so commit suicide, but it comes down to the other player to decide if they want to hear it at all or whether they feel anything from it.

To the first, yes, he's based on Cupid; the character just dislikes the traditional cupid style which is why he resorted to using guns; the effects are generally the same, just with different rates of fire and distance. They don't actually hurt anybody.

Second, I added the stipulation that the effects are dependent on the victims will; if there will is strong enough then it's possible to resist or shrug off his effects entirely. Much like your character, this means its entirely up to the players to decide whether they can resist the effects. It's not something I'd push too hard, so if it just so happens that every player decides that they can resist the effects of his abilities, then Cue is effectively just a stronger-than-normal teen.

And small peeve - where the hell did you get the idea that he was a rapist? He seduces women; that does not immediately equate to being a rapist. It's entirely possible to be extremely attractive without being a rapist.

In any case, I edited his abilities to make them less inexorable.

Aquatic Respiration: Coralia can breathe both water and air; however, Coralia would require more water than the average human to stay alive on land.

Fast swimming: Do I even need to explain how?

Water magic(Most merfolk has an affinity for this.): Can create, manipulate, harden, freeze, and shape water using spells.

Healing Magic: Can heal other people or herself by using water. How much time water and time is needed to fully heal a person depends on the severely of the wound. Note injuries can not be healed by this power alone.

A magic transformation ring(item): a Magic ring that allows her to change her mermaid fin for legs at will. Also magically change give her something to wear down there so I don't get banned from his site ;)

High intelligent and Charisma.

Weakness to fire, heat, humid environments: Like i mention earlier, Coralia requires extra water to stay on land. and fire and heat than to increase her dependent for it. Thankful her water magic helps survive on land when she has the mana.

Personality: Coralia is known polite and calm. she is really well-mattered and prefers to act positively rather than showed that she is troubled. She's also a lady of strong resolve and distaste of injustice and inaction. She can also be flirty, and sometimes teases other she befriends.

Being born and raise in the ocean Coralia found herself fascinated with life on land. She always wonders what adventures waited for her on the land when she was accepted into the academy. The downside is, she is still learning how to walk on land, so she constantly trips from time to time.

Background: Coralia has born into a wealthy household under the care of two parents were unfortunately not home most of the time. After discovering that Coralia had a natural talent for magic her parent hired a magic teacher to train her in order to help her build her career early. One day her teacher took her on her first trip to the surface and showing her a new world with fresh opportunity.

Since that day Coralia had displayed great interest in the surface world since then and has been reading books to learn all about it. One day Coralia read about the four academy that was willing to teach any demi-human who was accepted into their ranks. She tried her luck at Pakora Academy and was fortunately accepted.
