Location; The Real World House
A whole week has passed by in the house and luckily, nothing has really happened between the roommates but this is a brand new week and anything can happen. Christine got along with a few people within the house but does have at least one or two enemies. She tried her best to steer clear of her enemies though and kept closer to the people that she actually enjoyed talking to. Her eyes fluttered around the place towards the clock as she saw that it was the afternoon hours. She was within her room and was writing in her journal for the time being. She was off of work for the night and wondered to herself what the rest of her roommates were up to for the night.

While her mind wondered away from the thought, she removed herself from her bed and waltzed out of her room into the kitchen and got herself a bottled water. She sat down on the couch within the living area and took a few sips from her bottled water as she even leaned up and grabbed the remote to turn on the flat screen television before her. Nothing was really on and the news were very repetitive so she just turned the television off and sighed as she hoped someone else would wander in and talk to her, or something.

Christine just continued to sit down on the couch then widened her eyes as she remembered that she'd call her parents after surviving week one. She got up from her seated position but left her bottled water on the table before her and walked over to the phone booth and dialed her mother, who answered the phone after one ring. She explained to her mother how much fun she was having and how she got along with some of the people within the house. Her mother just told her to keep her head up and just stay true to herself. After about fifteen minutes on the phone, she finally hung up the phone and went back into the living area, where she grabbed her bottled water and went back into the kitchen.

With another sigh, she walked towards the confessional room and sat down in front of the camera with a smile. "I am loving the experience here and I like most of the roommates but others are just ugh. But I think I hear someone else stirring around so I am fixing to go and see who it is." Christine walked out of the confessional room and wandered around until she found out who was up and walking around.

Evelyn had survived her first week at the Real World house, and it was genuinely a great experience in her eyes. As hers fluttered open she thought on what things had been like so far. The majority of the people in the house were not people she could become friends with right off the bat, but that didn't include the one steadfast friend she made within a handful of days. Nor did she include a few others who could become good friends in time. Fortunately for her she didn't really make any enemies there. She also managed to find a tattoo shop that would take her in as an artist for at least the summer. That means she has income and a place to stay for the summer. She's already been in and made a good impression on the other artists there.

She pulled back her sheets and swung her legs over the side of her bed. She began stretching out and massaging her muscles through her pyjamas to warm them up. Standing up she walked over to her dresser and grabbed a set of underwear, jean shorts that came down around mid thigh and a cute baby blue tank top. She went and grabbed her body wash , shampoo and conditioner as well as her towel, wash cloth and brush and made for the shower. It was a great and relaxing way to start the day and really helped wake her up since she wasn't exactly a morning person. Feeling the warm water flow down her body was amazing and she was quite happy until she had to wash the "unwanted addition". She made quick work of it and made sure to stand under the shower real fast as she turned the water on cold for a brief moment. It was a terrible sensation, but it was something she heard worked to help keep dirt from getting into her pores so she was going to try it.

A few moments after the water turned cold, Eve turned it off, unable to stand the cold anymore. She felt she spent enough time under it to get some semblance of an effect and quickly wrapped the towel over her body and began drying herself off before anyone could enter and catch her off guard. The instant she was dry enough, she got dressed and grabbed her things to head back to her room. Neatly putting the wash, shampoo and conditioner back where she got it from she swiftly tossed her nightwear into the laundry hamper. She sat in front of her vanity and did a light layer of makeup to help hide the bags under her eyes as well as some lipstick. As soon as she finished up she made her bed and slipped on some socks before heading downstairs. As she came downstairs, she quickly came across Christine.

"Oh, good morning, how are you doing today? Have you already been into the confessional today?" Eve asked as she passed Christine and headed into the kitchen to eat breakfast. It was nice and easy, Cheerios and milk. She hoped Christine would follow her out there and they could talk for a bit before she went into the confessional herself. She knew that the others would be getting up soon so she wanted to be in and out of there so she wasn't in the way or waiting in line.

A smile couldn't help but to grow on Garrett's face as the smell of bacon hit him. Goddamn, the pig was a wondrous beast. Every part of it tasted good - but rather than delve into some strange or unusual part of swine, Garrett was making do with some smoked back bacon; specially bought because he couldn't stomach the shitty belly fat the yank's considered to make a decent breakfast. Well, he could stomach it - but not when creating the basic, yet perfect bacon sarnie.

As the rashers of bacon popped and sizzled in the frying pan, Garrett took some eggs out of the fridge in case anyone else was in the mood for a good old unhealthy fry-up. If they were vegetarian... well, that's why God invented cereal. Turning now to the bread, Garrett swayed to the music blaring from his tinny, cheap speakers; Daft Punk were great. He could enjoy their music, and this specific song didn't have much in the way of lyrics for him to butcher. Not that he minded his terrible singing voice, but the others might... still, his wailing could make for some entertainment around here. Other than drinking nights, this place had been deader than that Amish village he visited once. Not one fight, fling or fuck-up from the people in the house. If he were more of a dick he'd try to start some trouble, but honestly, he didn't care enough to do so. Caleb might.

Hearing more people stirring throughout the house; voices filtering in from the living area, Garrett began taking plates out; only just catching his bacon in time to flip it over before burning it to buggery. Wincing as the spitting fat hit his bare skin, Garrett glanced up as one of the girls entered the kitchen, electing to eat... Cheerios. What a sad day for her taste buds.

"Morning." Was all he offered up, not expecting much in the way of conversation from Evelyn - however, he wasn't going to ignore her, despite her boring-ness around the house and despicable breakfast choices. With all pork products now cooked and smelling fine, Garrett threw a couple of rashers on buttered and ketchup-ed bread before cracking a few eggs into the still spitting pan, fat hitting his bare skin again. Garrett did notice Evelyn was dressed, which he considered an odd thing to do this early in the morning when not leaving the house. He looked like he'd just rolled out of bed (Which he had, right before starting on breakfast); rumpled hair, pyjama bottoms, and a bare chest sporting nothing but a tea-towel thrown over his shoulder.

"I've got bacon and eggs here guys, come and get it before we run out!" After hearing more people come downstairs, Garrett hollered into the living room, turning off the gas when the eggs were done and leaving them and the bacon to whoever got there first; not before taking a couple for himself. He was just glad the frying pans were big enough to accommodate for his appetite... and other people too, he guessed.

Taking a seat in the kitchen while he devoured his several sandwiches, Garrett hoped that something was actually happening today. Either the Producers were sitting with their thumbs up their asses, or half of the house was made to do boring shit while the others did something outrageous to get the viewings in. Maybe if he complained in the Confessional room for long enough they'd arrange a home invasion or fire or something.

Beep beep beep bee-

Ally turned over and quickly shut off her alarm. She forgot to leave it unset in consideration for her roommates. Hopefully it didn't bother anyone, and if it did she would definitely apologize later. The woman took in a deep breath and rubbed her eyes, trying to wake herself up better. Her vision became a bit clearer and she stood, quickly making her way to the bathroom. The best way to wake up was always with showering. She hated the feeling of being oily or musty after sleeping and wanted it gone as quick as possible.

The warm water greeted her skin, causing any soreness from her workout yesterday and stresses to melt away. She appreciated the accommodations of the house. It was much nicer than any house she stepped in, let alone lived in. As she shampooed her mind wondered back to home. Right now she was living in a small, one-room apartment in... well, not the best neighborhood. Her goals were to eventually move to a better neighborhood, get a higher paying job, and eventually start a family. People told her she was still young to be thinking like this, but she couldn't help it.

After a little while, she realized she was wasting water, so she quickly turned the water off and dried off. Ally put on a fresh pair of clothes- just a black T-shirt and dark blue jeans. Nobody said any specific plans for the night, but then again not many relationships had formed too much. Ally had found friends in Caleb and Garrett, but everyone else was just an acquaintance. Then her mind turned to Ashanti with disgust. They started out fine, but after a few days they found a mutual dislike in each other. Ally shook her head, hoping she wouldn't have to deal with the sour woman so early.

The movement from downstairs and grumbling of her stomach beckoned her to the kitchen where she saw a few people. The smell of bacon being fried was impossibly good, making her subconsciously walk a bit faster. "Good morning you guys," she greeted cheerfully. She opened the fridge to grab a cool water bottle. A while back she read a study saying a cool bottle of water in the morning could wake you up much better than coffee. She wasn't much of a coffee drinker, so it was an easy transition. "You guys sleep well?" Everything seemed quiet and she didn't really talk to Evelyn and Christine much. Building at least a tiny relationship earlier in the summer would be good.

Garrett then offered the eggs and bacon to the house. "Oh shoot, really? Thanks!" Ally told Garrett and grabbed a bit, mindful to leave plenty for everyone else. If anyone else made it, she probably wouldn't have taken anything out of feeling guilt afterwards. She sat at the table and took a bite of the food. For being a simple breakfast of eggs and bacon, it was pretty dang good. "Thanks, Garrett, this is really good."

The clock ticked loudly in Ambrose's bedroom. Yet another night he did not get a wink of sleep. He was just simply too busy trying to finish this painting he had started. A whine escaped his throat as he fully realized that his sleeping schedule would probably not be fixed this entire summer. Refocusing back on his work, he stepped back to take it all in. "Hmph," still unsatisfied with the balance of the colors. The painting itself was an assortment of flowers, pressed together. A solemn figure lingered in the background, watching from afar. Overall the painting had a lonely feeling to it, and the detail put into was a bit impressive. Yet Ambrose still felt like it wasn't good enough. Throwing his hands up in frustration, he walked out of his bedroom with a huff. It was better to take a break when he felt like he couldn't make any progress. Besides, it seems like the house was finally to stir with noise.

Thinking back, Ambrose was surprised by how smoothly their first week had gone so far. Although Ambrose went out of his way to stay out of the spotlight, he was surprised to find a few people to bond with. The young man was also lucky to have been transferred from the florist company to one of the branches in Miami. So while his budget was small, he could afford to feed himself and purchase other basic amenities.

Ambrose padded trough the hallway, hoping Spoons or Casimir were already up. The two were the only ones right now he felt comfortable enough to be himself without any social anxiety cropping up. Ambrose didn't think he could handle any other high-energy people before he had any coffee too. He made a beeline to the kitchen, and upon noticing the small gathering of people he became starkly aware of his disheveled appearance. Ambrose sported dark bags under his eyes, a mess of black tangled curls atop his head, a baggy sweater with several paint stains, and a pair of old sweats. Along with a sour expression etched into his features. He was only a bit comforted when he noticed Garrett plopped in the kitchen chair, in a similar state of dress.

Ambrose offered only a grunt of a greeting and made a pot of coffee silently. He stayed out of the way of Evelyn and kept his gaze mostly pinned to the ground or his task. Once the coffee was ready, he poured himself a cup and chugged it down in a matter of seconds. It was a bit impressive actually, and by the end of it, Ambrose was already perking up a bit. He poured himself another cup and took the seat furthest from Garrett, now sipping and taking his time on this cup of black coffee. He watched Garrett and Ally from the corner of his eye, silently observing.

Location; The Real World House

As soon as Shawn got into the house the night before, she'd made a beeline for the shower, eager to scrub off the sour scent of bad booze, puke and desperation. Working nights at a bar had it's perks, but this sure as hell wasn't one of them. Aside from making drinks, she constantly had to deal with the scumbags who hit on her consistently, and the alcoholics who never knew when to put down the bottle. She'd even had to hide a few car keys to ensure that her customers wouldn't try to get behind the wheel while intoxicated. Sure, she loved the job, and the free drinks that came along with it, but she didn't always enjoy what came with the package. If she'd saved enough money before deciding to join the show, she probably wouldn't have chosen to work there.

Overall, it was a long night, and by the time she'd gotten out of the shower, she was so tired that instead of putting on her night clothes, she threw on a robe and crawled straight into bed. It took her a few moments to remember this little detail when she woke up the next morning to the light vibration of her cell phone, the cold air causing her to pull the covers tightly around her body. "Jesus fucking Christ," Ashanti said aloud as she rolled out of bed and stood on the cool wooden floors, "What's the god damn thermostat on? Below thirty?" Ever since she was a little girl, Ashanti has never been a morning person. Hell, the only reason why she wasn't still bundled up in bed was because she didn't want to appear too "lazy" on television.

After a few more moments of grunting in discomfort and fumbling around for a T-Shirt and sweatpants, Shawn finally made her way to the bathroom, brushed her teeth, and ran a comb through her hair. It was then that the faint fumes of sizzling bacon started drifting up from the kitchen, and Shawn's stomach started to grumble. "Yes, please," she mumbled hungrily before taking one last look in the mirror and heading downstairs. The closer she got to the kitchen, the stronger the smell became, and the louder her stomach growled.

"Garrett got the whole house smelling all good and shit." Shawn said once she'd reached the kitchen, her eyes brightening when they landed on the plate of bacon. "You're awesome." She filled a plate with two slices of bacon and about a spoonful of eggs before grabbing a bottle of maple syrup from the cabinet and taking an empty seat at the table. "Hope everyone slept well," she said as she poured the syrup over top her eggs. Some people would probably find this extremely disgusting, but Ashanti never paid them any mind. Everyone that knew Shawn knew that she simply couldn't eat eggs without syrup or hot sauce.

As she forked the contents of the plate into her mouth, Shawn let her eyes sweep over the present housemates, her gaze momentarily lingering on Ally. So far, after an entire week of living in the house, she'd made a good number of friends, including Garrett and Casimir, but somehow also managed to find an "enemy" in Ally. However, this was only week two, and anything was subject to change.

He awoke with the sound of his head thumping. What had he done the night before? He could taste the remnants of alcohol on his tongue and it sickened him. Slowly he looked to the side and was thankful that he hadn't brought anyone home with him. He sighed slowly moving the covers from his naked form and placing a firm hand on the side of his head. Cursing softly, he swung one leg over the side of the bed followed by the other until he was in an upright position. He couldn't believe it. He had survived an entire week in Miami. The first couple of days was a mixture of excitement and annoyance. He had already made an enemy and the bad thing about it was that he didn't really know why. He had a crush on someone who barely knew he existed either that or the guy was a very good actor. The only good thing about this trip was that he had met some pretty cool people.

His shower was soothing, though it wasn't as hot as he normally liked it. It helped with his headache, but he needed something to eat and some coffee. He didn't want to see anyone today, but he knew that was inevitable considering he lived in a house with eleven other people. Turning to the mirror, he observed his body from head to toe. He noticed the slight imperfections and simply smirked. The scar that ran across his chest from a bar fight was a reminder of how crazy he could get when he drank a little too much. Nevertheless, he was satisfied with his appearance and after drying his hair and curling it he was ready for the rest of the day. He still couldn't believe it had been a week already, and yet he was wondering if he could make it to the final day of this adventure. He'd seen the show on TV plenty of times so he knew there was going to be some drama, but he was trying his hardest not to get involved. It was hard, to say the least, at least for him. Growing up he wasn't really the type to keep his mouth shut.

Sighing, he pulled on a pair of black lounge pants, no underwear, and a black tank top that revealed a little too much, but it fit his personality very well. He was a free spirit and it showed in everything he did and the outfits he wore. Today was a lounge day and he could feel it in every muscle in his body. Still, something in him could feel the impending house trip that was bound to happen at some point. He yawned after brushing his teeth and gargling his mouth, yet still, he could taste the bitterness of liquor from the night before.

"I seriously need to stop drinking," he commented as he applied lotion to the remaining body parts and proceeded towards the kitchen where the smell of bacon and eggs was coming from. As he entered the living room, he caught sight of everyone that had gathered in the kitchen. Christine, Evelyn, Garrett, Ally and his crush the guy that made him smile every time he saw him, Ambrose. He tried to avoid eye contact with Ambrose as much as humanly possible. From what he could see Ally and Garrett were eating hot food while Evelyn chose cold cereal. Ambrose was drinking coffee, at least that is what Caleb believed was in the cup after all he was aware that Ambrose liked his coffee in the morning. Sighing he smiled as best he could still trying to avoid eye contact and entered into the kitchen where he grabbed some orange juice and a banana while looking at Ally and Garrett stuff their faces. His eyes fell on Casimir and for a moment he scowled, but he fixed his face and avoided any type of contact with him.

"Smells good," he said as he took a seat midway between Garrett and Ambrose. Casimir mentioned that his ancestors would haunt him if he ate bacon and Caleb spoke rather boldly, "well someone needs to haunt you," before he realized that what he said was rude and uncalled for. Nevertheless, he continued sipping his orange juice. "Good morning by the way," he said loud enough for everyone to hear though it wasn't particularly directed at any individual person, he just felt like saying it so that no one could say he didn't say it. He peeled back the banana and slowly bit into the fruit. He was sure his revealing outfit didn't go unnoticed, but it was better than walking around naked or with just underwear on. He was sure he'd scared plenty of them during the week they'd lived together.

"So do any of you have plans for today?" he asked after eating half of the ripe banana. His question was directed to Ashanti, Ally, Christine, Evelyn, and Garrett. He couldn't bring himself to ask Ambrose as he was sure another excuse would come. Cold and distant, Caleb believed wholeheartedly that this was Ambrose's motto. When Caleb looked up at Evelyn, he smiled. The girl was like a little sister and he did his best to protect her. It's funny how quickly she'd grown on him and they were only a year apart in age if that. Still, she seemed so innocent and so out of place here that he didn't want her trip to be ruined by drama and isolation so he went out of his way to joke around with her, to try and bring her out of her shell.

Ambrose tensed up as more people filed into the room, which was his normal reaction whenever surrounded by a number of people he isn't quite familiar with. But he swallowed his discomfort, being on a reality TV show meant you had to participate with the group. So Ambrose resigned to stare at the disgusting glob of syrup on Ashanti's plate.

"You're gonna rot your teeth out with all that sugar." Ambrose's rigid expression melted into a soft smirk as Casimir strolled to his side. He snorted at Casimir's comment, "I could say the same to you, Casimir." He shot back, and reached up to try and pat down some of the more wilder curls atop his head. "I'm pretty sure I heard a bit of your music last night." He paused, "I guess it wasn't half-bad." Ambrose said with a note of playfulness. Ambrose had only known Casimir for a week, and honestly, he was a bit surprised by how fast they had made friends. Or at least how fast Ambrose had become comfortable with him, which was quite a rare sight for the introvert.

Taking the last sips of his second cup of coffee, Ambrose's gaze drifted to Caleb who sauntered into the kitchen with his usual grin. Ambrose noticed the revealing clothes on him right off the bat, but he didn't let his mind linger long on it. Instead, he was slightly downtrodden as Caleb past right by without a single glance towards his direction. Ambrose breathed a light sigh and set the now-empty cup of the counter top. What did he expect? Ambrose had shown little affection towards Caleb so he should have expected something like this. And besides, he wasn't exactly looking his best.

But he raised his eyebrows at the small jab towards Casimir. He glanced up at his friend, to see if he would react to it or simply move on. "Uh, I think there is a bit of coffee left, you want some Casimir?" He asked, circling the counter top and reached up for another mug in the pantry. Pouring the last of the pot and offering it out to him. Ambrose knew that drama like this was encouraged, but he still couldn't resist his instinct to be a peacekeeper.

Eve sighed as she watched everyone enter the kitchen, getting breakfast ready for themselves and others. She knew that cereal would be seen as bland, but she wasn't in the mood for something so greasy. Not this early in the day. Not when she was trying to maintain her weight. She just kinda kept her head down until Caleb entered the kitchen and asked what everyone had planned for the day. She had plans around two to meet up with a potential client to discuss a tattoo design. She had no idea what he was going to ask for quite yet, but she could just tell that things were going to go well at that meeting. They had agreed to meet at a small cafe not too far from the parlour she worked at. She had a few design sketches out to present to the guy based on the description he gave her. It had given her something to do last night before she went into her meditation routine.

"I'm thinking about going on a short walk around the area. Make sure I don't get lost too easily. Then I'll be busy for a little bit around two, Caleb, other than that I've got nothing planned. So I'm fairly open to ideas if you've got any?" She said looking over to her friend. She finished her breakfast, stood up and walked over to the sink to wash the bowl up before putting it into the drain board. She then went over to the confessional and slipped inside before anyone else could.

"Where to start? Where to start?" She sighed as she sat down facing the camera. "I'm supposed to meet a tattoo client later. And it turns out he's Norse Pagan too and not bad looking either. What are the chances? I've never wanted to break one of my rules so much. But god damn I'd like to date him, but I told myself that I'm so close to having the surgery, it's probably better to just wait it out. He does have a boyfriend too, so that makes it easier to talk myself out of interfering." Eve puffed, looking down and then back toward the camera quickly. Some of her hair falls in front of her face. She brushed them off to the side. "I mean I don't want to be alone all my life. Beyond that Casimir was being his usual self last night. Nosy and then loud. I know you aren't going to tell me, but there's no way he knows right? I mean not already... Right? " she asked, nervously. She stood up and walked out after taking a calming breath. "Okay anyone wanna head out for a bit with me. I don't want to lose track of where I am."
