Do you mind explaining your characters race? Like-- defining features, etc? If you wanna keep it a secret then just message me their race.
Absolutely! I left it a bit ambiguous in-universe, but OOC, I'd like to think of Akari as a Guardian Spirit. Semi-immortal beings, very benevolent, but not very powerful when it comes to the magical or physical realms. It might tie back to the age question by saying the spirits tend to pop in and out of existence at intervals, so they're not immortal either.
And as for your characters age I was hoping for you guys to be around at least 16 to 50years? So that it wouldn't be as confusing for players since a lot of story did happen during the 1800s and 1900's of this world and I'd would very much like it if the players just kept it simple for their characters so that it wouldn't be as much of a problem.
I think I can make that work. Maybe a... more recent arrival to this plane/town. I'll adjust the age down to about 20.
Your occupation is also sort of a problem-- since the school had been 'running on the low' for a few years no once has been able to contact the school nor the last founder of it so that would've meant no one knew it ever existed in the first place but that was just a point I forgot to include >.< But I do find it interesting for the school to have a defender of the sorts... (message me <3 )
I'll make the necessary adjustments. If you want Akari to be hired on as a defender for the school, I'll absolutely be happy to make that happen! If you'd rather they were just another student, I can work with that as well.
