@Silver CarrotThe women's championship will be defended eventually, but this tournament is just for the vacated World title. Currently, Barbie has it mostly for backstage politic reasons. Tomorrow is when I plan to get the openong post out, so at that point I'll put a list of champions in the Character tab :)

I probably should have done that to begin with, but I was not prepared for the amount of interest this drew, haha. I thought it'd be a little smaller of a group, so I was a little lazy setting things up. A fatal four way for the title might be where we go, but probably not on this first show, since this first show we'll be writing is the first show after a PPV.

Also yeah, I had a feeling Barbie was the champ, or possibly Sydney, but most likely Barbie, because it feels like Trinity's the next champion in line and she'd win it off a heel.

Just trying to determine if I should make a tah partner or wait to see if anyone eventually wants to team. Actually I may have a question. @Universorum What would rulings on NPCs be if you were to allow them?

@alexfangtalonNPCs are mostly freely allowed; we have to beef up the roster after all. HOWEVER, if you want Razorblade to win a tag team championship, I'd rather his partner be a full fledged character (most preferably another player's). That being said, you are in the green to make an NPC to be his partner if you don't wish for a title run in the future.

@Universorum Yeah, as of right now I don't want him to have the tag titles. It is going to be part of what eventually turns him into a heel. Depending on how I feel and how things go that may be for a good while from now or soonish. I don't know yet.

Working on my CS right now. It's a little hard working with all the tags and code but I think I'm getting it. Going for a Native American themed luchador. Something like Ultimate Warrior, mixed with Tanaka, mixed with the Ultimo Dragon.

I've got his look for when he wrestled in Japan, but I'm working on something more akin to Tanaka in a luchador mask for his more modern attire.



And I want my guy to have some gold, if you need to just appoint champions in the beginning :D

I'm flattered that you like Barbie enough to want to have a tag team with her, but she is a bit of a diva; I mean that in the literal sense, not the 'what we call women wrestlers' sense. She is only a solo act for the time being, not really one to share a spotlight, ever! LOL. And she is also dating the superstar of AWE, who really wouldn't be okay with her tag teaming with some other dude, and Drayden has a lot of sway with the higher-ups.

» Originally more of a grappler, Jon added more and more power moves to his list as he continued to grow in size earlier in his career. After a few stints in Japan as Chief Redcrow he captured tag-team gold with a high flying masked wrestler called Akaju (translates to Red Beast) in the tag-team East & West. Having partnered with a high flyer, Jon's style evolved and he picked up a few aerial moves.

» Thunderbird is rumored to be former Japan tag champion Chief Redcrow, presumably wearing a mask now to hide scars on his face from a car wreck while partying with Akaju in Tokyo that also took his friend out of action for some time. He's one of the premiere Native American wrestlers today, and has a great amount of loyalty and honor... sometimes to a fault. He doesn't talk much and let's his actions speak for him. He believes in a fair fight and fighting someone face to face. He doesn't cheat, but if you mock his heritage in promos/interviews or the ring he will go savage and go more for brawling in the heat of the moment.

His mask and attire is sky blue, with black, brown, and white trim. His mask is mostly blue with a totem pole design going up the middle, with the wings of the eagle portion extending out and around the eye holes of the mask. The opening in the mask for his mouth is also the mouth of one of the lower portions of the totem pole design. His hair flows from the back, shoulder length, and the mask is only in the front similar to Kane's. I'll eventually make a micro for the design, this weekend if I get the right mindset for a design.

» His smile gets him in nearly everyone's good graces. He's very easy going, mannerly, and intelligent. He DOES in fact have a diagonal scar slash from the bridge of his nose down into his left cheek but it just adds character and isn't more than a line of slightly darker skin. Kat Williams wishes his hair looked as good as Redcrow's and he won't tell anybody what he uses to make it look nice. He's never had any friends in the American wrestling circuits, and is still very much a noob in the AWE haven't only been to three tapings.

» It's been years since I've tried keeping up with professional wrestling and only recently got back into it with Lucha Underground on Netflix. If I had to say what my guy's style was in the ring, it'd be somewhere around a Chris Jericho or John Morrison/Johnny Mundo. A crowd pleaser with various moves in different situations. At some point I'd like to bring Akaju back as an NPC/enemy.

» Oscar is treated like a superstar, through and through. His entrances are always elaborate and firework heavy. In terms of his character, he’s always larger than life and has amazing mic skills, though his character’s personality has evolved over the years as he’s been a face on two separate occasions and a heel on two separate occasions. He’s a former World Champion, as his first heel turn saw him have a high profile feud with Drayden that really put the young up-and-comer on the map.
As a face, Oscar is all about giving the crowd a show, spouting catchphrases and jokes in all of his promos and emitting pure entertainment like an aura. As a heel, he becomes an arrogant show-off, and his promos become wonderfully hateable and smug. He’s versatility with his gimmicks has what’s led to him staying fresh this long.

» Oscar’s been in this business a long time, and though isn’t one for creative control or backstage politics, trusting in the management and writing staff to do their jobs and he’ll do his, Oscar is a large presence backstage. Though he doesn’t haze new blood for the sake of it, he makes it very clear that the new faces should show respect to the business, the veterans, and to each other, and if they get out of line, the punishments will range from a match with Oscar that’s far stiffer than it should have been, to having to pay for a locker room expense like car fuel, food or booze (this is usually a punishment for stinginess), to simply getting yelled at in the locker room.
That said, Oscar can be a patient and understanding mentor and friend to those who do show respect. When it comes to planning matches, Oscar will almost always take charge, though is open to suggestions, and will practice until the match is perfect.
