I can see Gwynn being a part of a team at some point, but for now I thonk I'd prefer if she was just involved in some form of casual partnership. While she can fight independently she is better suited to support the foghting from a distance.
Alright, it might be a bit premature for me to do this but with almost two weeks and no progress made in regards to the IC starting, I feel as though my time would be better spent focusing on other things. I do apologize, but I am going to be unsubbing for now and moving onto other things so I can clear up my sub folder a bit.
If you guys do get this going, I might be convinced to re-join at a later date if possible.
@EnterTheHero Before I write my post, I have to ask; do our characters know each other? I'm just trying to plan out how Gwynn would respond to hearing Raye's broadcast.
@EnterTheHero Given Gwyn's age in comparison to Rayes, it seems unlikely the two of them would have had much association. Gwyn's only a fully fledged huntress as of recently, after all. At the most the two are probably aware of each other (More so Gwyn knowing of Raye than vice versa). Unless you think the two of them may have had any prior interaction for whatever reason?
@Ryougu The same as above for Momo. Though if you're having trouble thinking of how to start out, perhaps we could have the two meet up somewhere in the middle of the city while fighting Grimm?
I am thinking of getting Slater dropped off by an airship transport - like one of the smaller VTOL craft from the show. That could be a way to bring others into the scene as well; anyone interested?
@Rune_Alchemist So uhh, IC posts are being made, I think you'd still be very much in time to come back, and I hope you're welcome to, but I thought I should at least mention it.
Well, no one has taken me up on it yet; I think it'd be a cool way to introduce a bunch at once, and show off landing strategies! Also saves time for everyone else trying to come up with a reason of why they're on their way there, it makes sense that a rescue/cleanup team would have been sent for as soon as the sirens went off and would be on their way there, under the direction of Emergency Command.
@AtlasRize I read your post, and I personally liked the detail of it. However, well, one thing was sort of off about it. I'm not sure a running shot on a flying target is exactly a sure hit. Please either change it to a standing shot, or wait for a GM confirmation of the hit IC, at this point and in the future.
