Rhen, I was going through the CSs again, and I must say, what you did with the he/she? brilliant, I completely missed it the first time around.

@Esailia, thank you. I figured that was a better way of expressing his gender fluidity than constantly calling her 'they' or 'shim' or 'shkler'. Rhen doesn't have a gender disorder. He's just both depending on what she feels like at the time. Right now he's an attractive woman because that seemed more appropriate for the show before the expedition than any other form.

@NagariinDon't worry about it overly much. I had planned over half my post beforehand. Besides, most of my first posts are my largest anyway because I can embellish on backstory.

But nothing's really stopping you from editing your post to add stuff before walking through the portal so long as nothing contradicts what's already written. The opening is left vague in details so we can be free to write how our characters get there, what's going on in their heads, how they started their day, and more.

Edit: I'm also waiting on an answer from Yuuta regarding post order, if there will BE one.

@Esailia I will not be implementing a strict post order. If you're having a back and forth with someone, just wait for a couple of other people to post between your exchanges so you don't dominate the thread. I definitely support mentioning in IC posts since it helps people keep track of what is specifically directed at them.

Rintor, having served with distinction in the darkest branches of the military and having subsequently felt rather disgusted with his actions there, will probably not take kindly to being ordered around by someone fresh out of academy and full of by-the-book enthusiasm and discipline.

Could make for a pretty cool character arc though and it's a pretty logical situation.

My Thoughts

Young cat lady fresh out of Guardian school eager to make her bones, full of what she learned in the academy but inexperienced in the field.

Slightly older elf trained in swordsmanship and blacksmithing, not happy to be being issued orders by someone younger than her.

Significantly older human, experienced as the leader of a guerilla army and a war hero, also not happy to be being issued orders by someone much younger than him.

What can Esalia learn from Rintor? What can she teach him? Is the 5 years between Cinnia and Esalia enough to keep them from being friends? What's for dinner?

Anyway only two characters seemed to have any issue and both ended up repeating points she'd made. They need to find a place to set up, but not here because it's susceptible to flooding, and they should make some quick introductions.
