It's that, but hopefully there's a bit more to it. For Rintor, it's a matter of profoundly distrusting the military way of doing things and disliking ambitious people and being commanded. He's been turned into a killing machine before by that same system, and he's deeply wary of it. He's aged beyond his years by some of the things that he's seen and done and in addition to his guilty conscience and fear of shedding blood, he probably suffers from some degree of PTSD.

And Rhen is chaotic enough to not give two figs about chain of command or who's in charge, trusting that people will work towards the good of the group because they kind of have to to survive. Leaders are overrated in his culture.

@Force and Fury, no worries at all. It's meant to throw a bit of motion into the group, with Rhen wearing a particularly shapely female figure right now. As much as I'd like to see how your character reacts, I want to see the rest of the group too.

I'm seriously way out of practice. I used to write all the time, but due to stress and circumstances, I realize that I haven't actually written anything in over a year. I don't have the flow I used to. So, I'm sorry if my posts are kinda hard to understand or are just general garbage. @Nagariin Advanced survival skills make more sense for somebody with a ranger background. Part of this RP will be working with people who possess skills that you don't, so I'm going to decline your request.

so what do you think, what skill should I have for a fighter background?

@Nagariin, stabbing things? Vague anatomy by stabbing things? As in, you know where to hit a humanoid or familiarly shaped enemy to disable them faster (e.g. kidneys are vulnerable from the back) and can tell us if something has a major difference in anatomy by whether it responds correctly to being stabbed.

You could only do this during a fight or hunt, though.

@Nagariin Well, as a fighter you're probably very fit. You can take a beating as well as dishing it out. You're probably made of sturdy stuff and won't succumb to the elements as quickly as others. You're strong and can help with heavy lifting. Basically, you're a tough guy. There's plenty you can do with being a fighter. And you don't need to explicitly state every mundane thing you can do.

that is why! I don't want to be useful only for fighting, look at Shel Applewood, he's a cook and a scout, thats multitasking like a boss there!

I want my other skill to be blacksmithing, since @Yuuta said that fighters are tough as tanks, so I guess I can be a blacksmith, wouldn't I?

@Nagariin, you're underestimating just how helpful being the tough guy is. When everyone else is tired, you keep going. When everyone else gets sick, you're fine. When the weather turns cold or hot, you're the last one to feel it and stop working.

Incidentally, are we going with High Noon in an Orange sky or Two-Suns One Sunset?
