Bifrost Bridge
The two of them were still alone, but from the sounds coming from behind them over by the Bifrost itself. It sounded like someone was using it or something, and soon, a light burst into the building before dying away. There was the sound of some sort of laughter as a group coming away from the building. They didn't seem to notice them at first, and seemed to just be talking about the battle that they had just come from.

"Tell them Hogun you were right there, I took out most of them single handedly when we got surrounded!" the blonde one said, waving his hand around a bit.

"I seriously doubt that Fandral! When Sif and I had to go play rescue to get both you and Hogun out!" the larger red head said.

"You both need to stop bragging," the woman said, rolling her eyes a bit.

The other one who was remaining fairly quiet (likely the one being referred to as Hogun) up until this point stopped completely in his tracks, and looked at Ed and Bethany, "We are not alone," he said simply, and the other three turned to look at the group.

"What are Midgardians doing here?" the red head asked, as they all walked closer to the group.

The Falls
"Ok, don't step on the flowers, got it... In the off chance that I accidentally do step on the flowers or whatever, would it be okay if I just sort of fixed them with my own abilities to be how they had been before?" Mary asked Runa, before she looked over at the water in front of them. Asgard really was a beautiful place, though the idea of them being a decent distance from what all was going on.

Seeing the horses magically appear due to Runa's powers, Mary gave her a slight smile, "Not too much honestly, I've only ridden a horse three times before, but I should be fine," she added as she walked up to the other unicorn. She never expected ever in her life, that she'd end up on Asgard, and apparently riding a unicorn to go try and fix reality, she climbed onto the other unicorn's back and looked at her, "Alright, lead the way then..."

Runa would notice something a little off though, something that Mary didn't see, and that was that the area they were in was starting to have a red haze rolling in. A very very light off colored fog, and she'd be able to sense that whatever the fog was, it was not a good thing.

The Palace
"...Okay, what exactly happened? Since if something messed with Pietro's head, that is seriously not good," Lance commented, looking over at Guin. "As I said though, we kind of just ended up in the most central place on Asgard as we could be... This is Odin's throne room... So we might want to leave rather quickly cause not sure we'd want to run into him..."

There was a gust of wind though as Pietro showed up, and he looked kind of tired. "I don't know what just happened... That was really weird... Was by a building with a lot of light... Then kind of just... Complete blank on everything else..."

"So... That's bad then... Where's Klara?" Lance couldn't help but ask, since she had been with them.

"...I don't know honestly."

There was the sound of a door and footsteps walking towards them, and if the entire group turned to look, they'd see a woman walking towards them. "What brings a group of Midgardians here to the palace of the All-Father? And how did you get here?" she asked them.

Lance was running through his brain as to who this was, since the one time he went to Asgard he had mainly met Odin (which was kind of a freaky thing) and not an experience that he really wanted to repeat. However, there were only a few that he'd imagine would end up in the throne room too. "...I'm guessing you're Frigga? Thor's mother?" he asked.

"Yes I am," she replied kindly, giving them a smile.

Bethany Bell

Asgard, Bifrost Bridge
Skills: N/A

Bethany turned to look at Ed as she thought for a moment she mostly had just done short distance shadow traveling, the furthest she had done was when Galactus was trying o consume the Earth and they were on his ship. They had encountered a Xenomorph on the ship, and she shadow traveled it out into space. Bethany eyed the large palace in the distance Asgard still wasn't really familiar to her since it was her first time being here. "I'm not sure, I could try doing that." Bethany said after Ed pointed out the approximate location where they were.

Beth quickly turned towards the building at the end of the bridge seeing a light coming from it, and then four people were talking as they left one of them pointed them out. "We are friends of Klara and Runa, we kind of got separated somehow." Beth informed them, hopefully they won't attack or send them away. "They might be at the palace or something." She said.

Runa Baldurdattir

Location: a River
Skills: Asgardian Magic

Runa nodded slightly at Mary's question. "My mother isn't a violent goddess - she holds sway over joy and peace," she explained. She didn't think that her mother would be outraged at Mary healing a flower she had wounded. If anything, that would likely be the exact sort of penance that her mother would demand from anyone who hurt her flowers. The only person Runa had ever seen do that before was her Uncle Loki however - she had never seen her mother get so angry when he replaced some of her vibrant wildflowers with plastic ones from Midgard. She smiled slightly at the memory. Most people made the mistake of underestimating her mother.

Runa frowned though, noticing a sweeping red haze pouring into the meadow. It was barely perceptible and she wondered briefly if a Midgardian would even be able to see it at all. She reached into her bag and grabbed algiz, the protection rune and cast it. The first time, nothing happened and her eye twitched slightly. Her powers had been working fine again and now this?! Not allowing herself to give up, Runa tried again and managed to cast the protection spell over them. "I don't know if this protection spell will hold up but... We ought to try to avoid this fog, as best as we can," Runa warned her fragile Midgardian companion.

Guin Stark

Location: the Palace
Skills: Telepathy

"Yeah, probably, don't suppose SnapChat's location services work here," Guin quipped, answering Annie's question as to whether or not they should look for the others. Guin was mostly concerned at the moment with getting Pietro un-mind controlled - he unfortunately seemed to be rather susceptible to it. She turned her head, about to answer Lance's question, when Pietro blitzed on in and explained (or really, didn't explain) what had happened to him. Guin tilted her head, briefly checking his mind. "You seem fine, telepathically at least. Can't do much about your insane belief that Star Trek is better than Star Wars, but eh."

It was really too bad that they didn't have Cerebro. Unless everyone was just in the adjacent room, Guin wouldn't be able to telepathically sweep for them. Pietro was the only long distance telepathy option she had, thanks to the mental link. She frowned, hearing that Pietro didn't know where Klara was. Guin wouldn't have been shocked to find out that Klara was mind controlled too - she also seemed to be easily susceptible to it. Maybe what everyone needed was a quick seminar on how to avoid being mind controlled.

"Oh, chill, it's nice to meet you, Frigga. Do you by any chance have a way of finding people really quickly in Asgard? Like, say, the Goddess of Shipping? And the rest of our companions?" Guin asked. "We came here to save the universe, if that helps credentials wise. Also, we know Thor, obviously."

Ed Penior

Location: Bifrost Bridge
Skills: Sympathetic: Tracking

Ed wished the group had made a designated meet-up. Next time he would make sure before they disembarked they'd have agreed on a location to go if they get separated. As it stood, there wasn't any guarantee the others would stay put. He smiled reassuringly at Bethany, and said "As close as you can get us." Even if they had to take a few hops to get there it would be better than wandering Asgard. He tucked the chain with his tracking spell into his pocket, he would need it again if they had to triangulate Annie's position.

Unfortunately, it seemed they had company. A group of, what Ed could only think of as warriors, came from the Bifrost's chamber. "Please don't mind us. We came at the request of Klara to help with a situation." He hoped Klara was in good standing that if someone heard that she had asked them to come to help with something those people would be more willing to help than hinder. At least it wasn't Loki who had appeared. Part of him worried that Loki might still be behind what was happening even though he had been cleared.

Ed didn't feel he needed to add anything else to what Bethany had said either. He didn't want to give too much information without knowing who these men were and whose side they might be on.

Antoinette McCarthy

Location: Throne Room -- Space

Antoinette looked at Guin and smirked a little at her comment. She tapped her head and nodded. ”I can’t get a lock on them either.” Antoinette took a couple steps forward, looking around the room even though Lance advised they should leave. She supposed they should but did they really look that threatening when they were this lost?
Pietro returned quickly and Antoinette frowned at the news he brought. It sounded to her like he blacked out at some point and now Klara was missing. Antoinette rubbed her hands together anxiously before she looked at the door, feeling a spike of worry when it opened. The woman seemed calm as she asked what they were doing here and then Lance guessed who she was. Frigga, the mother of Thor, that must make her the Queen. Antoinette’s eyes widened and she curtsied to the woman politely.
”It’s a pleasure to meet you. We’ve got separated from the rest of our group. Runa and Klara brought us here for some answers in regards to some disturbances in space,” Antoinette elaborated on Guin’s statement.

Bifrost Bridge
The woman's expression seemed to soften at the mention of Klara, and the red head laughed a bit, "Ah, so you are friends of Sif's young one."

"Excuse me, but allow me to introduce us all, you must excuse him, that's Volstagg, he can be a bit blunt at times. I am Fandral, the quiet one is Hogun. And we are known as the Warriors Three, some of the best warriors in all of Asgard, with usually Thor leading the charge most of the time," the blonde commented with a bit of a bow. "And she is Lady Sif." he added, motioning towards the woman.

"So you know my daughter then? I wondered where she went off to. A bit reckless at times. Wonder who that reminds me of..." Sif mused a bit.

"That may be what she gets from Thor, but her anger and temperament reminds me more of you," Volstagg commented with a laugh, resulting in Sif punching him in the shoulder.

"Any friends of my daughter and niece are friends of mine. I was actually wondering earlier before we left for battle if she would care to join us, but I couldn't find her before we had to head off already."

"I keep forgetting that she's grown. Remember how she used to throw mobs of pink glitter at everyone?" Fandral said with a laugh.

"Used to? She still does!" Volstagg added, chuckling a bit.

"Doesn't surprise me that she'd go head first into a situation to try to help out, she did learn how to use her weapon rather well, did learn from the best if I do say so myself."

"You mean everyone but you?"

"What is that supposed to mean?"

"Actually she learned more from Sif and Thor than either of you two," Hogun responded calmly. "Not to mention she actually knows how to use her abilities in combat, aside from her control over the element water, she tends to avoid using that if she can't help it."

"Also Fandral, Volstagg, if I remember correctly there was an incident a while back where you two ended up on the receiving end of her emotional manipulation abilities, remember?" Sif added. That comment made both Volstagg and Fandral make an odd face, almost like they were disgusted in a way at a memory that popped into their minds at the exact same time. Turning her attention back to Ed and Bethany, Sif gave them a slight smile, "We can show you the way to the palace. We were going to head that way ourselves." she continued, walking along the bridge now.

The Falls
"Alright, just saying... If there is a chance where either they end up getting destroyed or I might have to use them to help to defend us, then I can easily put them back to the way that they were. But that's just a sort of worst case scenario..."

She gave Runa a bit of a confused look when Runa mentioned a strange fog. "There is a fog?" Mary asked, glancing around and still not being able to see what was going on around them. "Nevermind, I believe you Runa, if you say there is a strange fog, then there likely is one..." she said to her. The fog was starting to ripple a bit, as if everything was starting to shift a bit around them.

Suddenly, a swarm of puppies started racing straight towards them, barking along happily, and it made Mary a bit confused. "Ok... Where did they come from?"

The Palace
Frigga raised a bit of an eyebrow at Guin, and Lance had to stop himself from actually face palming at what Guin said. This woman first of all was the Queen of Asgard. And secondly if he remembered correctly, likely taught Loki himself most of what he knew about magic. Also known as she probably could do something horrible to Guin right then and there if she wasn't careful.

"Ah, you must be one of his Midgardian, a bit of a rude one aren't you? No matter... I'd be careful, you are lucky you ran into me and not my husband." Frigga commented towards Guin, as she pondered what to say in regards to the other comments. "You came here with my grandchildren? The disturbances that have been occurring across the nine realms have been occurring for some time, the All-Father has been working to try and determine the cause. However I always feel like he has been looking in the wrong place. He can be incredibly short sighted at times, I will give you that."

"I mean, typically from what I heard running into him in any situation not just a really really bad situation like this might not be a good thing."

"He doesn't care much for Midgardians visiting Asgard, only under very dire circumstances."

"...Personally I think that this would qualify. Realities are being destroyed and all... So if that doesn't qualify as dire circumstances not sure what all would."

"And I agree with you on that, though he might not. However I will aid you however I can, though it might be small I know my fair share of magic, perhaps some form of a charm to defend you from some of the dangers you might face here on Asgard..." she mused, thinking about it.

Bethany Bell

Asgard, Bifrost Bridge
Skills: N/A

Bethany took a moment and looked towards Ed, but then looked towards the group as they started to introduce themselves looking at the four of them. "It's an interesting name for your group." Bethany said as she thought about pointing out that there was four of them five if Thor was with them instead of three. She saw that Sif softened up a bit after mentioning her daughter she didn't realize that, Sif was actually Klara's mother. "It's really nice to meet you in person." Beth said towards Sif, and started to relax a bit when they offered to take them to the palace.

"I'm sure that you have a lot of interesting stories of her and Runa you could tell along the way." Bethany said, she was kind of glad that she didn't have to use her powers to teleport them over there, she wasn't really familiar with the area after all and didn't want to end up somewhere where they shouldn't be.

Runa Baldurdattir

Location: a River
Skills: Asgardian Magic

Runa frowned, seeing the ripples begin to grow in the fog. She didn't trust this one bit. If they hadn't already eliminated Loki as a possibility, Runa would have guessed that he was responsible for this. And then, something more bizarre than threatening occurred - puppies. Runa tilted her head, seeing the swarm of fluffy little creatures heading their way. She tried to sense the magical signature, the fingerprint really of who had conjured them - but it was someone she didn't recognize, someone she didn't know. "I do not know who conjured these - which makes it unlikely to be any of Odin's blood," Runa informed Mary. She was familiar with the magical fingerprint of the other magic users in her family.

"I'll see to their safety," she said, before casting a teleportation charm - a simple one. The swarm vanished, as Runa intended to send them to Odin's throne room, only to reappear back in front of them a moment later. Runa frowned, tilting her head again. She didn't want the puppies to get hurt, but they were in the way. "... Or perhaps a reduction in size?" she murmured, attempting to shrink the dogs to the size of ants, but they hardly became that miniature. They shrunk, but not to the size she was going for.

"...I suppose they are harmless and aren't impeding our course..."

Guin Stark

Location: the Palace
Skills: Telepathy

Guin was a little bit surprised to hear that Annie couldn't get a lock on the others either - mostly since she didn't know that was something Annie was even capable of doing. Secondly, she hadn't considered what she had said to Frigga to be particularly rude or anything. If she wanted to be rude, she would've asked Frigga why her roots were showing and how long it took for her to go to the Asgardian hairdresser. Guin tilted her head slightly. She supposed Asgardians could just be overly formal, gods knew Runa was, and they had the entire Shakespeare vibe going on. "Sounds like a typical dude, won't listen to the woman who knows more than him," Guin lamented, shaking her head slightly at Frigga's description of Odin always looking in the wrong spot.

She had to wonder just how much agency women had on Asgard. She felt bad about it, but she had only ever really heard about Thor and Loki - no one talked much about Frigga. "Also, magic protection charm would be rad. It'd also be super cool if you could magic us on over to the place where the light beam or whatever was coming from, it's near where Baldur lives, I think?" Guin said hesitantly. Asgard's geography wasn't one of her strong suits, as she hadn't ever been there before. She gave Amidala, her pet flying lemur-mouse thing, a scratch behind the ears.

Do you think she's actually going to help or will this be more like an NPC pops up along your quest but won't come along for some contrived reason sort of situation? Guin whispered to Pietro.

Ed Penior

Location: Bifrost Bridge

Ed was concerned that this was going to go sideways, but it turned out that Sif was Klara's mother. He realized he had never known what Klara's mother's name was, only that Thor was her father. He grinned at their joking. That made him feel more comfortable about having been caught without their escort by this group.

"It is a pleasure to meet you all. I'm Ed." He introduced himself. "We would greatly appreciate the assistance. We're not sure what happened to separate us. One moment we were all gathered and heading toward Bauldr's place, and then all of the sudden we were here. I did a tracking spell and that's how we know that at least one of our friends is that direction." He had no idea how much they might know about magic, they all seemed more like fighters, and considering their group name it was likely they were more focused on weapons rather than magic.

”Whatever assistance you may be able to provide would be grateful, thank you.” Antoinette smiled politely and looked at the others. She held her hands in front of her, wondering what the others were up to now and if they were safe. Some of them could be at Baldur's but what of the others?
It was a little worrying that the All-Father might not be as concerned with the disturbances happening within the rest of space but she supposed that could be because they hadn’t been affected. At least not yet. The idea that Pietro had been manipulated in some way was concerning enough but again, it affected them more than the Asgardians so far.

Bifrost Bridge
"Oh there are more than a few we could tell, though more involving Klara of course since Runa never really enjoyed more of the fighting sort of things that we typically do, but she'd sometimes get dragged along whether she wanted to or not by Klara of course," Fandral said with a laugh.

Sif shrugged slightly at Bethany's comment about the name, "It's just the three of them, I never really cared much for any sort of group names, and for a while neither did Thor, so usually it would result in Fandral wanting to announce them and then including mine or Thor's name since we aren't a part of the Warriors Three officially even though we're all friends. Personally I thought the name was dumb."

"No it isn't!" Fandral protested.

"I actually think it is a great name for the three of us," Volstagg commented.

Hogun froze, seemingly ignoring the conversation entirely, and instantly put a hand to his mace that was slung over his back. Fandral instantly noticed and looked at him confused, "What seems to be the problem now?"

"Something is coming," he said vaguely, pulling the weapon off his back and holding it in his hands.

Sif instantly drew out her own sword, watching to glance around and see what was there. Bethany wasn't able to see anything, but to Ed there would be a red haze starting to surround the area that they were in. From the look on her face, Sif clearly saw the red haze too. Several creatures appeared out of nowhere. "Oh no..." Sif said, before she flipped the hilt of her sword and another blade popped out of it.

"Ah, and here I thought our return to Asgard would be boring," Volstagg said happily.

"You do realize that this isn't a good thing right?" Fandral asked him.

"Oh I know, but this gives us something fun to do."

"Would you both just be quiet?" Sif said, before she instantly jumped towards the creatures, and started slashing away rather quickly at them. "Are you three coming or not?"

Volstagg instantly charged forward with his ax, and Hogun was right behind him. Fandral drew his rapier and looked at Bethany and Ed. "Guessing there aren't that many of these on Midgard eh? They are called bilgesnipe, horrible things that right now are blocking our path to the palace so... Onwards," he said instantly, before joining in the fray. The creatures were most definitely blocking their path forward though.

The Falls
"This is getting really weird Runa... Whatever is making things pop up, it's like it's more trying to slow us down or distract... Not really do harm..." Mary commented, trying to think of what was going on. Though what Runa said was a bit interesting, that she didn't recognize the magic that was summoning the things that were getting in their way. Though now she was able to see the red haze that was starting to get thicker and thicker.

Another thought crossed her mind that didn't necessarily block the possibility of anyone in Runa's family being responsible. Based on where the source of everything was coming from, that being near Baldur's home, that of her father. "Runa... It might not actually be magic..." she commented, before suddenly out of the red haze came a swarm of...

Teddy bears?

They were all moving of their own will, and instantly ran straight towards Runa, essentially ignoring Mary completely as the bears jumped up onto Runa and seemed to just be holding on and... Hugging her? "Runa... I think it might be someone warping reality... Using the stone, they are trying to... Keep us out of the way of something... But who would want to do that? And how did they know that we were here to stop them..."

The Palace
"Well, let's see what we can do for you then," she said instantly, before her hands started to glow, as she started casting a spell on the four of them, a few runes would appear temporarily, before disappearing. "That should give you some protection from any sort of magic and such that you should encounter while here," she said simply to them.

"Cooooooooooool," Pietro said, he wasn't too sure how magic and all worked, so if she said it would work, then odds are it did, or at least he was trusting that it did.

"...So mind giving us at the least directions to where Baldur's place is?" Lance asked.

"Oh, of course, I'll happily point towards the home of my eldest son," she responded, about to say something more, before she stopped and turned to look towards the exit to the room. They all would be able to see a very faint red haze entering the throne room, and Frigga instantly reached for a sword that was at her side as there was the sound of growling.

"Ok, I've watched waaaaaay too many movies to easily know that growling is not good, also the red haze really is reminding me of my sister when she's pissed off or something..."

"...Wait what?" Lance asked instantly, turning to look at the speedster.

"What?"

"What did you just say?"

"That I watch too many movies?"

"No, the part about your sister."

"That the red haze reminds me of Wanda using her powers whenever I pissed her off or something?"

"Yeah, and Wanda can warp reality..."

"Aaaand she's currently on Earth."

"But an infinity stone literally called the reality stone isn't... Which adds to the bad news..."

"Meaning?"

"And I can't help but still be shocked at how dense you can sometimes be... When you warp reality you can literally create anything that their brain wants to... Honestly now think whoever has that stone is messing with us on purpose, since if they wanted to, chances are they could probably kill us all really really easily..."

"Like? In what way? Also please don't give them any ideas on what they should do with the stone please..." Pietro asked, before a rather large piece of rubble went straight between him and Lance and slammed into the ground by them, luckily not hitting anyone. They both turned to look and there were several creatures entering the hall, and another one ripped up a piece of the floor and chucked it, before the entire group let out a rather loud howl. "...Are those werewolves????"

"Yes... Yes they are..."

"Werewolves exist?????"

"...I mean even if technically they didn't if someone can warp reality they can..."

"...Do you think they can turn us into werewolves?"

"Do you really want to find out?"

"...Not really."

"Smart choice," Lance added, as his hands started to glow with a bright light. Yup, he knew that not a lot of things could probably kill him, but he really didn't want to find out if werewolves that popped up since someone messed with reality was actually something that could result in his death. Since that would suck horribly.

Bethany Bell

Asgard, Bifrost Bridge
Skills: Shadow Manipulation, Shadow Travel

Bethany started to follow them down the bridge she looked towards Ed for a moment as the Warrior's Three started to talk, she wasn't sure what they were all seeing when one of them pointed out something was off. "I uh don't really see anything?" Beth said looking at all of them, she wasn't sure why she wasn't seeing anything until they suddenly appeared onto the bridge. They reminded her a little bit of a native alien creature from a video game that she played years ago, but these had a lot more spikes on them. "Nope, never seen any of these things before." Beth said towards Fandral asking if these were on Earth.

She held out her hand and tried to manipulate one of the massive creature's shadows to knock it back, and adding in a little bit of shadow travel to it as well. Only to knock it back a few feet, she groaned again as Bethany held out her hands again and then tried it again managing to knock it off of the bridge with ease. "Maybe we should get off of the bridge in case these things knock us off of it?" She suggested she didn't like the idea of constantly falling forever into the depths of space that would really suck.

Runa Baldurdattir

Location: The Falls -> Nearing Baldur's Hall
Skills: Asgardian Magic

Runa nodded, agreeing with Mary's observation, even if she was not quite certain what to make of it. She didn't know any reason why they wouldn't be harmed, especially if whoever was responsible for this was the same person causing the anomalies that had the Nova Corps panicking. She tilted her head back at Mary as her friend suggested that it might not have been magic. Everything was telling her that this had to be some form of magic however - it certainly wasn't Midgardian science. Before she could interject, however, strange creatures came out of the red mist. Runa's eyes widened as stuffed, miniature bears waddled on out... and hugged her?!

There were so many of them, Runa was more or less entirely covered by the demon spawn. "Get them off get them off get them off!" Runa squealed, feeling incredibly claustrophobic. She concentrated on the teddy bears, attempting to dispel the magic that conjured them, but they remained, insistent on squeezing her to death. Runa huffed, trying an alternative method - she focused on warping the space around herself and Mary, hoping to teleport them further along to Runa's father's hall. It mostly worked, as she could now see the hall - but the damned bears remained! The hall looked like it was obscured by a thick red fog and Runa tried to dispel it using her magic, but only managed to thin the fog slightly.

Annoyingly, the bears didn't seem to be worried at all about Mary - they only cared about her. And Runa could count on one hand the number of people on Asgard who cared about her, a thought that sent a chill down her spine. She would've recognized the magical resonances of her parents - and besides, they were too peace loving to ever cause destruction or chaos. That left her brother, Forseti, and her cousin, Klara.

She stayed quiet though, not sharing that information with Mary. If Klara or Forseti were behind this... Runa wanted to protect them.

Guin Stark

Location: the Palace
Skills: Telepathy

"If your sister did this, I swear to... well, not god, since there's a goddess in here, but you get the point..." Guin grumbled. She was starting to begrudgingly get along with Wanda, although she wouldn't consider herself friends with her sister-in-law. They were at the point of more or less tolerating each other. Fortunately though, Lance wasn't suggesting that Wanda was behind all of this - instead, he had the far more horrifying idea that the infinity stone in question was the reality stone, easily one of the worst (of course, Guin couldn't think of a non-threatening infinity stone). She frowned as Lance insulted Pietro. "Hey, he's not dense!"

There wasn't much time to argue though, as rubble slammed into the ground and werewolves came out to play. Guin was pretty sure the way werewolves worked was if you were bitten, you were cursed to become one. They also needed a moon to transform, but she guessed the MacGuffin wielder didn't really care about that minor detail. "I'm gonna try something crazy, if I start acting weird, just... take a step back," she warned her allies, before rubbing her hands together. "Okay, Twilight, let's have some fun," she said, before concentrating on one of the wolves in the pack. It took her two tries, but she managed to reach out, ensnare the wolf's consciousness, and swap it with her own. She figured that odds were, the werewolf would be too confused at the sudden switch to really do anything in her body, and she could use the wolf body to attack the pack without worrying about getting bit.

Holy shit.... This is trippy... Guin blinked, in the body of the smallest werewolf. Everything around her was red and black. She was much taller now in this body and she could feel the claws at the tip of her hands - well, paws.

Why did you switch with the monsters we want to take down???

I figured I could take them by surprise and avoid getting bitten, Guin answered, as the other werewolves turned and started growling at her. Guin lunged forward, hoping to start some in-fighting among the werewolves, maybe they'd even take each other out. She wanted to rip out a throat with her teeth but instead, she ended up slashing a decent gash across the body of one of them. Also you keep telling me to try new things so... I tried.

But what about the werewolf in your body?

It should be really confused to suddenly be in a tiny girl body! Guin argued. Of course, the werewolf was not. It apparently wasn't very confused by suddenly being in the body of a small human girl and instantly threw a punch at Pietro (which missed), a punch at Annie (which hit and sent Annie to the ground), and a kick at Lance (which also hit and knocked him down). Guin winced, switching back into her own body. "Sorry! My bad. I didn't think the werewolf would know how to punch. Or not be totally confused by being in someone else's body."

"I mean don't werewolves turn from humans or whatever?" Pietro asked with a bit of a shrug.

"Yeah but how often do they body hop?" Guin pointed out. She then focused on the werewolves, trying to psychically shut them down, but she wasn't able to get a firm grip on their minds.

"Eh who knows? I didn't even think we'd ever run into them ever until literally a minute ago when they popped up, so haven't gotten around to asking questions with regards to what they are used to or what has happened to them in their lives."

Ed Penior

Location: Bifrost Bridge
Skills: Thamaturgy: Force

The group of Asgardians amused Ed. He was a little sad that Runa had been left out, though he supposed that might have been by choice since she wasn't much of a physical fighter. He couldn't blame the Warriors Three and company for that. Ed saw the red mist and frowned. When the bilgesnipe appeared that made sense. These things looked nasty. He also didn't think he'd feel bad if he blasted them off the bridge.

He pushed some force, a light orange ball of energy hit one of the bilgesnipe, but it did little more than push it back a few steps. He tried again. Hitting it with more force and this time at a better angle, it fell off the bridge. He pushed at another one, having the same issue, he tried a fourth time and was able to knock it off the bridge. That left two of the bilgesnipes on the bridge.

Antoinette McCarthy

Location: Throne Room -- Space
Skills: Illusion Casting; Pyrokinetics

Antoinette listened to Lance describe the reality stone to Pietro and was growing more worried. She took a few steps back as the red mist entered the throne room. The growling was even less comforting but when the werewolves showed their faces, Antoinette tried to take a steading breath. It was one thing to see CGI werewolves on the screen, another entirely to be in a room with them.
While Guin’s mind went to Twilight, Antoinette’s went to Harry Potter and she wondered if the wolves would have to answer the call of the moon if they saw it. Guin acted before Antoinette could and switched bodies temporarily. One wolf started attacking the others while Guin, started attacking them. Guin’s body lunged for her and landed a punch that sent her to the ground. Antoinette wiggled her nose and grabbed her head from the initial shock.
Antoinette got back to her feet, feeling fine and decided to try her hand at her idea. Her purple eye glowed as she casted a projection of a full moon above their heads. Antoinette admired the accuracy until the wolves howled. She looked at them, eyes widening as the wolves appeared to grow in front of her. They looked angry and scarier.
”Crap,” she said, rather uncreatively. She stopped casting the moon immediately but had no effect on the wolves’ size. They were here to stay. At this point, Antoinette was wondering how the rest of their group was fairing in Asgard. She switched to the defensive, her eyes starting to sparkle and glow as she tapped into her newer power. She sent a few showers of sparks their way but the wolves’ seemed undeterred. Well, if they became a little distracted, hopefully that would help her friends.

Bifrost Bridge
Well, everything was still a bit chaotic for the group. The red haze that had popped up before was still hovering around the area, and now it was starting to become thicker and Bethany would be able to see it at this point too. Lady Sif jumped up and drove her sword right into the forehead of one of the monsters, and it fell to the ground with a thud, while the other 3 took out the remaining one. Or at least, what they thought was the last one, as more seemed to materialize at the end of the bridge, appearing out of the red fog.

The creatures now were clearly not too thrilled, and started charging down the bridge.

"Get away!" Sif called out, as she jumped out of the way, more or less grabbing the edge of the bridge and trusting her strength to hang on as she hung herself off the edge of the bridge to avoid getting flung off. Hogun did something rather similar, hanging onto the edge. The other four though (Volstagg, Fandral, Bethany and Ed) weren't so lucky, as the creatures were very fast, and there hadn't been much of a warning. All four got caught up by the bilgesnipe and thrown off of the bridge.

Bethany and Ed would remember there had been the conversation of what happened if someone fell off, and the answer had been fairly chilling, that no one truly ever came back from it, only one person ever had been known to survive it. They'd see what looked like an endless vast of stars below them as they fell, and who knew what would happen.

Thankfully, they didn't have anything to worry about, as someone else seemingly appeared out of nowhere to lend them some aid.

A swarm of water seemed to dive off the bridge, and wrapped around the four who had gotten flung off, before they'd end up getting tossed back up onto the bridge (on the side closer to the palace, and a little ways away from where the bilgesnipe were now). Bethany and Ed would both end up with some cuts and bruises from the initial impact, and perhaps a little shaken from the experience and wet from the water (plus on the ground from the sudden landing), but otherwise they were fine. Volstagg landed on his feet up on the bridge, but Fandral like them had ended up falling.

"Well now, isn't that an interesting turn of events," Fandral commented, glancing around as a familiar person came racing over from the end of the bridge.

"Are you all okay?" Klara asked, she had what looked to be a few injuries, cuts and bruises and her sword arm seemed to be severely bruised, as her wrist looked a bit swollen. Which was impressive considering the fact that Asgardians were notoriously durable.

"Ah Klara, perfect timing!" Volstagg said with a bit of a laugh. Sif and Hogun had managed to pull themselves rather effortlessly onto the bridge.

"Mother!" Klara said happily with a smile, before racing over and giving Sif a hug. The pair was fairly equal in height, with Sif only taller by about 2 inches or so.

"Klara, what happened to you? You look like you ended up on the wrong end of a fight," Sif commented to her daughter, raising a bit of an eyebrow seeing her injuries after Klara stepped back.

"Huh? Oh this? It's nothing, we can talk about it later," she commented brushing her off a bit, before looking at the bilgesnipes, that seemed to be turning around to charge again. "Alright, this is annoying," she added, as she walked straight for them, and suddenly a huge wave of water appeared out of nowhere, and the creatures were all thrown off of the bridge.

"Impressive Klara, but we could have handled it," Fandral commented to her, walking over to her.

"Oh? Then maybe I should have let you fall entirely off the bridge then?" she said with a bit of a giggle, and Fandral was starting to attempt to protest it, as they'd be able to start heading off of the bridge and back into Asgard itself. They were still a little ways away from the palace, and Klara was chatting happily with Volstagg and Fandral, with Hogun not too far behind them, but of course Klara was rambling a bit. But it sounded like from bits and pieces they could easily tell that she was explaining the entire situation with her helping the group break out of prison and all.

However, Ed and Bethany would be able to tell that something was up with Sif, as she hung back and let the four head off ahead of them. "Something doesn't seem right..." they'd be able to hear her mutter to herself.

The Falls
"Runa? Are you okay?" Mary asked her, going over as she almost had seemed to be panicking a bit from the bears that seemed to be surrounding her. Actually, in Mary's mind, the entire scene was kind of amusing, watching an Asgardian trying to bat away at a swarm of teddy bears that were more or less trying to all give her a hug at once. She had to stop herself from giggling at the sight, and instead decided to try and help get the bears off of Runa, after they had ended up getting transported along with them to be closer to Baldur's home.

The instant she reached out to touch one of the bears to try to get them off of her, one turned and instantly bit Mary's arm and she jumped back slightly, as a few instantly jumped at her, and seemed to be attacking her now. Though the ones around Runa were still just hugging her and not really letting go of her still. The ones attacking Mary were more or less chomping on her, and she was starting to more or less toss them off, letting out a bit of a huffy breath. "Okay, I am not going to die because of evil teddy bears, no way..." she muttered to herself.

She managed to get a few of them off of her, and she could more or less move around, though there were teeth marks and some blood on her arms from them, and she looked at Runa. "Ok, I hate these things, and we really need to get moving... Can't you just try tossing them off? Since they clearly don't like it if I mess with them."

The Palace
"Well, not sure how this situation could really get worse..." Lance muttered as he picked himself up off of the ground. Of course, then things did get worse, as Annie for some reason decided to create a full moon? Uhhh... In his brain and any sort of fantasy lore that he could think of, wouldn't that make them stronger? Then the universe decided to agree with him, as the werewolves seemed to grow in size, and now were towering over them even more than they had been before.

"Okay... So anyone have any bright ideas?" Pietro asked, and Frigga just completely drew her sword, holding it in her hand.

The werewolves went onto the attack, and one made the mistake of trying to seriously injure the Asgardian queen. Despite her appearances, and the obvious idea that she likely used more magic than actually sword fighting unless necessary, and the wolf clawed at her. She rather easily sidestepped and dodged him, before she ran her sword through it, and the creature dropped to the ground, and looked to be very much dead. "Get out of my home," she said rather simply.

Okaaaaaaay, she's not how I'd have envisioned her to be at first, but that's cool. Pietro said mentally to Guin.

The other wolves jumped on the attack, and considering that it was still a decent sized pack (about 4 of them now or so) that meant that they were still going to cause them major issues. One of them charged straight at Lance, and he raised his arm slightly to at least try and block what he figured was coming. And the wolf slashed his arm and it was starting to bleed rather heavily. Currently, Lance actually was able to keep his temper down, and in retaliation sent a rather large blast of light at the wolf (despite the blood dripping down his arm) that sent it flying backwards and away from him.

Another wolf charged straight at Annie now, leaping at her with a loud snarl. The werewolf slashed at her. causing blood to come from a slash across her face and another one along her arm. They were bleeding, and rather painful as she got knocked down to the ground again. It went to try and slash at her again, but a shield seemed to appear around her, and she'd be able to see Frigga had cast a spell, shielding her for the time being. "Perhaps after this a different protection spell would be better," she commented with a bit of a shrug.

The next one went after Pietro, and despite his own speed, somehow the werewolf was almost just as fast. This was really annoying to him, as he managed to avoid the first swing at him, but ended up getting caught on the second swing and he ended up with more of a few scrapes than anything. Pietro instantly swung his fist around and managed to punch the wolf with his first swing, but on his second it wasn't too surprised and somehow managed to dodge out of the way. Actually, looking at it now, this wolf was bigger than all of the others, so now Pietro was starting to think that maybe this one might be the leader? He honestly weren't sure how werewolves all worked with a hierarchy or whatever.

Guin had it the best out of the four of them, as somehow she ended up against the most uncoordinated werewolf imaginable. The creature almost seemed like it was drunk or something as it charged in almost a zig zag sort of pattern. It took a few swings at her, but maybe it was because she was a lot shorter, or that the werewolf was drunk or something, as all of his swings missed her entirely, a few just going straight over her head.

Bethany Bell

Asgard, Bifrost Bridge
Skills: N/A

Bethany now just started to notice the red mist starting to come out of nowhere which she thought was really weird to see though she was glad that she wasn't the only one to not see it anymore. "Okay I see the red mist stuff now." Bethany said as more of the creatures suddenly appeared at the other end of the bridge. When they suddenly charged forward towards her Bethany did her best to try and shield herself, only to be suddenly knocked out into the air, and over the bridge. Bethany started to scream as she was now falling, she didn't expect to go out this way to be following forever.

Bethany looked up as Asgard was getting smaller, when water suddenly came forward and wrapped her up, and started to take her and Ed as well as Fandral. They were back onto the bridge itself, as Beth started to calm down now as she looked around to see Klara was the one to save them. "Thanks for the save, maybe you guys should start investing in some guard rails on the bridge or something next time." Bethany said, turning her attention towards Ed glad to see that he was alright. "You doing okay Ed?" She asked him as she started to follow the others towards the palace when Sif stopped, hearing her muttering something wasn't right. "Whats wrong?" Bethany asked her.

Ed Penior

Location: Bifrost Bridge
Skills: Sympathetic: Tracking

This was not great. They were going to be fighting waves of monsters. He felt like this was some strange stalling tactic. He wasn't able to stop himself from being flung off the Bifrost. Fear spiked through him. He had no idea what would happen. He reached out trying to grab Bethany in hopes that at least they'd end up together wherever it was. He did not want to be alone, even if it was just into death. But he was dumped to safety by water. That was relieving. It meant Klara was likely nearby.

"Thank you Klara. I'm alright Bethany. Are you? Do you need any healing?" He said. He frowned though. Something seemed odd. He couldn't be certain but to his experience, he had never seen Klara summon water. She swept the bilgesnipes off the bridge to the fate that Ed had almost gone to. He sighed and started following them toward the Palace. When he heard Sif mutter under her breath that made his concerns rise even more.

"Sif, may I request a favor. I would like to test a theory. I would need a strand of your hair." He asked quietly. He could understand if she didn't want to offer up a strand of it considering her history with her hair.

"What sort of theory do you want to test that requires my hair?"

"I would like to test if I can find a missing person with half the information." Since Sif was Klara's mother her DNA would be half of Klara's. He had never done the tracking spell without direct DNA from the person he was tracking. He would have to change the spell around some to make it work.

"Alright..." she responded, handing him a strand of her hair, "Tell me, has Klara been acting strange lately? Since I found it odd that she used her control over water to deal with the bilgesnipes, as last time we encountered them, she made them her best friends instead..." she added, clearly somewhat concerned.

That fit right in with Ed's fear already. "I cannot say for certain, I haven't known Klara long. But something about the way she has spoken recently has made me nervous." He says candidly thinking of how Klara spoke about Asgard and more importantly some of her treatment of Runa. He couldn't say if that was normal, but it bothered him just enough.

"Oh..." she responded, before glancing towards where Klara was, "She's acting like typical, but her actions are... Strange... I know my daughter better than anyone, aside from her father and maybe Runa... Maybe I should speak to my sons about it since she tends to be the one keeping an eye on them so she tends to hang around them a bit..."

Ed nodded, he had allowed himself to fall a good distance behind Klara and the Warriors Three. He whispered in his gibberish Latin that he used for his magic after having wrapped the modified tracking device with Sif's hair. The pendant pointed to Sif. He sighed and adjusted his phrasing. This time it swung and pointed toward the Palace. That must be Klara's brothers, but it wasn't pointing at the Klara in front of him.

This time he focused on the image of Klara as he said the modified spell. It pointed down below the bifrost bridge into the stars of the sky, tugging him in that direction. His heart sank. "I do not believe that is Klara." He said in barely above a whisper to Bethany and Sif.

Runa Baldurdattir

Location: Nearing Baldur's Hall
Skills: Asgardian Magic

"These blasted bears," Runa complained, before concentrating her magics. She wanted to cause the bears to burst, to explode into a thousand tiny pieces, but it was no luck. Somehow, the bears actually increased in number, the teddies either clinging to Runa or attempting to eat Marygold. Her heart was torn between claustrophobic panic and rage. It was all she could do to focus on trying to get rid of these things, she couldn't even properly ponder the realization she had come to. The bears were obsessed with her.

An idea then dawned upon her - one of her Uncle Loki's tricks. She twirled her fingers, pulling at the magics of Asgard as she crafted an illusionary version of herself. She set her twin off at a bit of a run and soon, the majority of the damned teddy bears were in hot pursuit, convinced that the illusion was genuine. Not all of them were gone, however, and Runa cast a glamor spell, disguising herself in the visage of her cousin, Klara. The teddy bears only cared about Runa, after all - they had no reason to pursue Klara. The few remaining bears clinging to her Runa then caused to explode, only to be left with a single bear, dangling from her arm.

Runa's left eye twitched and she threw the bear as far as she could away from herself, finally free.

Guin Stark

Location: the Palace
Skills: Telepathy, Agility, Unarmed Combat

I think my werewolf's broken, Guin commented to Pietro, before getting an idea. The moon Annie had conjured was making the werewolves stronger, and it looked roughly the same size as Amidala to her, so what if her new pet could fly on up there and cover it up? "Amidala, go block out the moon!" Guin instructed, pointing at the moon to help her pet. Amidala glanced at the moon, looked at Guin, yawned, and then curled up to take a nap. "We'll never beat the Elite Four like this," Guin grumbled.

Lucky you. Everyone else has werewolves that are clearly trying to kill them.

However, she couldn't just stand around talking, even with how pathetic the werewolf attacking her was. Guin didn't want to get scratched or bitten, as those tended to be really horrible ideas as far as werewolf lore was concerned. Fortunately, she had been taught how to fight with her Aunt Nat, so she didn't need a weapon. Guin swung her leg up quickly in a roundhouse kick, the ball of her foot colliding into the side of the werewolf's head. The werewolf went down almost instantly, dropping to the ground in what Guin assumed was a dead faint. However, she didn't stick around to see if she had killed the wolf or not, instead figuring that Annie could likely use some help. She moved over and kicked Annie's werewolf in the chest, knocking the werewolf back away from Annie.

Antoinette McCarthy

Location: Throne Room -- Space
Skills: Pyrokinetics;

The werewolves charged in shortly after. One came straight for Antoinette but so quickly that she didn’t have time to react. She held her arms up but too late. The creature swiped at her face and then at her arms. Antoinette felt herself falling, she caught herself from hitting her head but there was a searing pain running through her face and arm. It was like being scratched by an angry cat but times a thousand.
Antoinette took a minute to recover with the shield blocking her and she looked at Frigga, nodding her head in thanks while she caught her breath. Shortly after that, Guin charged in and kicked the werewolf in the face, knocking it back a bit so Antoinette could get to her feet. Ignoring the pain in her arm, she held her arms up, hands pointed at the werewolf and used what strength she had in an attempt to create a concentrated beam of fireworks, aimed at the werewolf.
A few fireworks of the rainbow variety fired off in its direction but didn’t do much of anything. Antoinette took a step forward, planting her feet and thrust her hands forward, trying again with all her might. It paid off and the werewolf caught quickly on fire, dying instantly. Antoinette staggered forward, dropping her hands to her knees and breathed deeply a couple of times before looking around the room.
”Should we gain up on one, one at a time?” She looked to Guin for an answer. Clearly team work had worked for them but there were two left and three not currently fighting wolves, it could go either way but Antoinette wasn’t a very good problem solver it would see
