Auriel nodded a bit. "Yes... Though I'm a little worried for Edge, he hasn't run off like this since he a boy." She sighed and moved to Edge's bag grabbing his wooden training swords. "With him acting this way, I think the best course would be to talk with him while he does some practice drills... I know him well and he's usually more perceptive during training." Auriel looked at Erin.

"I know we want them to be good friends... But first they should know each other, they are both warriors and I think the best way to do that is training." She looked at Fairi and then Fia. "I'll bring him out to the training mats in the gym to meet you both. Fia if you can handle a sword you could spare against him if you like." She bowed to the two humans, an flew off in a gust of wind down the hall off to tell her summoner the news.

Edge had just finished a set of laps, a good warm for the time being he'd gotten out of the pool to have a drink of water. However as Auriel swooped into the room landing beside he felt gust of wind blow most of the water of him. Chuckling he looked at his summon. "What's got you flying so fast? Usually you hardly travel at full speed."

The angel showed him the practice swords. "You need to run sword drills, so I brought you practice blades!" She chirped before wrapping Edward in her wings releasing the boy who was now almost dry, sighing he reached up patting Auriel's head.

"You are just to great a summon for me. Take the practice blades out to the gym, I'll go get changed." He smiled and headed into the locker room. Emerging from a shower in a tight black T-shirt and pair of blue jeans hair still wet giving it an almost metallic silver look as picked up a practice blade began training drills. His form was mix of fencing and angelic sword combat, sword gripped with both hands he swung the blade with both hands letting more powerful strike ring out against the dummy.

Auriel watched, she had taught him her knowledge of sword combat which had been more towards great swords than shield and sword combat. Yet Edge had mastered it, he could use old fencing maneuvers should he swap to one handed combat.

Alph slipped on her dry uniform and grinned at Alice saying Well sweet cheeks time for my next big trick, Toddles

Then blowing a kiss the green haired Earth Elemental simply disappeared into the rocks as if they had become liquid and decided to swallow her up.

She surfed through the earth to a location beneath stone in the Landscaping and then rose from the ground as if it were her own private elevator.

Livau Fairi Miyaa
Interactions: @13org@Apollosarcher

Fairi tried to ignore Erin's first little comment, already feeling self conscious. Of course her body was lithe and perfect for her lion taming career, but as far as appearances it wasn't anything that would make someone look twice. It didn't help she was incredibly short either. Stupid circus person genes.

Erin continued to ramble on about frills and laces, Fairi honestly losing concentration. Her one biggest down side was how distracted she was. Her mind was always darting from one thing to another, never seeming able to keep a single train of thought for very long. It made her a bit out there, but it was also something many found charming and exciting, since they never could tell what she would be interested in next.

Listening to Fia sputter, a light pink spread over Fairi's cheeks at her recent encounter. Did... did she sound that silly? No, she was probably much worse. Oh, how embarrassing! Erin found this comical, at least, for whatever reason. Fairi began to suspect the little summon was overthinking this.

Auriel seemed nervous, making the green haired girl pout. Poor thing was really worried! "Hm... Actually, Erin, maybe we should let those two go for a few minutes. Give them some time to talk it out, hm?" She said with her cheerful grin, holding out a hand to the little summon as she nodded towards Auriel and Fia. "Just for a short bit? Maybe we could go outside? Oh, I haven't introduced you to my summon either! He's a bit of a grumpy pants, and I doubt his shoulders would fit in this hallway so I'd have to summon him outside anyway. You'd enjoy teasing him, wouldn't you?" Fairi had a feeling Erin was similar to her in that she needed a tantalizing reason to go anywhere. Plus, Erin seemed to be the type to enjoy teasing already antisocial people, so Beast would be a perfect distraction- er, time passer! Yes, she was selling the big cat out, but only for a little while...

Fia Rozenkreuz and Erin

The way Edge ran away indeed seemed to be a little strange, but Auriel was even more preoccupied about him.
"With him acting this way, I think the best course would be to talk with him while he does some practice drills... I know him well and he's usually more perceptive during training." she said, looking to Erin.

"I know... Fia is very serious about her training as well. She says it calms her down." Erin said to Auriel. She knew exactly the feeling, since her summoner was surprisingly similar to Auriel's.

"Maybe that will be better. I feel like this whole incident was my fault. I wish to solve this misunderstanding as soon as possible." Fia said, agreeing with Auriel.

"I'll bring him out to the training mats in the gym to meet you both. Fia if you can handle a sword you could spare against him if you like." Auriel said, flying away.

"A sword... Its been a long time since you've practiced with one, right Fia?" Erin asked, smiling.
"Yes. It will good to practice my swordsmanship. Although the bow is my preferred weapon, i was also trained to be able to wield a sword... It may not be as good as my marksmanship, but its something." Fia said, smiling awkwardly. Erin knew that fia didn't liked to use swords. They were heavy and unwieldy in her opinion.

But Fairi also had something to say about all that situation.
"Hm... Actually, Erin, maybe we should let those two go for a few minutes. Give them some time to talk it out, hm?"

Fia looked at Fairi, thanking her with a discreet nod. Erin wasn't known for holding her tongue, and sometimes her sincerity could cause more trouble than help. Even if she didn't mean any harm, her words could hurt others' feelings.

"But Fia and I usually train toget-" Erin was saying, before being interrupted by Fia.
"I know, but i don't want you to see my pathetic swordsmanship Erin!" Fia said, laughing. Actually, she only wanted to make sure that Erin wouldn't say something to offend Edge.

"Just for a short bit? Maybe we could go outside? Oh, I haven't introduced you to my summon either! He's a bit of a grumpy pants, and I doubt his shoulders would fit in this hallway so I'd have to summon him outside anyway. You'd enjoy teasing him, wouldn't you?" Fairi said, extending her hand to Erin.

"Ooh~~ That's right!! I haven't met him yet! Is he big? Surely he isn't that grumpy! Lets go!"
Erin said, jumping with excitement and taking Fairi's hand.

"Thank you, Fairi." Fia whispered, with a discreet smile, going inside the closet to change her clothes again. Wearing casual clothes to train was simply unthinkable for Fia.

Getting to the Gym, Fia saw Auriel together with Edge, training with some practice blades.
"Edge, I'm sorry for what happened earlier. It was my fault. I didn't warn you that i would change my clothes. It was rude of me, since that room was originally yours." Fia said, bowing her head, apologizing herself.

"Although my swordsmanship isn't nearly as good as my marksmanship, I would gladly practice with you, as Auriel suggested." She said, looking to them, waiting for Edge's answer. Training was usually how Fia passed her time. She was calmer and more relaxed while training. She hoped that Edge felt the same thing as her.

Edge nodded as Fia approached sighing. "It's alright... I should be more careful, not used to a female room mate yet I suppose." He explained offer her one of the wooden swords as moved to the far end of the mat. "Well if your as good a marksman as I think you are we ought to have one hell of a workout." He smiled and moved forward beginning with a long sweeping blow towards her to drive her back.

Edge was calmer to he didn't seem flustered or as quite now, silver eyes focused on her scanning for how she would move and what to react to. This was going to be quite the duel, he could tell already.

Outside the boats had stopped arriving and the attendants and student tour guides retired back to their rooms. The dorms filled up and with every student in their rooms and accounted for they readied for classes tomorrow with teacher briefings on each student in the class and the powers they knew of.

After that days of school began, students attending classes and following courses prescribed for them. Social circles formed and the student council began it's year bickering over the fall festival. Yet things remained rather normal... Or as normal as school full of magical creature controlling teenagers can be. Five weeks into the school year sign up day arrived. Students would be able to face off in a tournament against one another with prizes of spending money and passes to go Honolulu for a full day whenever they liked. Though the top grand prize for the winner remained unknown for now, many speculated on it.

Veronica and Edge had been in a heated argument over the grand prize behind closed doors apparently. More publicly, she had been trying to ban Edge and Auriel from competing in the fight claiming that they were to experience and to strong for any new comer to have a hope of defeating. With that setting tone, sign up day loomed and this year it seemed one of the stronger fighters would forced to sit out of the matches.

Lawan Somwan

While some other students may have found this day exciting, Lawan was among those that didn't. While she wasn't averse to fighting, Lawan had never liked the prospect of competing against other students for some vague reward, and so she never participated in these tournaments. The prizes did not interest her one bit either. She was going to watch, however, as although she didn't much enjoy the prospect, a few of her friends, Garth included, were participating, and so she felt compelled to support them at the very least. Otherwise, there was nothing to do but keep to her regular schedule and wait for all the excitement to blow over.

"In for another long period of sitting around watching the others have fun, are we?" Pasak asked her as she sat on a nondescript bench.

"Yes, Pasak." She replied casually.

"But you're curious, surely? You want to know what it's like to beat down the others and hold the victors crown aloft. It wouldn't hurt to indulge yourself once. Why not give it a try?" Lawan knew what was happening here; Pasak was always bored when she sat out of the tournaments, and he'd tried to convince her to participate last year too.

"I'm not doing it." She told him flatly.

"Bah. Suit yourself. I'll be departing for more interesting prospects then." Pasak then vanished back to his tablet, leaving Lawan to sit in peace.
