Penny makes sense, though I'm getting what Ariamis means. Since all the depicted monstergirls/dark magical girls/horrors are thus far aligned with the bad guys, it makes Beacon seem more villainous/paranoid than it actually is by deciding to condemn the whole bunch because of a few rotten apples rather than there being an actual problem.

Like I've said many a time, the monsters have better PR.

Depends on what kind of character is your goal; we're currently full on monster girls for example, but dark magical girl slots are still open, as are regular magical girls.

The Bates twins can't hide their aura, so other magical girls can still see and feel it. They aren't anywhere in particular, certainly not at the pit stop. In case anyone was going to notice that aura^TM.
