Drawings PersonalityLucas is generally cautious when talking to people he doesn't know, but this caution doesn't keep him from being outgoing. He values friendship and companionship above all, a trait he gained while he was working as a mercenary in a group. While he has been roughened by the harsh wastelands, he doesn't appear to be very pessimistic. He can appear a bit happy-go-lucky, as he can be aloof even in combat, a result of his confidence in his own abilities.
SkillsLucas is a skilled close quarters combatant, shining most with short swords and knives.
He's quite athletic and acrobatic, since he fulfilled the role of nimble member in any given job when he was younger, and simply stuck to that.
WeaknessesHis ability gives him no offensive edge other than mobility, leaving him at a critical disadvantage against tank-type Gifted.
Brief HistoryLucas was raised in a mercenary group's base of operations from near-birth. He didn't have a concept of biological parentage for a long time, growing up with a bunch of people that he would have had nothing to do with if his parents weren't at the wrong place at the wrong time. When he had reached the age of four, he started to participate in non-violent jobs, or rather he started to take non-violent roles in jobs due to his ability and size, two things that gave him an edge in thefts and subterfuges. He didn't know what he was doing half the time, but did it anyway. When he started to grow older, the rest of the group started teaching him how to use weapons. The leader of the group taught him how to use knives so that Lucas could function as an assassin for the group, killing and getting out quickly without anyone noticing. After that point, that violent life style became the norm for him. The value he gave to the faceless lives he'd taken were nothing compared to the value he gave to the praise he received from his
family. Around the time he turned twelve, he returned from a job with their HQ emptied and stripped clean of any valuables. There were some neatly spread blood all around, but there was no other sign of conflict. Everyone was simply gone.
For about a week, Lucas waited in the building, expecting them to return, but to no avail. Eventually, a group of raiders came to the building to find a starving Lucas. While they might have ended up saving his life that day, there are very few benevolent men and women in the wastes. Similarly to what happened with his previous family, he would be used and discarded if need be. This time, however, it was the other way around. After a couple of years with the raiders, relatively poor at manipulating people, Lucas got tired of the gratuitous killing. Not because it was immoral, rather because he was annoyed by it. One night, he cleared the raiders' camp quietly, like he'd done so many times before. With his short sword covered in blood, Lucas left the camp to wander around, meet new people and make new friends, now that his previous families were all gone.
OtherHe carries two curved short swords and a single pistol with him as weaponry. He has a mostly empty bag used for carrying loot, as well as a gas mask for certain places in the wasteland.
